This kfc has some of the best customer service I've ever seen . I love this kfc and the whole team.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, me and my friend stopped there to use the bathroom and while I was ALREADY using the bathroom, I heard my friend talking to a worker outside the bathroom door and he was telling her she needed to purchase something in order to use "HIS washroom". I was already using the bathroom while he said that. MID WAY through me using the bathroom the manager was shuffling the door handle and I clearly said "someone's in here" then he continued to UNLOCK THE DOOR. Keep in mind I am a minor AND A GIRL and I was seriously scared he was going to enter the bathroom as I had my pants down. It was a older semi tall, heavier black guy who did that. read more

I was denied the bathroom!!!!!!! It was only 8:43pm when I rushed to the dining room, in hopes to place an order to go and use the facilities. But the doors were locked. It's not even 9pm and they are all locked. So I went through the drive through and asked why their dining room was closed. They told me "it's getting late, we close it about 930-10pm." Then I exclaimed it's not even 9pm yet and I really need to go. His response, "there's like a gas station down the street." I said "wow, ok then." And he asked aggressively is there anything you need from here?!!!" And I replied "not anymore" and I heard him laugh over the drive through order board. I tried to call the KFC line but no one has answered. This place treats customers like trash and I'll never come back here!!!! This is the worst KFC I ever been to. They only feel the Bose barely halfway that's bogus cause they shouldn't be doing that that is bad business right there. This is just horrible I can't believe this I ordered at 10:00 PM-ish a large order of gravy a large order of mashed potatoes a large order of corn six pieces of biscuits and a small coleslaw as well as 25 honey barbecue chicken wings and this is what I got I cannot believe it they did not give me my mashed potatoes but I got a large order of gravy just sitting there and then on top of that they didn't even mix my barbecue sauce with in my wings and now they're not answering the phone and I called over seven times read more

They have been better since the remodel. They could be a little more prepared for rush time they tend to run out and make you wait.

I came to this location nearly a month ago when my client wanted something to eat and I returned on my own to order something. It's OK but what I have a problem with is effeciency why is it that when I go to fast food places they're super slow and there is ABSOLUTELY no traffic whatsover.....I mean seriously why are you running slow when you're not even bringing the customers in by the droves for lunch or dinner. Giving that it's situated just steps from the IL/IN state line so the majority of their traffic is going to be truck drivers, tourists passing through or those going to the casino. Either way the speed needs to improve because what I saw that day was a lunch rush that was slower than a turtle on 2 hours sleep. read more

New product at KFC original recipe chicken bites. They are very good much better than the usual chicken nugget and far superior to the popcorn chicken. This particular KFC location is not in the most savory of neighborhoods. There was a homeless man begging in front of the store, not a place I would waqnt to be after dark. read more

I have been going to this location for years and they are OK. I've experienced times where if I have to wait for a particular item to be made (cause they ran out) they gave me a free drink or extra wings or whatever for my patience. Service can be slow at times and the one time I tried the drive-thru recently I ended up going inside as nobody asked for my order. Anyway, if you like KFC they are fine. read more

Let me start off by saying that I created this account just to leave a comment about this location. On August 15, 2016 at 9:30 pm I went to this location which is relatively close to my home only to have the worst customer experience ever. I understand the location closed at 10pm but literally every item I asked for they were "out of" so in the middle of asking for items with the female employee a male came on and spoke to us in the most rude manner. We asked for a famous bowl and he repeated it as a Mashed potato bowl, we correct him and said famous bowl and in the most unruly tone he said the mashed potato bowl was the same thing. He was speaking to us as if we didn't understand English. He spoke slowly and pronounced ever single word in a slow manner as if we didn't understand! And to top it off he gave us a terrible attitude with the total which he also repeated slowly as if we were unable to comprehend. I left the location in anger and drove to Hammond to get a meal at the other kfc. I am beyond upset with the customer service of those two employees. I understand you close at 10, but we were there prior to closing time so what's the point of staying open until 10 if half of your items are out of stock because you're trying to go home? Listen. If you hate your job... Find ANOTHER. If I could give negative stars I would! But unfortunately Yelp forces me to rate at least one. read more

As a teenager, going out to eat is a major part of my life. When a crowd that me and my friends were fond of began swarming the McDonald's across the street, we took our business somewhere else. This place is cool beans because I'm still close enough to get mcdonalds wifi but I can also eat macaroni and cheese (Holler!). Staff is super polite. I think there are a few downfalls though. This one time the soap in the girls bathroom had not been refilled and my friend just rinsed her hands (she hadn't used the facilities, I just made her wash her hands because only animals eat without washing their hands. This other time a weird older man asked if he could have my cup and although it was kinda weird, I said sure. Then he asked if I could fill it for him. I should have said something, but it wasn't that big of a deal because I was pretty much finished with it anyways. Like 2 minutes after I give him the cup, I tell my friend we should leave and she's like "yeah I don't feel comfortable anymore" haha fun times. Anyways, the line is always SUPER long when you plan on feeding your family so either stop by with a pal or trick the universe into thinking you'll go somewhere else.
