It truly has been a while since I have been to KFC or what it was called when I was coming up, Kentucky Fried Chicken. I had the chicken sandwich combo which comes with a chicken sandwich with a chicken breast larger than even Chick-fil-A, french fries and a drink. As KFC has Pepsi products I enjoyed a nice cold large Mountain Dew. The sandwich was quite good but I guess I was expecting it to have some of the famous herbs and spices that the regular chicken has but I was slightly disappointed on that, but it was a very filling sandwich. One thing that was extraordinary were the french fries. Before it was only potato wedges which they served you which frankly were not my favorite. The french fries tasted I guess like mashed potatoes which had been fried. Nice soft and delicious without having a hard crust on the outside. Heck I would go back just for the french fries! The cashier seemed to be making a Tik tok or something which again is fine fun and games in a work place can boost morale. But not only did he take my card and ask if he could keep it 3 times jerking it back and forth multiple times like he was going to keep it but proceeded to hand me my order and I asked if this was all of it and goes "why would I give you half your order!" Wish I could give 0 stars. I have given this place a chance multiple times but they always seem to fall short. You'll wait in line for atleast 20 minutes. You'll probably be handed the wrong food, and half the time the staff will sit there and glare at you like it's your fault for coming in and ordering. Normally I wouldn't review a fast food chain. It's KFC, not an actual restaurant. When you're craving fried chicken it'll usually do though... the service and attitudes of the employees at this location are so spectacularly SHITTY that I had to leave a review though. I've gone three nights in a row and received the same lazy ass, apathetic customer service all three times. I haven't been able to get food even ONCE out of these three visits. I decided to call before driving over tonight. No answer even after calling several times over the span of an hour. I swear that the employee running the counter was picking up and hanging up on me because the phone would ring a different amount of times and then I'd hear a click and then nothing. I showed up at the building and there were signs taped to the drive thru speaker saying to come inside. I went inside the restaurant and it was dead inside. One employee was talking on the phone, so obviously their phone works... they were just picking up and hanging up on all of my calls. The girl at the counter just stared at me and mumbled something. I couldn't even hear her. I asked her what she said and she rolls her eyes and goes "we ain't got no KFC" like... what? It's a KFC restaurant. I asked if she knew when they'd be back up and running and she just said "no. Probably ain't gonna be open tomorrow so don't bother coming back." Ok... literally had the worst attitude ever. The night before this, I pulled up and was told that they were "closed" TWO hours before their sign said that they closed. I watched a group of teenage boys enter the store as I pulled into a parking spot? The employee standing guard outside the door said I couldn't come in though. This restaurant seems to be run by a bunch of lazy and unprofessional dumbasses. They shut the store down whenever they want and run off customers. You pretty much can't understand their version of English either. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Rivers Avenue instead, which is a different franchise not run by bums. read more

The worst KFC I've ever been to. This is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. This is the third time that Ive waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes well before 9pm (website says they're open until 2am) just to get to the speaker to order and they state that KFC is closed. They asked me if I'd like to order from Taco Bell and I stated of course not and they responded ok well KFC is closed. So then I'm stuck having to try to figure out how to get out of the drive thru line after already wasting at least 30 minutes of my life. Two of the staff were outside looking at their phones right by the entrance while the line continues to grow. The staff are very unprofessional and extremely rude. They act completely put out to have to do any work although that's why they're there and they're getting paid. This location obviously has terrible management and I'm shocked that they're even still in business. read more

This is the absolute worst KFC I've ever been too. I've waited for 21 mins for two chicken mash bowls. Then 17 mins into waiting I go ask about my food and they tell me they have already called my name. Which is not true as I was standing directly in front of the pickup side by tables out the way of traffic listening to everyone else's name. Then when they bring my bowls the woman say very rudely and smart ass here you go don't worry I put an extra cookie in there and chicken and cheese while flailing her arms around. Sweet merciful God...I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. After waiting 30 mins, albeit like an idiot, I finally drove off. I'm at a location 15 mins away;however, with a line of 10+ cars I've gotten my food in under 10 mins.
