I ordered directly from KFC's website, not through SkipTheDishes, and selected "Hand it to me" because I live downtown and didn't want it left outside. Despite this, the site marked it as delivered--but no one came, and my security cameras confirmed it. Ten minutes later, SkipTheDishes called (even though I didn't order from them), saying the driver couldn't reach me. I had received no calls or knocks. I called KFC after 75 minutes, and the manager insisted it was left at my door. I explained I had camera footage and had selected "hand it to me." She argued, refused to accept proof, and hung up on me. No apology--just said not to order again. 2 hours after ordering, cold food arrived: rubbery fries, soggy chicken, all drumsticks, no gravy on the poutine. KFC used SkipTheDishes without consent, ignored delivery instructions, then blamed me for their mistake. Horrible service and worse food. read more

This place is in distressed condition. I am not sure if KFC has no control over their franchisee to maintain their shop in certain condition. This place has no AC in the summer, ceiling is falling apart with holes, everywhere you lay your eyes something is broken. No hand soup in the restroom as well. I would stay away, very bad experience. Thought we can enjoy a great meal inside as we are traveling passing by the area. I should have read others review before I jumped in. The chicken is not the quality of years ago that we used to pull out of a bucket! We got an order recently... one piece was confusing. It was the size of the wings. Turned out to be a breast. We joked that it must have been imported from Haiti or Ethiopia from a starving chicken. There used to be a day when the news of the family getting KFC brought excitement of getting "big juicy finger licking good" chicken... now the news brings visions of small and greasy food. We haven't had KFC in I don't know how long: it's been years! Suddenly we were parked out front, aiming for the coffee shop next door, so we got a little of each. DH wanted a bucket, but I felt that was too much, so I asked the cashier what to do. And she's the only reason I'm writing this review! She had a creative response and was flexible, and gave me what I wanted at a better price than a party bucket. Well done! She kept me interested! I do love the smell and taste if the breading but I can't take the grease any more, and this time was no exception. The chicken itself was moist and tender and very hot, but the grease was just dripping off!! It will be years again before I eat this again. Real comfort food! read more

I blame myself for giving this place a second chance. Both times we've gone here, the food has been inedible. The chicken is super dark, and has obviously been re-fried for some reason. It is so greasy, it's really gross and not something anybody should eat. My son had popcorn chicken, which wasn't as bad, but he still felt sick after a few bites. Ended up throwing it all out. I do not normally do this or am one to ever complain but yesterday was the worst drive thru experience I've ever had. First visit- order and pull up to pay to be informed they have no chicken and would be a 15 minute wait. We decided to hit the grocery store in the meantime and came back after the 15. This time she informs us at the first window that it will be 7 minutes for chicken. We decided to wait. Pull up to second window, pay and she tells us to just pull around to the front of the store so she can serve the car behind. We ended up sitting at the front of the store for 15 MORE minutes when finally my boyfriend said he was going in. He tells the girl that's he's been sitting out front waiting for his meal and she says "oh yeah" and begins to pack up our meal. SHE FORGOT US!!!! And then get home to very greasy soggy chicken. I filled out the online survey informing them of this visit and clicked off "yes" to be contacted and nothing! We are frequent guests here and after this will not bother anymore. Very poor customer service! We paid for our food at 2:24 and my bf had to go in the store at 2:45 to remind them of our wait! And this is AFTER giving them the initial 15 minute window! i live 10 minutes away from kfc in Brockville,, the $41 order came cold, the bag was not properly sealed , the fries box was not closed nor was the bucket of chicken and if we had not checked the bag the salad was still down in the drivers car, we had to run down and ask the driver where the salad was. terrible delivery service . I tried to call the Brockville location to complain at 7:00pm and they wouldn't answer the phone. read more
