I went into KFC to order my food. I decided to order the fried pickles and chicken wings. The cashier told me that the fried pickles had been sitting for a very long time, but she would ask someone to drop me fresh. I spoke to be one of the managers who said she would drop the pickles fresh. They did drop two sets of eight pickles. Left those in the frying bin and still gave me the pickles that were clearly expired and very greasy. I watch the manager take the pickles from the freezer drop the pickles. I watched and when those pickles were done, they still gave me the pickles that had been sitting there and that were greasy. I am very disappointed with KFC. It appears that your quality has gone down along with the overall integrity. Either cook to order or less amount so it won't go to waste. It's not fair to pay money and get poor quality. I went to place an order at the drive-through. It wasn't very busy, but the worker on the drive-through came on the speaker and said he would be with me shortly. I waited several minutes and he never came back to take my order. I just drove away. Not worth the aggravation. read more

Why even have a lobby if it's closed at 6:15pm? I haven't had the food here myself, but every time I pick up here the service is horrible. And on top of that the employee that gestured for me to go to the drive thru did it in a rude way, almost as if I should've KNOWN they closed the lobby by 6. Ridiculous. Update - stopped at this location a week ago. All the doors were locked even though it was about 7PM and it said the dining room open weekdays until 9:00PM. I ordered hot wings last Sunday 8/31. They were over cooked and dry. I called the store right away and they did d not pick up, I called 5 times and the same thing. I did the online survey and someone reached out to me and wanted my name and address, sent it to them but no response. I know things will happen but I hope that they will correct. I order kfc often on the app or uber eats - on uber they had the $5 and the buy one get one free famous bowls I got 4 that was the best deal one time for dinner it fed me my sister and my brother I was hungry I had 2. I usually get the app deal I think it's an 8 piece chicken meal with the bones kind of chicken with 8 pieces of tenders no bone and some sides and biscuits for $20 it's so much food - chicken is soft the next day my brother ate a lot of it when I ordered a lot and I ate the leftovers too just some good portions and protein from the breast meat. I usually get extra crispy if I can. Popeyes is too far away and takes way too long to get an order Popeyes is also very short staffed I don't bother getting Popeyes on uber eats the wait for the delivery driver to get the order I got that's wrong or missing something from Popeyes doesn't compare to the good service I get from kfc and fast service. Sometimes I'll go to Popeyes and they will only have spicy chicken available the rest of the night in person so kfc always has what I need. I went in with my friend to kfc last year and we tried the chicken sandwich it was good ! And we got a 20 piece with big sides once as an order for a party everyone loved the biscuits! My sisters favorite is probably the famous bowls they are convenient for her to heat up for lunch at work and my brother yeah they are just so nice when they are on sale I try to get some for dinner for us. And when I went to China people were eating kfc on the sidewalk! So popular there ! Uber eats gets it from this location or north royalton but when we pick up an order I get it from Parma. Check my reviews and you will see I seldom have a BAD word to say about a place. I may mark a negative thing here or there in an otherwise positive "overall" but rarely is my review in general bad. Sadly, today is another of those infrequent moments. Previously with the release of Waffles and Chicken, I thought that looked wonderful. I love Chicken and Waffles... done right. This was not. Not at all. The waffles were grainy on the outside, soggy on the inside, heavy with grease, and the very last thing I wanted to do was dip it into syrup and wet it down more. Unsure of the offerings I ordered two platters to split with the family. The tenders platter and the white meat plate. The white platter was ridiculous. The breast was Big but thin and bony. The meat was juicy but there was not much on it and you can see what the wing looked like. Like it belonged on a finch. Two of the four tenders were so grisly I wouldn't give them to my dog. Normally I love KFC but this experience has most certainly set me off for a while. read more

So for my uncles 111th birthday we were going to have a huge party. Half the city was invited. We also hired a magician who was a firework expert. We had KFC cater for us and it was a hit. Everyone loved it and got so drunk and it was a great time. My uncle disappeared during the night and we can only assume the worst. But we know that this was one of his favorite nights when he said beforehand, Freda this will be a night to remember. I haven't been to a KFC in a while so I decided to get some dinner. Chicken breast were not available for 15 minutes so I ordered 3 tenders, mashed potatoes and the Mac and Cheese with chicken. The tenders and potatoes were fair but the Mac and Cheese was horrible. My grandson would not eat any of it. The lemonade was decent. The staff were friendly but the food was lousy. I've been here to buy a couple small dinners and been asked to wait - "we're out of chicken". Yesterday we wanted 30 pcs of chicken for a picnic. I normally love this location on my lunch break. Today it was a mess. I ordered a number 6 meal. The chicken was so over cooked I don't even know if chicken is in there or just 2 layers of breading. My mashed potatoes were covered in gravy after I ordered them with no gravy. Then the worst part was no utensils to use for my mac and cheese!! This meal normally fills me up. Horrible I ordered the 3/ $30 meal deal with green beans Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I asked for honey bbq sauce on side which I was charged for only not to get it because it is not a separate sauce. The chicken was not hot barely even like warm like it had been sitting and they put it in the grease to make it appear hot. The chicken was so dark as if burned and so dry it crumbled like saw dust. Not the first time I've been to this particular KFC since they almost always get my order wrong but it was in between my two locations so I chose it and again, disappointed. Pulled into the drive-through happy as can be --had a wonderful cashier and then I got to the order window. I ordered the three piece meal with diet cola no ice and an extra side order of coleslaw --they handed me this giant cup of diet pop loaded with ice which I proceeded to pour out of my car door. Included in this three-piece dinner was supposed to be a chocolate chip cookie which I didn't see either. The chicken was undercooked soggy breading and loads of fat you had to peel off before eating the poultry ----so if you're looking for a healthful place to go I don't recommend this location as not only will you be disappointed in the service at the pick up window but with the food as well which had much to be desired. I will go to the one in Parma where I used to live which is a trek or I will go to famous recipe chicken (mr chicken now) which has always been the greatest chicken ever with all sides since I've been dining there since they were in Maple Heights in the 1960s and now in Parma on ridge/Pearl. ATTENTION!! KFC SNOW ROAD! AVOID! (14901 Snow Road) Snow Road at Smith Road I had a coupon from the Cleveland area Entertainment Book. When I was ordering, I was told that the owner at this location had told the staff not to accept these. I thought this was extremely rude, and left without buying anything, and made sure to inform them I'd never be back. Would you mind telling me how a KFC store cannot accept a valid KFC coupon? This reflects poorly not only on this location but the entire chain, since I made a special trip to get this. I have no intention of going back at all, since I have no way of knowing which of your stores will accept this or not, as well as inform everyone I know (and possibly on Craig's List as well) about this arbitrary policy, whatever it is. I can always go to Mr. Chicken, which I like quite well and have never had a problem with.
