The backup camera wasn't connected at all, and when I reached out for help, the installer stopped responding. At that point, I was out the money I had paid--including a tip--and had to find someone else to fix it before moving across the country. One of the main reasons I purchased this system was for safety during my cross-country drive. Since the Bluetooth phone connection wasn't working, I was forced to hold my phone against my chest under my seatbelt while driving--not safe and certainly not legal. To make matters worse, several installers refused to even look at my Android-based unit. They told me those systems are usually installed incorrectly and rarely work properly. Thankfully, they were wrong. I took my car to Custom Car Concepts, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Mike got me in right away, properly installed the backup camera, and made sure everything else was working exactly as it should. Did I have to pay to have it fixed? Of course. But the price was more than reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. To say I was impressed--and relieved--would be an understatement. This is absolutely the place to go if you need car audio or electronics work done correctly. I can't thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out when I really needed it.

I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. This review has been a long time coming. Scott and Konrad have been helping me improve my Jeep for the past 4 years. Amazing experience -- really can't praise this shop (and these guys) enough. My first experience with Scott was when I had the death wobble on a 3.5" lift I had installed by 4-wheel Parts in Mesa. I had brought my jeep back to 4wd 4 times and they couldn't diagnose the problem. Scott got down on the ground, crawled under my Jeep...and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes -- and I have never looked back. (I was shocked to find out 4wd had installed my control arms backwards (yes backwards) and installed 3.5" springs on 3 corners, and one 3" spring on my driver-side rear) Over the past 3 years Scott and Konrad have saved me money, time, and anguish. They've been honest with me about upgrades I wanted to make...and showed me the pros and cons of each decision. Often their recommendation was "don't do that, it'd be a waste of your dollars". Amazing to have a trusted partner in my Jeep building experience. Honest and caring people in the car business - seems like an oxymoron. But... It's not!!! These guys are the real deal. They have done exceptional work on my Jeep -- flawlessly installing an EVO Long arm Lift, King Shocks and bump-stops, Lighting, Tires, Soft-Top....and "Jeep Stuff" that makes me more capable and confident whenever I'm in a hairy situation. And Konrad's (and Scott's) commitment to Customer Service is beyond even the highest of expectations. They are great guys that care about their customers and treat them as friends -- and partners. I went to TAP for an AEV 3.5" lift with 35" tires for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I spoke with Scott about the lift and what I wanted out of the lift, Scott was very informative and very professional to deal with and we agreed that the AEV 3.5" lift was what I was after. My wife and I went to pick up the Jeep after installation, the Jeep sat to high for our liking. Scott was out of town for the weekend, so on Monday morning I called Scott and asked if there were any possibilities to lower the Jeep, he said let me call AEV and I will call you back, never had this happen before. Well he called me back and said we could change out the coils to the 2.5" and it should drop it 1"-1 1/4"s. I said OK lets do it, his reply was can you bring it to me now or can can I come and get the Jeep from you? I said I am on my way now. Well the staff over at TAP were OUTSTANDING, no questions asked and got it done right away. There customer service is over the top and have earned my business for life!! I have now used Total Auto Pros for two vehicles. A Jeep Wrangler and a Ford Raptor. Both builds were done perfectly with zero issues. I have always worked with Gregg Feinstein at Total Auto Pros and I could not be more happy with the help I've gotten from Gregg. The Jeep work was done as a surprise for my wife, it is her daily driver. They did a full suspension, wheels, tires, bumpers. The Jeep came out perfect and my wife loves it. Gregg helped me pick everything out to make sure it was perfect. He went beyond the extra mile because we were both stressing out about making sure it turned out perfect on account of the surprise. Color matching work that was done was flawless. We got a set of AEV wheels. Sound simple right? Well not really because my wife loved the yellow centers of the AEV wheel caps which they no longer make. So to make sure the Jeep was "perfect" Gregg had the centercaps hand painted yellow. John and Joey drew from their numerous years of customization experience to provide great ideas how to modify my 2012 Tundra. They spent as much time as my wife and I needed to with no pressure on which choices to make. I bought a new 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum with 3" lift and leveling kit. I was looking to have…read morethe off-road look but keep the luxury. I wanted the biggest tire possible while keeping my rims, a set of running boards and possibly lighting. I'm 62 y/o so I'm not looking for the mean off-road look with all the bells and whistles. I just want to do light off-roading like trails and rock crawling. Jake helped me out and I had the best customer service possible. I got Toyo 34.5" tires. He anticipated that I'd have to trim the front wheel wells. Didn't need the trim, but I wouldn't have known if he decided to trim it. My truck came with 20" rims but the spare tire had an 18" rim. He had already received the five tires and we talked about possible solutions. Get the same tire for an 18" rim or buy a 20" rim. Even though he already had the spare tire for the 20" rim he still gave me a choice. I ended up buy-in a used 20" rim. This allows me to rotate all five tires and not have to worry about driving my truck with an odd looking tire if needed. When I got the rim, I called Jake and he said bring it in and we'll take care of it for you right now. I took it in and a half hour later I was happy! I selected a really nice running board (Go Rhino) and a couple days later I changed my mind after he already ordered it as I upgraded to the bed liner coating. No problem! This running board looks great as it's tucked in tight to the door so it doesn't stick out so much. On top of this great customer service, Jake gave me a military discount... Bingo!!! I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my truck for these services. My truck was ready as promised. I highly recommend Outlaw. Especially, after shopping around.
