Don't buy from this fast food restaurant. The service was terrible. I went there for the Tuesday 8-piece chicken special that was advertised for $10. Originally, I was going to order online: an 8-piece chicken meal and a pot pie. Online, the total came out to about $20. I decided instead to order in person, but somehow the exact same order came out to $22. I asked the cashier how much the Tuesday special was, and she told me it was $12. I explained that online it showed $10, and she rudely told me that if I wanted that price, I needed to order online. What made it worse was that there was a sign posted INSIDE the restaurant advertising the special for $10, while another sign outside said $12 weekly specials. I pointed this out and asked if they were going to honor the advertised price on the sign inside the store, because otherwise it would be false advertising. She refused and again told me to order online. I told her I would be filing a complaint for false advertising. When I went back inside to take pictures of both signs, one of the employees was already taking the inside sign down. It's unbelievable that they refused to honor a posted price over a $2 difference. I did file a complaint with corporate. Be careful going to this restaurant for weekly specials because the prices advertised may not match what they actually charge. read more

I don't usually leave 1-star reviews, but this experience felt worth sharing. I stopped by for lunch and was already a bit disappointed to see there's no drive-thru. When I walked in, the restaurant was empty and there was no one at the register. A man who appeared to be refilling his drink turned out to be the cashier. When I asked if he could take my order, he said yes, but wasn't friendly and didn't show much in terms of customer service. My order came out in about two minutes, which initially seemed impressive--but it quickly made sense why. The fries were hard and tasted old, like they had been reheated. The chicken tenders were cold, and the biscuit didn't taste fresh like they usually do at other locations. On a positive note, the dining area did look clean. Tenders were much better than Popeyes in terms of being more meaty. Fries were just as good as Popeyes with the nice seasoning. Biscuit still dry as the desert. Leaves your mouth feeling like the dough is stuck on like glue. Be sure to have gravy on hand or else it's super dry. Also got a bucket of chicken extra crispy. On Tuesdays it's 8 piece for $10. Very decently priced for the chicken. Sandwiches were decent and crispy. A bit cheaper in price versus Popeyes. Not sure why, but my order did not come with sauce. The receipt said sauce and "no sauce"... weird. Ordered togo so it was a quick in and out. Noticed that if you ordered in, it seems to take longer. Placed a mobile order for a 3 pc tenders box and a chicken sandwich and added two sauces for the tenders box and a ketchup packet for the sandwich but when I got home, I noticed that all the sauces were missing. My friend also placed an order for a 3 pc tenders box and a famous bowl and also requested two sauces and utensil for the bowl but they were also missing :( I thought the tenders and chicken sandwich wasn't as crispy as I would like them to be. Ordered a 2-piece extra crispy today and was highly satisfied with my food. Also got the a 3-piece original flavor tenders for later because the deal was too good to pass up. The crispy chicken was perfectly fried as I enjoy it, and the mashed potatoes on the side are always the perfect companion to the meal. This location is clean and new, but my gripe is that these guys bagged up my to-go order and the sauces for my tenders were nowhere to be found. Shame on you! Always check your order at this restaurant!! They like to "bait and switch" when you place an order online and they run out of something you ordered. Rather than being honest and upfront, and offering you a choice, or declining the order because they cannot fulfill it, they just put whatever they want in the bag and tie multiple knots hoping that you won't notice until you get home and it's too late. I can respect running out of something, especially as it gets later in the evening. I cannot respect dishonesty to customers paying good money for their order. Whoever is running this store needs a good lesson in customer service, or to be replaced. We didn't choose your career -- you did! Customer service is horrible here. They mess up my order I have to go back and they argue that the order was correct. I show them my receipt and tell them to count the pieces. I'm 2 short of a 5 piece combo. I asked for a fresh order since this is cool. She said no since I used the app. She goes on to say call the company and ask them for a refund. I was pretty blown away from my experience here at KFC. This is one of the newer KFCs so it has a nice modern building and feel. The other KFCs in the area feel pretty dated. I only wanted to order chicken and the biggest order I can get away with that isn't a meal is a 4 piece. For 4 pieces it was almost 10 dollars which means each piece is roughly ~2.50. It's actually one of the most expensive fried chicken per piece that I've had. I ordered the extra crispy and I would have to say it was amazing. The breading and seasoning was delicious. It was super crispy and I couldn't get enough of eating it. Service was really quick and good. They were able to provide me a recommendation for just ordering chicken since that isn't something on the menu or online. Within 5 minutes my order was out of the kitchen and I was on my merry way eating this delicious fried chicken. Overall, really good good fried chicken, it's a bit more expensive than other places for fried chicken. Highly recommend this KFC and ordering their crispy chicken! read more

The worker was very pleasant and attentive as well. I got their spicy chicken sandwich combo which came out to almost $9. It was pretty pricey but their fries are super yummy, crispy and flavorful. Most fancy looking KFC I've walked into, the tables by the window have outlets so you can do work on your computer or charge your phone. The interior is very nice and feels hotel lobby-esque, I didn't plan to sit down and eat (take-out) but after visiting I'll definitely be planning to sit down next time I order. Employees here are clueless! I walked in towards the counter to order. Only description I have of the young female teenager working behind the counter was that she had glasses and acne. I got to the counter, not one word from her. Just stared. After a few awkward seconds, I said " hello" and proceeded to place my order.
