I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone. The lady that took my order asked if I wanted to add extra cheese to my pizzas. I said yes, that would be great. She said it would be ready in about 15 min. So when we got there, there were many more people there and they were telling people it would be an hour and a half before their pizza would be ready. They told us it would be an additional 15 min before ours was ready. Over an hour later we finally got it. It was not hot and the extra cheese that we paid for was not added. You could still see the sauce on the pizza. I don't mind waiting for pizza when I have been told how long it will be. But it you are telling people it will only be 15 min... don't make them wait more than an hour. It even kept showing on the screen that our pizzas were ready when they weren't. I think they do that so it shows to the upper management that they are getting their pizzas out in a timely fashion as to not get flagged. But they are not. And they don't answer the phones when you call to check on your order because it's taking too long. It will just ring until it disconnects. I have tried to give this location several chances because I know that bad days happen. But the Bradley Park Dr location always disappoints. read more

The pizza itself was what it always is no matter where in the world you order it: Domino's. And I personally find that kind of comforting, but that's me. I'm writing because of how extraordinarily kind the employees at this location are! My 89-year-old mom cracked a hip 1.75 months ago, she's still unable to walk very well, get up and down, etc., and I somehow messed up one of my knees a couple of days ago and now I can hardly get about without borrowing her walker. In short, we are well and truly screwed. When I called Domino's to explain our predicament, Jonathan answered and said "he would get us fed, no matter what," and he was as good as his word. Pizza was here in no time, and our driver (whose name I failed to get, more fool me) was just as nice as she could be, brought the pizzas inside and put them in our kitchen. Let's be honest: these days, this sort of decent, caring service is RARE, mainly because you just never know about the people you're serving, do you? These folks went above and beyond, and that's a laudable thing in 2024 America -- sincere thanks to both of these fine folks for their desperately needed assistance. And thank you, Domino's! My first time ordering from this location, delivery driver Paul was an absolute sweetheart! However my order was made wrong... but in less than 20 minutes after I left a complaint I had a new pizza! Four months ago it took our food more than two hours to arrive. We switched to Papa John's. Tonight we thought we'd try again because we like the chocolate volcano dessert. This Dominos has typically been a good spot to get some decent pizza.  With the whole COVID thing going on, it has been about a year since we visited, but stopped in a few nights ago for a pizza pick-up.  The food quality is still good, except the order taker failed to add the extra sauce that was requested twice.  The employee professionalism, however, has declined dramatically.  The same pizza preparer that failed to make my pizza quite right, also looked at me several times without acknowledging my presence in the store until i addressed him. There were only two employees in the store and one was a driver that had just walked in. The caliber and quality of the employee experience has me seeking a new pizza location. read more

I complain to Domino's customer support and nothing happens. Online orders are wrong, cost more than advertised. Avoid this chain. We ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago- we returned the Dominos Survey letting them know the pizza dough wasn't cooked completely. They gave us a credit for a free pizza. When we ordered that tonight, we also ordered cinisticks. Tonight's pizza was sloppily made and cut, and the cinisticks were not up to par. Burned on the bottom, very little cinnamon. Always love Domino's mainly because of their easy and simple online ordering, specially if you have an account set up! We move a lot and the Domino's on Bradley park way has had good service thus far. Pizza prepared quickly and according to timeframe stated, friendly deliver people, no complaints. Have ordered from Domino's for years and lived all over the US during those years, so far The Domino's in Yadkinville, NC and this Domino's (Bradley Park Dr.) in Columbus, GA are the two that are the most consistently good. Had to repeat the order more than once and they still didn't get it right. then charged me $10.78 for just the tenders because of their mistake.....
