One star is too high of a rating. I've gone here twice to look at vehicles- both times the sales people were very unprofessional both in appearance and the way they spoke. Different salesmen - several years apart. My wife couldn't wait to get out of there, no background music playing or anything, just odd silence in the "showroom"sitting awkwardly with the salesman while he makes unwanted small talk while we waited to get a value on our trade in. Go down the road a few miles and visit Keim Chevy- they are great. I will never go back to Turner again. read more

Giving this place one star because of the rudeness and child-like behavior of our sales rep, Kirk Newcomer. We find the other "5 star" ratings here hard to believe and assume many or all must be "plants." We test drove a used Chevy Captiva which, at that point, had been on Turner's lot for a year. (Hmmm??) After a lengthy test drive, we weren't completely certain if we wanted it as we found the seats uncomfortable. Newcomer suggested we buy the car anyway and THEN pay added fees to a nearby upholstery shop to have the seats modified. This idea we immediately nixed. (Why would we do this on a virtually new vehicle with no guarantee of happiness with the results??) We requested a trade-in estimate on our current vehicle in case we decided to buy either the test-driven vehicle, or perhaps, another one there. After waiting 20 minutes while our car was test driven, we sought Newcomer out to find out what was taking so long (at this point, we had a time constraint and had to be at an engagement a half hour away). Newcomer then became very snippy, and in an extremely condescending and mocking tone wanted to know how we could possibly cut a deal on the test driven vehicle if we had to leave. We AGAIN explained that we were not ready to do anything just yet, but they insisted. Within two minutes, Kirk came out and offered an insultingly absurd amount of $500 for our car (shortly thereafter, we purchased a vehicle from a local competitor and in fact, received several thousand on our trade-in). We obviously declined, and Kirk then had some other choice things to say. Is this how you do business, Kirk? If a customer is unsure about purchasing a vehicle from you, you become annoyed and snotty because you won't be getting your commission? This is a highly unprofessional - and rather immature - way to treat customers. read more

Absolutely without a doubt one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Jim, Tim, and Steve were all great the entire way through the process. From start to finish Tim was attentive to my needs and was very quick to respond to emails. Buyer Beware. This dealership is very Untrustworthy. When I purchased my car from them. The salesman that we dealt with told us that we will get unlimited "Free" oil changes from them for purchasing a vehicle. When it was time to get our first free oil change from this dealership. I made an appointment thinking that this was promised to me at purchasing my vehicle. When my oil change was done. They gave me the bill and told me I had to pay. The Salesmen then "Lied" to his manager that he never said this to us. I question the manager, "Why would I drive 45 minutes from my home if I was never promised this". I could've just drove 20 minutes down the street to a service dealership . The manager did not resolve the problem and he said he believed his salesman. I've come to know that this was his sales pitch to get us to purchase the vehicle. I would not recommend doing business here. There are Untrustworthy people. read more

Very straight forward trip. I went to go look at a used car on there lot. The staff and dealers were very friendly. They got me financing when I needed it. I was out and driving in no more than 2 hours (including financing and test drive). I also happened to drive one of there loaners while I went back for a complimentary pit stop. They gave me a new GMC Acadia loaner and man was that cool. All and all no complaints what so ever. Great dealership and reasonable prices. read more

Had to take our car in for a part that had been recalled. It is a 50 minute round trip for us and, after a couple days, we were called to come pick it up. Arrived and there were parts left in the inside of the car by the mechanic (the entire dash had been taken apart). Back home and then went to pick up car the next day. They assured us it was fixed. That afternoon, smoke and sparks erupted under the hood and we had to have it towed to our local mechanic. Turner refused to admit it was their fault (even though our mechanic said so). We will NEVER go to Turner for service again. Our car was worse after it was at Turner and we were out more money to have it repaired, since we didn't want them to touch it. Stay away and don't get burned by this horrible service department. read more

It should have been an even trade because they had the same amount of miles on them. Either way, they offered me $9,500 for my trade in, but my car was valued FAIRLY at $14,000!!! (I found this out later on kbb.com) and to top it off, they tried to sell me the Dodge for $15,266!!! The Dodge is only worth $13,000 AT BEST! Total rip. To make matters even worse, the Dodge had a LOT of problems with it. I took it back 3 times. Turns out, the car was never even looked over when it came to the lot. All they did was wash it, MAYBE put some USED tires on it and stuck it on the lot for sale. TERRIBLE SERVICE! The car I gave them was beautiful... Flawless leather interior, newly inspected. The car they gave me reeked of smoke and had a bad hub/wheel bearing and bad front strut mount! I will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!! All they did was take advantage of me and make money off of my new family. THEN I was threatened to take this review down by management or else I would be charged for service to the vehicle. I have the right to freedom of speech and I am entitled to my opinion without repercussion. I laid this review out exactly how it happened. I am telling the truth. I believe I was ripped off. BIG TIME. I've got a whole file folder full of records. Try me. I'm still unhappy and will be paying for this car for the next 75 months of my life. I thought I made a deal for 60 months. They rushed me through the paperwork saying: "you might want to hurry because your baby looks like it will wake up soon!" They offered me a 7500 mile warranty because they felt bad.
