I'm here for National Chicken Sandwich day, and I just had a free chicken sandwich after having spent a dollar. It was delicious, quite hot and savory. But what I really want to tell you about is the excellent service here. I had some trouble with placing my order using the app, but Mahalia jumped right in to help me here in the restaurant. This has been a rough week for everybody, seismic changes across the board. I've done my best to be a light in the darkness this week and let me tell you what, Mahalia was certainly a light in the darkness today. Thank you KFC for the free chicken sandwich, but thank you even more for helping to bolster my faith in humanity! Please, everyone who reads this review tell Mahalia what a great job she did today! And I'll to finish out the review, let me show you the ambience here is great. There's a huge light fixture that looks like a great big bucket of chicken which is the campiest thing I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Well, outside Disney World. The worst KFC I have ever been to. Pulled up to order with one car in front of me. After about 10 minutes the car just pulled off. Now it's my turn to order. I pull up and I wait and wait and wait. At least 15 minutes passed with no one even acknowledging us sitting here trying to order. I look inside and see employees inside playing around. It's about 7/8 cars behind me now at this point so I blow the horn. "You don't have to blow your horn" was the lazy sounding response that came out the box. "Well, obviously I do" I told this ridiculous person. " We are 7/8 cars deep out here and you haven't even acknowledged us." "Yea, ok whaddya want?" At this point, I didn't trust eating anything these people had and just drove off with nothing like the car in front of me did. Pathetic location that obviously does not care. Go elsewhere. Bought a kfc bowl here and it was super dry with barely any Gravy. I asked them if they can add a little gravy to it and they told me I had to drive around again and pay for it. So I drive around and order it at the window and they did not tell me the price which I thought was weird. Until I pulled up to the window and it was 3 dollars for a side of gravy that they filled up maybe 1/3rd of the way. My whole famous bowl was 7 dollars lol read more

Most disgusting restaurant I've ever seen in my life we were in line to order and we literally just ended up walking out without ordering. You can visually see the breading table where they prepare the chicken to be fried and the breader was a lady on her phone while breading with one hand. It wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't seen that she didn't even have gloves on. Not only that she put her phone down after she ended her call, and directly stuck her other contaminated non gloved hand into the breading pan... I've never been so disgusted you don't even wash your hands? Would you let your child eat food that came out of that type of carelessness? Customer service is no. Existent. If you worked for a chick Fil a you would've been fired and the store would be shut down. There is no way this KFC has a 97.5 for cleanliness. Yuck. read more

I ordered 5 customized meals for my family. The manager working at 3:00pm on Monday, 9/4/2023 made sure our order was accurate. With him, I can count on my order being right every time. The food was hot and delicious. Bonus icing on the cake, the nice looking manager treats customers with respect, and this location has a 100% - A Sanitation Grade. The lady working the drive-thru was nice, and the lady preparing the chicken did a great job. No complaints. . Thank you for my family's delicious Labor Day meal. read more

This location's customer service seems to be getting worse every time I decide to stop by when I'm in the area. More than likely, I'll take my business elsewhere. I placed an order on the mobile app for a drive through pickup, but was told by the extremely rude employee/Mgr that I needed to come inside. As I tried to explain to her that it wasn't an in-store pickup, the window was slammed in my face! I honked my horn again to clarify my request & she slammed the window while I was in mid-sentence! When I got inside, I asked why I had to come inside for a drive through pickup when the bag could have been handed to me @ the window, she flippantly said that's the way it's always been. Keep in mind: she barely looked up from the phone that she continued to hold all this time. Unbelievable...hopefully this business will make a change soon so it can remain in business. read more

I normally go to the KFC in Belmont and I've never had a problem placing an order and their staff is always friendly and respectful. Absolutely pathetic! It's bad when you go to a fast food restaurant and you're expecting for them to get the order wrong!!! Incompetence at its finest! Even after I asked the little girl handing me my order, with the manager right next to her, if the pot pie was in the bags, she goes to the back and makes sure, and still LEAVES IT OUT OF THE ORDER. I don't know how these places allow incompetent managers to continue leading these little kids?! The reviews I read are almost 2 years old, besides dark meat does not come with wings. The food I received a few nights ago was delicious and cost a lot less than the KFC near me plus I got more food. Weird, just weird. I will not be visiting the one down the street from me any longer. Just needed a quick bite to eat, we didn't make it inside but the associate working the drive thru may have been having a bad day, she didn't say much to us and at the window when we asked for ketchup she seemed annoyed. The food was "meh"...the chicken was warm...but the worse part was the cold potato wedges...ugh in my opinion this is one of the best items at KFC! Those yummy seasoned potato wedges complete the meal! But cold potatoes whether fries, or wedges are just plain gross! So that was very disappointing! Dined in. Pretty clean floor needed sweeping. Bathroom was ok. I wanted 4 original wings they had to substitute 2 crispy wings because they had no more original. One of the original wings was so small it look like it was just the tip. Crispy was too crispy. They only gave us 3 ketchup packs for 3 orders of taters. The potpie has no crust on the sides or the bottom, and not enough chicken in it, but it was hot and tasty. I bought some chicken today--Sunday ~11:30am. It is old, almost overcooked and tastes like it was cooked in fish oil. Very disappointing! I went there on the drive home from work. I ordered a two piece of original chicken and was then told they didn't have original. I said crispy would be fine. I was told there was no crispy left. She offered spicy so I stated I would take the spicy. I was then informed they had just run out of the spicy and only had dark meat but would be the same price as the white meat. I pulled away stating this would be a good place to open an actual chicken restaurant. It seems it's the customer's fault they ran out of chicken at 6 pm on a Sunday. Will never go back. Whoever it was that was working drive thru was literally the sweetest of souls. I literally didn't want to pull out of the parking lot without giving a shout out. They water down their gravy probably to save money. It's totally gross! I will contact KFC headquarters and let them know. These people give KFC a bad bad name. They're always cutting corners, messing up an order, or their chicken is not fresh. The chicken tastes like it's been sitting there for hours and hours. The franchise owner of this store really doesn't care. I have never seen the same person work in this store. The employee turnover rate is high.
