Definitely worth the drive! The store was clean, well-organized, and had great displays of different projects on the walls. And unlike some other stores, there is room to move around and they even have shopping carts (a rare find in fabric stores). Great selection of fabrics and surprisingly great/lower prices. On top of all this, the customer service was incredible! We were greeted upon arrival, had our fabrics carried for us to the cutting table and were helped by several different staff and the manager (who spent a considerable amount of time with us)-- Incredible customer service--retail stores could learn a lot from this crew! Overall, a 5-star experience. I will definitely be a returning customer.

When I approached her with some garbage that i found on a shelf she looked at me blankly like I wasn't there. so i told her never mind and I went to another employee. she shouldn't be working in a service industry if she feels the way she does about her job. I really only gave 4 stars because sometimes you need a membership to 'enjoy' all of the discounts you'll find here. I'm just not a membership person. P.S. I found the stretch lace for the dress I'm wearing in my user picture at the Regent location for $2.99/meter. Love it!

Yesterday I came in looking for a calligraphy pen, ink and some paper. I was greeted in a friendly…read moremanner and shorty after looking for what I needed I was approached by a friendly guy looking to see if I needed some help. One item I needed wasn't in stock so he made sure it was on the order list and let me know they were placing an order with the manufacturer on Monday and that if I left my name at the desk they will call me when it arrives. Left the store with way more than I intended and a happy customer. I never bring a purse into this store as I know they have issues with shoplifters. While I know trust goes both ways I also know if this helps deter shoplifters then I am happy to come empty handed. Shoplifting hurts us all so I am all for the measures that help prevent it. Always a friendly bunch and very approachable. Their classes are brilliant and the teachers are extremely patient and want nothing more than to see others take an interest in art.
