Using the app is pointless, you might as well walk in and order your food because according to them, they cannot cook any food that is already paid for going to repeat paid for before you get there. I'm going to reiterate already been paid for so if you order at 10:15 for breakfast and they change at 10:30 for lunch and you have to wait in drive-through line for 16 minutes you are getting screwed and again I will repeat it. Worst Experience i've ever seen at a McDonalds in my literal 21 years of living. I mean.. We all hate McDonalds but it's part of the experience right ? We go there every time just to check our bag to make sure they didn't forget that one menu item that they always do. Well I got the whole 9 yards this visit ! I was racing to DTW and was starving! I did not have the time nor the inclination to pay for expensive food at the airport so I pulled off I-94 and went the drive-thru route at the McDonald's in Van Buren. Now I've been "Joe Pesci'd" at the drive-thru more times that I care to admit (If you are unfamiliar with this term, look it up on Urban Dictionary dot com) so I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed that the team here got a fairly complicated order absolutely right and even made sure I had ketchup and napkins. Both the order taker and the cashier were very friendly and professional. My burgers were hot as were my fries. Will definitely return! read more

My order is wrong every time I go to this location. I have been refused service during business hours 3 times in the last 6 months. They claim it's because they have a store meeting but I've seen them screwing around behind the counter during those times. They're rude, have overcharged me multiple times. So I came thru around 10:45 p.m and ordered 2 mcdoubles with no pickle and add Mayo. I get home to find that my mcdoubles didn't have any Mayo and between the 2 of them had nearly 14 pickles on them (yes I counted). I'm highly allergic to pickles. Another thing about the mcdoubles is that when I unwrapped them they weren't even together correctly. The top bun was nearly half way off of the rest of the burger. The meat was extremely dry and tasted like sandpaper. Aside from that the person who took my order was a bit on the rude side. The lady in the first window was nice enough to fix them for me, and was very friendly the whole time (wish I'd asked her name) but the still gave me the wrong sandwiches. They hire teens that do not know how to make food and they can't follow simple instructions. I think that they would look for better workers. Sometimes I feel better spending at a different McDonald's. I don't know if they are trying to play with us but we asked for Sprite and they gave us water. Disgusting and horrible service. We stopped off the freeway because my kids wanted to play. I waited well over 15 minutes to order , they messed up everyone's order before me. Literally every single one of them. The cashier was rude and completely incompetent. She picked up a pair of shoes and then didn't wash her hands. They finally informed me that I had to order at the Kiosk. I asked if I could order at the counter and they said they are supposed to do that. I decided to let my kids play while I called a pizza place and ordered a pizza instead. I won't be using these Kiosks. We will either go to another McDonald's without these or no McDonald's for us. My family was returning home after a long (6 hour) road trip. We stopped to get our 3 kids happy meals at McDonalds so that we wouldn't have to cook when we got home. We ordered 3 happy meals - 1 with a hamburger and 2 with chicken nuggets. When we got to the window, the lady handed us 2 juice boxes. My husband said, "We had 3 happy meals with juice boxes." The lady at the window shrugged her shoulders and said, "Well, I only have you down for 2." My husband said, "Can we have 3? I ordered 3." The lady said No - she just had us down for 2. We asked for a manager. Another girl came to the window & we explained to her what had just happened. She said, "What do you want me to do?" At this point, I took off my sunglasses and looked at the woman from the passengers seat and said - ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The girl said, "Ill make you another one." She returned with 3 happy meal bags and another juice box. We got home and the kids took their happy meal bags inside to eat while my husband and I unloaded our luggage. Then, my 4 year old said, "Wait… there is just barbecue sauce in my nugget box!" My other son said also - "Hey! I didn't get any nuggets!" Then, they both (hungry) started to cry. My 3rd son (who'd order the hamburger) said "THere is sauce all over the inside of my happy meal bag!" I called the McDonalds and asked to speak with a manager. A young man said he was the manager and I told him what had just happened. He argued with me about it! He said he was certain the girls didn't do it on purpose (last time I checked the BBQ sauce at McDonalds comes in a packet, which has to be opened if you are going to empty its contents into a chicken nugget box). He said he could replace the meals. There was no way I was going to go back to that place after finally making it home after a 6 hour road trip. I don't trust that place - I would't be surprised if they also spit in there. I am so appalled by the service I just received! And, never in my 33 years have I EVER experienced that type of sabotage at a McDonald's. Who would mess with a kid's food like that?!? We are never going there again! read more

This is the slowest McDonalds I know of. I ordered a coffee and a Sausage McMuffin this morning 9-25-17 at 6:10 a.m. and received the coffee but had to leave to work after waiting 8 minutes for my order. I politely asked if everything was ok an was told everything is fine.I asked if I could get my dollar back because I had to leave for work and could not afford to wait any longer. I was just given blank stares like I was crazy. I ended up leaving without my McMuffin. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS SLOW AND INCOMPETANT RESTAURANT. I do not usually write about an establishment but I felt I should get the word out about this place on Bellville rd. It is not my first time experiencing the very slow service here. I am not sure what is going on at the Rawsonville McDonald's but their drive thru service is the worst of any restaurant in the area. I don't go inside because I am usually on the way to work but the line in the drive thru moves so slowly there is no way I can continue to make it a morning stop.
