I had a coupon for a 12 piece meal for $25. I was charged $43. When I ask for a correction, I was told that the manager had to be called. I got tired of waiting and I said please just give me a refund. I was refunded on my credit card but I was not given the receipt for the refund. I was told she had to keep the receipt for the manager. I told her I needed the receipt and she gave me somebody else's receipt. We should have not even gone in as it appeared the windows hadn't been washed in a very long time. We went in and while waiting for our food found out the self serve drink machine had been non functional for a year. No condiment station for napkins, etc as in most KFCs. Location is more or less a mile from the outlet. Very nice modern interior. Comfy seats. Arrived between 1230-1pm. There was a line of people waiting for their orders to be called, and some are still waiting for the cashier to take an order. This location needs a steady cashier so the order counter doesn't look abandoned. Ordered the $5 fill-up and basket meal. Surprised to see how small are the chicken parts compared to other locations. Although their mashed potato and coleslaw tasted better. Was only given a fork to use. How am I supposed to eat my chicken? I guess with my bare hands haha! Had to go back in line and ask for a plastic knife. They ran out of tea and napkins. Nobody bothered to check their dining area and replenish their cutleries. I wish I could judge the quality of the food in this review but I ended up eating at the Halo Burger down the street. I waited for fifteen minutes high on legal weed wanting some chicken so bad but when I got to the speaker they didn't even know if they could accommodate an eight piece bucket of chicken. Service was absolute garbage. It's like manners don't exist at this place. A simple "you're welcome" or "have a nice night" would have been acceptable but to just not say anything at all after I say thank you is unacceptable. New management needed to say the least. What a joke. This is a prime example of what we as consumers can now expect in a post-Covid society. At least we are open. I get tired of most fast food joints because they hire mindless teens that could care less about you or your dinning experience. But I found a pleasant surprise here. We bought a 16 pc bucket and tenders for a family gathering, when I started taking the chicken out the dark meat was such small pcs, the legs were no bigger than 2 inches about the size of the wings. I'm pretty sure it was a manager that packed up my chicken, if he was--- he should have doubled the amount esp. the dark meat, was worried about having enough it cost us $48.00 for some shitty little pcs of chicken!!!!! I went to KFC today. I ordered a 16 piece meal. The clerk at the counter was totally clueless, I had to repeat my order 4 times. I had a fountain drink also which was tasteless. Absolutely f*cking horrible ordered a fill up just to find out that they had no Chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or Mac n cheese. Do yourselves a favor and don't come here. Asked for a refund got an attitude and was told it wasn't possible asked to speak to a manger and the manager asked my problem after I had said my issue she then gave me a refund of one of the items I ordered so from a $30 bill down to a $28 bill was then told not to return to this location which I gladly won't. Need to close the place down!!! Been going there ever since they opened, used to be a nice place to eat. Now you can't get anything there. They never have any food ready, you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to get anything, and when you order they don't tell you that they're out of certain things until they put your order together.
