New Holland Ford was just within range before I would have run out of juice. Luckily, they were able to work me into their schedule. Nathan and all of the staff that I met were very helpful/friendly, got me checked in and took the car for Ryan, the EV technician, to diagnose. Ryan was able to clear the fault in the electronics/software and Nathan took the car over to the Level 3 charger. A bit over 2 hours after walking into the service department I was back on the road and made it to the wedding, not mine, with a couple hours to spare. So grateful to Nathan, Ryan and the rest of the team at New Holland Ford for resolving what was for me a bit of a stressful situation.

One for the trunk ajar light that pops up every time you turn the car on, and the other for a clicking noise when turning the steering wheel more than 3/4 turn to the right. I told them very clearly I drove the car for 1500+ miles with the clicking noise and just wanted a diagnosis, and needed the car on Saturday. They said this was able to be done so I gave them the car. I get a voicemail on Wednesday saying they highly recommend that my struts get replaced but sadly they couldn't replicate the trunk ajar problem. This was fine with me - so I ordered two front struts same day and planned on picking the van up Friday evening after I was done work. Friday comes and I arrive to pick my car up. I pay the $120 diagnosis fee and read through the packet upon seeing pictures of my strut tower completely detached from my top hat on my front passenger side. Apparently in the diagnosis test in which they fully extend the spring, it popped out... Although I don't agree that you needed to do this to diagnose the problem - I suppose I understand. My problem lays in the fact that the communication is absolutely awful and I was never told that my car was un-drivable for my events I clearly stated I needed the van for on Saturday. When asked, the 3 staff members in the showroom were clueless as to what to do and said I would be contacted today. Coincidentally enough, when I went to get in the car on Friday when picking it up, the trunk ajar light popped up right away ... The one they told me they couldn't replicate. Until this dealer/service center makes this situation right, I will leave this review here. Stay away from this unprofessional service center and dealership with lazy techs who can't visually inspect a strut tower or plug a computer into the ecu to read a sensor. They will rip you off. (Wanted $1200 to fix strut towers and alignment)

I stress salesmen, because this location does not employee female sales staff. When they did, the female employee could go alone with male or female customers. I asked to just go myself at that point and was refused. I have been getting my car serviced at this place for 18 years and I showed up in a 75k luxury car. I can pay cash for anything on the lot and I'm not a tire kicker. This was disappointing. It is illegal for car dealerships to discriminate against customers based on their gender. Denying or altering service for a test drive, or any other part of the sales process, because a customer is a woman is a violation of federal and state law. Edit- in response, I was told by the salesman that this policy was exclusively for females, not for everyone. Men can go with one person. Only women need to be accompanied by two members of their staff.

From the initial phone call until the time I drove out the door, he was there every step of the way. My wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with him, that we decided to buy another vehicle there. Their showroom and outdoor lot has an amazing selection of new and pre-owned vehicles that have been through a strict inspection process. The finance department works closely with various financial institutions to provide the best possible service available. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this dealership and especially the sales associate, Scott Douglas.

I had to schedule a drive along. I went for a drive test with a technician and they felt it as we were driving a few times. Right away he said that feels like the issue many have with the torque converter and moisture so he would change the fluids while it was back for an oil change. He couldn't feel the shifting issue which is understandable bc it wasn't happening there but the stutter was. The service counter rep came out and said they couldn't duplicate it so there was nothing to be done. It is the way the 8speed feels. I have spoken with many other gmc truck owners and they do not feel that in their vehicles. This truck had the torque converter replaced in August (mind you my sales person didn't tell me about this when I was looking at the vehicle). I have also spoken with the manager about my concerns and I was given an attitude and told its just the way the 8speed feels. I felt like I was being spoken down to and like I was some clueless woman. I've driven enough vehicles all different brands and I've done enough research to know something is not right with this vehicle. I don't want to hear them say they understand where my frustration is coming from for the 20th time. You don't. This is no small purchase. You withheld information about the vehicle, sold it to me with an out of date oil change and are speaking to me like a clueless woman. To be told from the tech he felt exactly what I was feeeling as driving and then someone to come out and say he didn't....seems a little shady like the manager just doesn't want to put in the hours to try to fix this issue... Not happy and I want to know how you are going to fix the issue with this vehicle ASAP.

I talked to parts and told them what I needed. They had 2 parts and ordered the other 2 parts. They gave me a call when the parts came in and transferred me to service. Parts had already told me the work would take 2 1/2- 3 hours to do. Rate 170 hour. When I spoke to service I asked again regarding labor and how much time it would take to fix it. It would be 3 hours at 170 hour. Which is 510, plus parts, also needed a oil change so total would be just under 1,000. I made an appointment with service. They said if the weather was good they would wash my car and give me a loner for a few hours so I could run errands nearby. I was sold! Drop off was 7am-9am. I arrived at 8:05 am. The gentleman that greeted me at the door stated they were having computer problems and if I didn't mind waiting. And he said he would notify the loner department that I was there. I was like no problem, I waited in the lobby area for 30 to 45 minutes. Then I was called to the service desk. Strike 1- they told me my parts were not available. My reply, if they could check with parts, because parts had called me when they came in, or I would not have scheduled the appointment. Strike 2- Service said the work would not be guaranteed because I did not have diagnostic done there. The diagnostic would cost 500, the labor 1000, plus parts. So now the bill was almost 2000. I was like that is not what I was told on the phone and clearly I was not very happy. Strike 3- Service told me that I never spoke to them. I was like yes, parts transferred me. I scheduled the appointment and had set up a loner. They insisted I never talked to them in service. Strike 4- They could have contacted their manager and maybe the situation could have been resolved. I went to parts and paid for the parts. I will go to another garage to have them put on. And I know Jeep New Holland does not care about me as a customer which is sad because I bought my jeep there and expected better customer service. I will warn my family and friends to avoid them, even though my parents have used them in the past as well. They wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time, my jeep is still not fixed, and I'm disappointed because I thought I would be driving home in a a clean, fixed jeep!
