We order an order to be picked up hours before we need it. we get there 10 min early with the understanding that it may not be ready yet. They then tell us that we had to wait until 10-15 min after pick up time.... Because "their" system only sends them the request 10 minutes it is to be picked up.... sounds like bullshit to me, and an excuse for dropping the ball on orders..... Never coming back here again. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! This is the WORST KFC we have ever been to. We ordered two of the meals with a chicken breast, potatos, and biscuit. Thanks to covid, we can only do take out and the employees at this KFC apparently can barely understand basic English. I handed the person at the drive up the coupon which CLEARLY states 'chicken breast' and never thought i would need to open up the bags and boxes to check to see if the employees had the bare minimum of competence to fill that basic order - but... We got home and opened the bag and boxes and they had stuck a leg and thigh in BOTH boxes! My wife and I both hate dark meet, and I had even repeated when ordering that the coupon states BREAST, etc.!!! I called and after waiting 10 minutes finally got the woman who 'claimed' she was the 'manager' . I had to repeat what they failed on multiple times and she did not know how to do 'anything'!! I asked her to credit back our card, as we just threw the food away since we were not going to spend another 40 minutes driving back and forth for $10 worth of food!!! I gave her my name etc and said all she had to do was credit back the money to my card and she stupidly stated she could not do that!!! She then became more and more rude as I tried to explain how to credit my card and she kept saying she could not find the order, even though we had been there 15 minutes earlier !!! My family and I conducted our own chicken strip challenge. We tried KFC as well as 3 other restaurants. The facility was clean. We were greeted right away but the cashier said hold on and disappeared for a bit. She did return and took our order. We ordered 2 of 4 piece chicken strip meals for 4 of us (we still had 3 more restaurants to go). She told us what sauces were available. One she said was FLG. We asked what that was. She said FLG. I asked what does it stand for? She seemed confused Eventually she said Finger Licking Good sauce, and it was for sure! The chicken strips were meh. Nothing mind blowing. The sides were good. The boys got Mac and cheese and loved it. My fiancé and I shared the coleslaw. That too was delicious Biscuits were good too. I truly cannot get enough of the chicken especially with the Carol na gold flavoring they add to it. I have to admit they have the best chicken in the neighborhood. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and try it out, but it lived up to its rating. I ordered ahead for a 6:15 pickup (hours ahead of time), only for them to tell me and about 6 other people that it's a 15 minute wait for more chicken. Wouldn't you think that they would make more if they anticipated a big order? Also, 3 people came in from the drive through saying that they had waited a half hour in the drive through for their order. Went to the drive-thru ordered a chicken finger fill up box. A kids meal, and the popcorn chicken meal. Paid and was asked to pull in a space, they would bring it out as soon as it was done. There were a few other cars waiting. So I asked the one next to me "how long have you been waiting?" They told me "15 mins".. Great. Thy got there food about 5 mins later. And left. After I waited for 20 mins, someone came out and informed me "we don't have any popcorn chicken".. So great I waited 20 mins and now they tell me? I told him "just give me my money back" and he tells me to go through the drive thru again.. I would have gone in but my infant daughter fell asleep waiting. So after I get up to the window the manager just looks at me. "Can I help you?" So I relay what he other guy told me and she says " oh yea. Our fryers are broken, if I knew u were waiting I would have came and told you." So since they make the strips far in advance I guess.. She gives them to me, and my money back. I used the drive thru today because I was just grabbing a quick bite on my way back to work. I typically do not go to KFC but there were not too many options in the area I was in. I ordered a chicken little sandwich meal and pulled up to the drive thru window to pay and the lady at the window had a face mask on. A little odd to see at a restaurant worker handling food wearing a face mask??. If you are sick enough to wear a face mask then should you be at work at all? I was told to pull up and someone would be out with my meal. I sat there for a few minutes and a girl came out and handed me my bag of food but didn't have my drink. She acted put out when I mentioned it so I offered to go in and get it myself. she ended up going back to the drive thru window to get it. Just an odd experience over all. This location always closes earlier than they're supposed to. When they close at 10pm and you come through the drive-thru at 9:35, they tell you they're closing down. This has happened 3 times in the last year. The first time was over an hour before closing. Me and my husband came here ordered a five dollar fill-up, and a crispy colonel BIG box which comes with 2 sides, sandwich and popcorn chicken. That meal is about 7$ for the big box. Went through and realized they didn't give us popcorn chicken, but gave us a large drink for some reason with the big box. We went back and told them their mistake and she said (Jackie) that we didn't order a big box and just a fill up for the colonel box. But as we ordered she CONFIRMED it was a large box. She said she could give us a popcorn chicken for another 5 dollars. So she charged us for the meal but instead giving us our chicken and regular size drink she upgraded our drink which ended up being the cost for meal ANYWAY. We drove off pissed. Recently visited this KFC, ordered a bucket meal and and the gravy was missing, called the store and had my name added to a book for a return and make it right visit. I returned and got a discount on the order for the mistake that they had made. ordered the 12 piece bucket and got home only to find that all the chicken was over cooked. I ordered the original and it looked like they gave me extra crispy. the only part of the chicken that was edible was the legs/drumsticks. I have always LOVED KFC. Until tonight. My husband has always disliked it, but I have been sick and it was the only thing that sounded evenly remotely good to me. He went in to place his order. Nobody even looked at him or acknowledged he was there. All staff were helping only drive-up customers. Knowing how much I wanted it, he reluctantly got in the long line of cars. Arriving home less than 10 minutes after receiving the order, we opened the bucket to find the worst chicken I have ever seen. Overcooked chicken, burned tasting gravy, dry coleslaw, rubbery wet biscuits (heaven only knows how long they had been in that box). Plus, none of the food was hot, all items were just barely warm. NEVER going back again. Now I understand why so many of the KFC shops closed all over town. Supermarket chicken has been pretty good lately. Or maybe Popeye's. read more
