Order placed on app well before arriving, 4 cars arriving and paying at the window were immediately served while I had been asked to pull around, wait for my small order to be "brought" out. While waiting, it was not busy and there were ZERO guests inside, I watched 3 other drive-thru customers order, pay n leave within a few moments with their food. Yet, still I'm sitting outside for about 15 min., now I'm frustrated so I go inside only to find my order has been "sitting" in the bag long enough to be slightly Luke warm and starting to get mushy. I ask the girl who told me to pull around, "I waited as told and wondering why you didn't bring my completed order out?" She handed me the bag, never said a word, rolled her eyes and turned walking away. It was totally obvious she had an attitude and it came across as my business was Unwanted in her store as she looked down her nose a me!!!!!! This has to be the absolute worst KFC in Michigan. Incompetent staff, they always mess up your food, or give you not fresh food, and will try and argue with you in order to replace it. Just bad business all around... it's always dirty in the inside and some staff are not even wearing masks. Where is the health department when you need them? Placed an order online before leaving home and timed my commute to make sure I'd be arriving at around the time the food was reported to be ready only to find that the front doors remain locked despite the website, the signage in front of the entrance to the lot, and the signage on the front door itself all saying to enter the building to pick up web orders. I waited for just over 30 minutes to progress through the drive-thru line and reach the window for my food and found all of the food to be completely cold. The chicken was tough, the coating of the chicken tenders and sandwich was soft and barely had any taste or texture, the Pepsi dispensed from their machine tastes nothing like Pepsi, and neither of the dipping sauces on my order ended up being in the bag or box. The only thing that worked out was the biscuit included with my meal, having both a similar taste and texture to homemade biscuits that I much prefer to the perfectly round and overly salted biscuits of the nearest competitor, but being again marred by also having been cold. KFC is typically my third choice for chicken in the area, but this visit dropped it down to fifth place behind McDonalds' McChicken, completely setting aside the more premium chicken sandwich they offer, and the chicken restaurant in the Shell gas station on Whittaker. read more

This place is not good. The included Photo of the corn says it all. This corn was bought at 11:10 AM and this store opened at 10:30. It is so dried out it is almost seed dry. Why? WTF KFC. Can you not keep it fresh and submerged in water? Did you microwave this or is it leftover from yesterday? It barely qualifies as food and would be far better as pig slop or compost. The sauced wings were WAY over sauced. I purchased 3 sets sauced and 2 naked. There is so much sauce left I was able to toss and FULLY coat 8 wings in less than 2 sauce leftover trays! The bread coating on the wings is so thick and filling, but in a bad way. The percentage of breading, meat, and sauce was 55%, breading, 25% meat/bones, and 20% sauce, and I ordered only drummies! A fail here too as of now I have one flat out of 3 containers I ate or checked. The wing were fully over cooked as well it left the sauce as the only taste in your mouth. Save your money and time and just get wings at Buffalo Wild Wings or get your normal chicken fix at the far superior chain of Popeye's. read more

This is the absolute WORST KFC I have ever been to. They consistently get my order wrong, and the last time I was there i was in the middle of making my order when some girls started giggling and they didn't even notice that I had stopped talking for a full minute. When they finally did notice, the girl asked me to repeat my entire order over. So, I repeated it over and I was interrupted several times by what sounded like them joking around. Finally a manager stepped in to take my order. Today the ordering process seemed to go okay, got the food home and the entire order was wrong. This is FAR from the first time my order was wrong. Additionally, the cleanliness standards in and around the window is horrific. Over the last 2 years, they've gotten my order wrong 7 times out of 10. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. I could have drove to Kentucky in the time it took to get my order. Over 30 minutes for a 3 piece meal and it was not busy in the least! I counted 6 crew members and 3 "managers" working tonight. Not sure why this place has a low rating. I went through the drive thru and they were very friendly and my order was done quickly and was correct. The food was very good. I would definitely come to this location again. I do wish they gave out honey with the biscuits. Not sure if you have to ask for it. And the order of mashed potatoes is pretty small. read more

I have gone to this location a few times and have never left the place without issues. Many times you get here and they tell they don't have this or that. They are extremely slow every time. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a 20$ fill up meal yesterday and drove 13 miles home only to find it was all dark meat no breasts!!! DO NOT GO HERE. This is the worst KFC I have been to. The service normally sucks but today's experience surpassed my lowest expectations. We went to the drive thru and the person taking the order was rude, short, and wouldn't even let us finish our order. When we got to the window we asked to speak with the manger. The manager (Tony) sounded exactly like the POS taking the order. He said it was some other person "spinning potato's." He said he would talk to him. No apology from the manager, only a half hearted apology from the worker at the window, who I am assuming was apologizing for his career choice. Went in on a Saturday evening to get a cheap family meal. Got the family fill up bucket for $20. They have the option to add 8 hot wings for $5 so i add them. Bag was kinda heavy so I assumed everything was in it (I was wrong). Well...they left out my hot wings. So I call no answer and voicemail is full so I try again a bit later. Tell mgr the issue she ask if i can come now and i couldn't so said she would put my name in the book. Fast forward 8 days later when i go to get my wings my name isn't in the book. Mgr on duty say i shouldn't do this but since you have your receipt I can replace it this once... hold on this isn't a replacement! I paid for these already. You aren't doing me any favors. We go back and forth a couple times i get my wings and leave. Get home to indulge and they taste like cardboard!
