Love their lunch special, soda, pizza and a salad for $12.99 which isn't bad considering the size of the slice. It is VERY good tasting pizza and I really enjoy it every time I come. Service is speedy and location is clean

    Pizza and mango habanero

Pizza and wings hit better then before. The mango habanero wings extra crispy are DELICIOUS. The pizza is even better than before!! DELICIOUS! The service is good and polite. The place is chill vibes with enough tvs and seating.

Baldwin Park Pizza is a great little spot with a classic pizza diner feel. But it's missing some love and the three stars are more dedicated to the staff than anything. The environment is very open space, big booths, and honestly could be a really great spot for groups, sports events etc... the classic take on a big pizza diner works and parking is pretty good, to be honest. The service... was fantastic, the hard part was their soda machine was out and has been for a while. They did have cans and 2 liter soads to accommodate, but you can tell the staff has had to explain this over and over again. They had the same issue with the beer and had a limited amount of bottled beer. We were swayed away from pitchers of beer because of this. The Last thing I noticed was they had to double check on some of the apps to see if they had them or not and they had no. Ketchup for our fries and wedges. You. Can tell it was uncomfortable for the staff. I was worried about the food after our initial order because of what was missing, but.... the pizza was pretty good, so we're the wings and salads. The breaded pickled were definitely frozen since a lot of them clumped together, and the wedges were good but no flavor. Some Ketchup would of helped. This is my girlfriends childhood nostalgia pizza place and they do have great pizza, wings and salad. I'm actually down to try some of their sandwiches. I just feel that the equipment needs some tlc....

    Pastrami with red onions

A co-worker introduced me to Pastrami pizza that originated in Downey. That was the baddest pizza I've had. It was so good, it was evil! Today I was craving Pastrami pizza but didn't want to drive all the way to Downey. Got on my trusty Yelp and saw that BP Pizza also makes them so I hurriedly drove myself over. At half past 11 I was the only customer there. Oh well, my order is going to breeze through. I got the large pastrami ($18.75) plus $2 for the add-on red onions. It was good but nowhere near the original one. It might be the choice of cheese or pastrami that they used or the lack thereof. I can imagine it would be underwhelming without the additional red onions. I'll try to come back and order the Company pizza next time and hope that one is better. It has been quite some time since I visited this place and a lot has changed. Looks roomier with better looking booths and tables. They have 10 flat screen TVs that would be great for game night. Parking was adequate.

Pizza, mac n cheese bites, garlic fries

This place is pretty good. Pros and cons I'd say. But enough pros that I'd order from here again. I was visiting my friend who lives in Baldwin Park and he suggested Baldwin Park Pizza. We ordered a large pizza with pineapple and mushrooms (my favorite combination mmm!) an order of garlic fries, as well as Mac and cheese bites. Let me just say.... Those max and cheese bites are small but taste AMAZING!!! I'd literally just order two orders of Mac and cheese balls lol They were fried perfectly and ooey gooey cheesy inside. Yum! Our pizza was a bit dry. The crust wasn't really edible. We just ate everything but the crusts. The garlic fries were okay. Not really my thing though. Something about the flavor with the garlic spread that didn't sit well with me. But my friend grubbed out on the whole order of garlic fries. Overall this place was decent. I'd probably give it another try and definitely make sure to order those Mac balls. Lol Service was slow. I think it took two hours for delivery on a Friday night. They estimated an hour to and hour and a half. We were starving by the time the food arrived.

The pizza dough is different taste cheaper. They should bring the old one back. Service was good and ambience was good.

You can smell the fresh pizza dough in the restaurant. I'm so happy that the pizza is the way it used to be when it open.

It's always my go-to, and I keep coming back just for it. That being said, I have to be honest about the pasta. Every time I've tried it, it's been pretty bland and didn't have much flavor. I wish it had a little more seasoning because it has potential. Overall, the chicken Caesar sandwich is absolutely to die for, and I definitely recommend giving it a try!

The place looked run-down, the TVs weren't even set up, and there was a trash can sitting outside in the middle of the dining area. The person who greeted us was friendly, but other than that, nobody else was there. We ordered two chicken fettuccine Alfredo dishes, and one had broccoli added. For the broccoli upcharge, I got four pieces. That's definitely not worth paying extra for. We didn't order drinks, appetizers, or sides. The fettuccine itself was just okay--it lacked flavor. The "garlic bread" was the biggest surprise: two Hawaiian rolls with garlic butter. Seriously... what is that? Each pasta was listed at $17.95, yet my total came to $48, and the math just wasn't adding up. I wasn't given an itemized receipt, which made it even more frustrating. After noticing my reaction, they brought us a salad with lettuce that looked brown and a small side of pasta. I'm guessing it was their way of making up for it, but that doesn't justify charging me without being transparent. To make matters worse, the bathroom was dirty, which is always a major red flag. My friend really wanted to try the restaurant, so I just let it go and paid. Looking back, I shouldn't have. Moral of the story: If your gut tells you something feels off, trust it and walk away. Don't stay just to be polite--it's your hard-earned money. This experience taught me that from now on, if something doesn't feel right, I won't hesitate to leave, no matter who I'm with or where I am. Transparency is everything to me. If you're not honest with your customers or you overcharge people, you've already earned 1 star in my book. I can GUARANTEE this is my first and last time her, I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning.

Severely overrated, omg. Wife and I came in for a sandwich…read moreand boy was this place underwhelming. First red flag we noticed is that they use Lavazza machines for their coffee drinks. Lavazza might as well be the sugary gimmicks Starbucks can pull off on their best days. You're paying for the name, not the quality of your drinks. Next red flag was the counters behind the 'baristas.' They were stocked with buckets of sugary ingredients like some store bought cookie butter stacked on top of some other store bought 'dubai' butter. That seemed a bit unsanitary and, frankly, kinda sloppy. Last red flag were the sad, sauce-soaked paninis we got. In fact, they were probably the worst paninis we've ever had. Our chicken chipotle avocado panini was drenched in what clearly tasted like store-bought chipotle sauce and the chicken just tasted like reheated chopped breasts (I mean I wouldn't blame them, they're a cafe, not a kitchen.) The mango habanero panini was even worse in that it was more drenched in what also tasted like store-bought habanero sauce, making the panini a dripping mess. But the choice of using what tasted like candied dried mango slices in the sandwich was awful. The flavors just did not marry and it's likely because this is what happens when you have a great idea, but use crap and cheap ingredients to craft something. Maybe they are better known for some other dishes, but the fact that they use store-bought sauces on their sandwiches is pretty tacky. Overall, this place is all hype and no heart. Just a steady flow of clout-chasing customers akin to those that frequent Starbucks as part of a lifestyle. Don't fall for the hype. It's okay to not like something that the masses do.
