Wal-Mart Auto Service is horribly inconvenient and unsatisfactory. None of the auto services ever answer the phone and it takes forever to get an appointment to service my car. read more

Very bad service. Don't go there. I had appointment for 10am Thursday. I drove 18 miles to Walmart Auto Center and arrived at 8:10am, to give them my car keys so i could go to work. I had arranged a ride with someone so i could go to work. Walmart Auto would not take my keys at 8:10am, for an appointment to occur at 10am. They said they had this policy- not to take the keys before the appointment time. Because I had work meetings, i had to drive back. I asked them to give me an appointment for next day (Friday). I got the appointment for Friday at 11am. Today is Friday, and i just received a text message saying my appointment is cancelled. Ridiculous service. I have tried calling them in past when i wanted to check on tires in stock. They dont pick up the phone. I have been calling them today to determine about the cancellation text i received from- today- no one picks up the phone. I am thinking of writing to the Walmart headquarters. I get better service from Costco. read more

This has been the most frustrating and time wasting experience. First thing, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. It doesn't matter at what time of day it is, it rings and the disconnects. I get that everywhere is short staffed so how about COMMUNICATE with your customers that phones will not be utilized temporary. I called for over a week everyday and NOTHING! I work just as anyone else and can't take off just to waste my time and get told there is not appointment openings. So I decided to just go in on my day off. I need ONE tire. I came in last Saturday to explain that and get told to just leave the tire although I was ALREADY aware that I needed a new tire since it was FLAT and I had a donut on my car. I was under the impression that I would be leaving my car so it could get worked on by Sunday morning. Nope. "leave your tire. Can't leave your car." Ok? I leave it. I missed two calls the next day(Sunday). Every time I try calling back..you guessed it! No answer. But what I do get is a voicemail telling me I need a new tire. What? I knew that already. I get a call Monday and answer and whoever calls me saying how they've tried getting a hold of me. I said "I'm aware but no one answers when I call back" She disregards that and books me for Tuesday 04/29 at 11am. Perfect! I'm off already because I have to my kid to an appointment. Tuesday morning comes, I get a call Cancelling my appointment because they're out of printer ink and that they can reschedule for today, Saturday 04/02 at 9am or 10am. I never get a text of confirmation but assume it's set up. Because of this appointment, I have to miss my regular gym class and get a sitter for my son. I drive there and get there around 910 because I couldn't remember if the appointment was for 9am or 10am. Guess what? The employee tells me my appointment is non-existent for today. She was nice and said that she sees my Tuesday appointment but that the woman who cancelled it never put a note that I was coming in Today. So now I have an appointment tomorrow at 9am in which again I have to miss a class which is PAID for just to possibly not have the tire put on. I'm beyond frustrated and contacting corporate about this. The only reason I came to this location is because it's where I originally got my tires so I wanted to a loyal customer and it's down nothing but inconvenience me. I expect a call back from a manager as Corporate can't answer their phones either. BEYOND disappointed and after this experience, NEVER referring anyone to this location or coming back. read more

It's usual that all Walmart auto centers do walk-ins. So I woke up very early to be there ASAP. I had called the day before and before I left and no one picked up. When I got there the lady said they are appointment only and their phones don't work. After making my appointment I asked if I could leave my car, and the lady told me I would have to come back before my appointment to "check in". Hands down worst service. read more

My favorite spot for oil changes! They are always quick and accommodating. Cheyenne and Marcy are so helpful and always help me decide what is best for my car. Both auto techs worked together to get my car serviced quickly and efficiently. read more

I would like to give them a better review, and I think some of the trouble is Wal-mart (the company's) way of dealing with the situation, but here goes. The pros: This location has a comprehensive inventory of food (full grocery store), decent selection of housewares and clothes and electronics and tools. The location is pretty convenient. Also, all of the cashiers are real decent folks and do their best, and will help you out if they can. The cons: The place is a mess, at least as of this reviewing. It takes forever to check out (even in the fast lines.) Sometimes there are no carts and you cannot ever find a basket (instead of a cart.) Their produce is of inconsistent quality (bananas however are fine.) Half of the time things are not stocked, they don't ever have enough lines open... I could go on. I don't know who runs the place or what restrictions they are operating under, but you guys can do WAY better than this. read more

I wanted to buy tires online so I ended up ordering tires on walmart.com. Painless, right? It's never that easy. After about 5 days, I was sent an email saying I could come and they'd put on the tires. I went down to Wal-Mart (which makes me grumpy to just think about) and was excited when I saw I was the only person in the tire department and there were no cars in the bays. There were 3 employees standing around the counter and they all seemed very annoyed I was interrupting. OK fine, this is Wal-Mart - you have to have low expectations of customer service. The guy who decided he could help me was just rude. While the guy was taking my information, his coworker actually interrupted him to tell him about the phone call she'd taken from a customer he hated the night before .... and then relayed the conversation for him. Fun stuff. I was told it would be an hour for them to put on the tires so I wandered around Wal-Mart. Apparently they have a pedicure place inside so I was able to deal with my tire department frustration by having a semi-decent pedicure for an hour. (As a full disclaimer, the second star is for the pedicure.) When I went back to pick up the car, the rude guy rang me up. I told him I was using a credit card when the little screen told me to tell the cashier to push the credit card button. He said 'fine' and starting staring at the wall like he had no idea why I'd mentioned it. I finally just asked him to push the credit card button. I don't know why sometimes I do things like this that I know will make me cranky... maybe I should either learn my lesson or just get a therapist. It's safe to say I won't be back. read more

They opened at 7 a.m i got there at 7:45 a.m and it took 7 1/2hrs to put 4 tires on. Being 7ms pregnant at the time AND having my 3yr old with me didnt leave with a positive situation. Also staff and management skills SUCKED!!! read more

Atrocious. Someone needs to get it together. I found a multitude of items misplaced throughout the store. Even compared to the worst Wal-Marts this is bad. It is understaffed. Music selection was weak. Overall, I was glad to leave. read more
