This is the most poorly run KFC I've ever been to in my life. No matter what time I come here the drive thru is always backed up and the parking lot is full of people waiting on food from the drive thru. I purposely ordered my food almost an hour early just to arrive and hear a worker state that it was never made and this was an ASAP order online. I literally drove from main post on Fort Benning and stopped somewhere else prior to arriving here and now it's 16:30 and I still have no food. I try to give places the benefit of doubt but this is the most inefficient restaurant I've seen in a long time. I won't be returning. read more

Customer service was awful. They messed up my order, which was a 12-piece two-large sides, and it was repeated back but was rung up as a 4-piece and then refunded wrong and missed one of my sides I ordered. I proceeded to walk back inside in the rain to ask for my missing side, and they proceeded to charge me for the missing side they messed up on three times. They claimed I messed up on the order when they could've just read the receipt that was in their hand. I'm a trainer at a nearby Chick fil a and this is definitely not how you treat someone who is upset and has a messed up order. Do better at making your customers happy and don't blame everything on the guest because it was obvious that they don't know how to take orders and read what they are pressing on the screen. read more

This was my three piece chicken meal. They knew what they were putting in the box. Charged for three piece but got a two piece plus a snack. It's disgraceful that they like to charge allot then rip people off. Stay far away from this store. The management should be ashamed read more

I don't expect much from KFC, so there was no disappointment. As soon as we pull up to order at the drive thru speaker we are told that the credit card machine doesn't work. Okay...my passenger still wants to order. After the order was placed, we heard nothing. We pull up to the window and asked what the total. She says she didn't take the order because she told is the credit card machine was down. The order is places again. I love KFC I get a white meat chicken and mash/gravy - I come today, out of breast's and all white meat. 2 hours before they close... seriously. Lazy as fuck tbh. So I get some mashed potatoes and gravy and I like to have pepper with them I go to get some, have to ask for plastic ware and she acted surprised I was even asking for it. I decided to give KFC another try hoping for change after over a year of staying away. Sad to say that I made a big mistake. I ordered mixed chicken. The cashier said that it would be a 10-15 minutes wait for white meat. I told her that I would wait because I didn't want a box of dark meat only. After waiting for 15 minutes, my order was ready and I asked again, "Did you give me mixed chicken?" The cashier stated yes and showed me the sticker on my bag confirming it. After getting home, my order was a box of all dark chicken. I guess KFC assumed that they were giving me free food,so I better shut up and take what they gave me. I called the store to complain. I was told to bring the dark meat back for a trade the next day. However my family dinner is spoiled for the night because the manager said,no refund or replacement without actually seeing the chicken. Bad customer service at this restaurant and if you go there, just remember to open your chicken bucket to check your order. A better option would be to just go down a block to Popeye's for a clean restaurant and friendly staff. read more

Dine-in is quick, but the food is substandard. This KFC seems to dilute their flavor and don't put any effort into quality. The staff's friendliness is monotone, not rude but not pleasant. The restaurant is not trashy, and the location is good, near Lowe's, Winn-Dixie, and Columbus Park Crossing. They're still a lot better than Church's or Popeye's, but this KFC needs improvement. read more

Food takes forever and the dining room is tiny and in major need of a makeover. It was extremely dirty when we visited.

Worst KFC in Columbus. I will not eat there again . Very ru de manager and employees . Never get your order right. One time I ate there they didn't have any sweet tea and I told them and they said they would make some . When I left they still hadn't made any. Last time I ate there , they got mine and my friends order wrong and the tea was sour. Need new manager and employees who are more polite to customers. read more

1'st let me say that if you want a decent piece of KFC. Go to Kentucky. They take pride in cooking great chicken. No location in Columbus has a clue as to how it's done, least of all the store on Veterans Pkwy. You can't tell the original from the crispy!, the pieces have gotten smaller, the container an portions of cold slaw an mashed potatoes have gotten smaller, the biscuits are smaller and the price is constantly on the rise. And on top of that,They Don't Give A Military Discount! Imagine That! And if you go thrugh the drive thru...exspect to be screwed! read more

This is my honest opinion about KFC and it is not meant to black ball. I'm not a big fan of steamed fired chicken because it doesn't always cook to the center of the bone and it will not make you crave it down the road but be apprehensive to eat it again and if you do it's once and awhile like every four months. That's why I do not eat at KFC so much, but they do have good food and a lot of people enjoy it, but I'm very picky about what I eat that's not sometimes fully cooked. read more
