While other places either weren't interested in diagnosing it thoroughly or couldn't give me the confidence I was looking for, Anthony took the time to inspect everything and explain exactly what he found. He showed me that the spider gears were beginning to fall apart, the main gears were worn, and the bearings were worn as well. He never pressured me or talked down to me. Instead, he answered every question I had, explained the repair in a way I could understand, and made sure I knew why replacing the differential was the right decision. After the repair, he gave me detailed break-in instructions and has continued to be available whenever I've had questions.
