I also wasn't feeling well and needed to go to a couple stores. It was a joy to see Katrina again - and to meet Monica! They gave me advice (because I asked) about how to wear brown over-the-knee designer CLEARANCE boots and we talked... They are so welcoming and gracious. One of the guys there (Peter, I think), spent about an hour with her analyzing her foot and recommending the correct boot and insole for her. She managed to snag last year's model, so the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back for any future ski needs. They seemed to have a pretty good selection of apparel as well, and everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable.
