This McDonald's consistently has the best fries I've ever had from any McDonald's location I've ever been to.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would definitely do so! My family and I came by this McDonald's as it was close to where we were. I regret not checking the reviews ahead of time. I've never had to wait 45 minutes just to get my meal at McDonald's when it wasn't even busy. This location seems to prioritize door dash and delivery orders before catering to the guests that are actually in the restaurant which is completely insane. Not only was the service extreme slow but they got our orders wrong. For happy meals they don't have yogurt which is fine they substitute it with apple slices however we didn't get any apple slices in both of the happy meals. We didn't check as we didn't think simple orders like these can go wrong at McDonald's. We only found out after driving off on the highway 20 minutes later. Also, it looked like they tossed everything in the bag, all the fries had came out. This has to be the worse McDonald's I've ever been to our of ALL. I would avoid this location at all cost! I would not recommend this place unless you want your order to be wrong. read more

The bread on my hamburger was dry chewy and stale also it didn't have onion and ketchup. I could see food and trash on the floor in the kitchen and I wasn't the only one who waited that long. This Macdonalds is trash. They wouldn't even sell me 10 Big Macs at 4:15am, even after attempting to bribe an employee for $10. This is a bullshit place, I wanted 10 Big Macs from Macdonalds at 4:15am and they said I have to call ahead, EVEN IF they were still serving them. I know this review won't make a difference but the staff working at this McDonald's over the noon hour on Sept. 4, 2025, especially the manager "Kevin", should all be fired immediately! I waited in the drive-through and placed my order. There was no confirmation and I was directed to pull up to the first window, where I presented my card to a surly worker before advancing to the second window to pick up my order. The woman working there handed me a bag of food and a drink. I waited, thinking she was going to get my second drink. She opened the window and stated, "What?!" I told her I was missing a drink. I was informed that I would have to get back in line or come in the store to order because I had not paid for it and they did not have a cash register at that window (never mind that there was one at the first window and several cash registers steps away at the front of the store, as well as several employees milling about who could easily have run the card). The line was long and I was not going to wait again so I asked to speak with a manager. "Kevin," the manager, refused to take my card and run it through a register so they could get my drink (the drink machines are also at this window, btw). Any other McDonald's would have just given me the drink because they messed up but not this store. I was 100% willing and able to pay for the drink but shouldn't have to wait a second time after waiting the first to get what I ordered! Kevin told me he couldn't run the card because there was "a line." I have never in my life encountered such rude and obnoxious McDonald's staff. I will not be; visiting this store again. Judging from eh other reviews, this store will hopefully work itself out of business due to the extremely poor customer service. read more

The cashier told me I had to "pull up and wait" for my food for some reason. I waited 10 minutes. They literally forgot I was there until they told another car to pull and wait. Service is VERY slow... took over 20 minutes to get a done in order. I do not recommend coming to this establishment

wish I could leave a 0, I understand it's hard working in food service but holy sh*t it takes so much time to even order. We were second in the drive through and waited 11 minutes. The car in front of us even longer. 5 cars in a row left the line because it wasn't moving. Once I ordered a coke with no ice and waited at the second window for 7 minutes while 4 employees stood there doing nothing. Maybe the soda machine was broken for a second but at least let me know. Waited 45 minutes in line at the only drive thru lame they had open AND THEN when arriving to the window the girl that came on the microphone failed to realize that while taking my order she didn't mute her mic so I could hear her and her co worker talking shit about taking my order because I have a speech impediment and say "Coke" instead of Coca-cola. I just got home from McDonald's, I rarely go to McDonald's, virtually never. However I was there this morning, just got home. I have not yet eaten my food as it's in the oven to kill any possible live virus. The gentleman who handed me my food had his mask pulled down underneath his nose, the other lady at the window (who is extremely nice) had her mask so low that her nose holes exposed. This is not wearing your mask folks. I understand they're hot, that's NOT wearing your mask. Needless to say I will not be back, not during this pandemic. read more

I'm glad this location exists. It's convenient. The staff is good and has been doing their best in tough circumstances without full staffing. While my spouse has gotten food poisoning at many McDonald's he's been all good when having eaten here. read more

Had my meal made incorrectly, even with the tags on my burgers stating specifically how they we're suppose to be made. Went thru the drive thru when I placed my order. Didn't look at my food before pulling out which was a mistake. When I spoke to the manager (Dawn) she was very rude, obnoxious and condescending. Told me that It was my fault for not checking the food before I left instead of accepting the fact that the responsibility layed on the restaurant for incorrectly making my meal. When I became annoyed from her rude dialogue I stated that "I would appreciate that my food is made the way I ask for it to be made especially if you put a tag on the food that specifically states how the food is to be made". The manager (Dawn) began to curse and become more DISRESPECTFUL then hung up. This isn't the right behavior for a restaurant or any type of business especially a manager!!! read more

We had the best night! Was having a pretty rough day and this place had exactly what i needed. The fries were extra crispy and salty tonight. I have been to this McDonald's a lot. The food is usually cold, and the staff is clueless and/or rude. Last time I was here with my friend, they messed up the order and had a big attitude about fixing it. I would say that the food is warm and tasty about 15% of the time. Probably less.
