Their lemon pepper wings were spot on, as well as their original hot wings. This one of favorite wing chains because the pricing undercuts most of the "sit down" chains and the wing quality is great. I'm surprised at the low rating for this location. The dining room was filled with patrons raving about their food and the delivery orders were flying out the door. If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. I ordered through the app and it ended up charging me double for ranch and fries. Not a big deal but also, not right. Went back inside to see what they could do for me. The girl straight up was like, "nope, can't help you. Sorry. There's nothing we can do" ummmm what? I understand if I ordered through the app it's separate from ordering at the store, but she wouldn't even give me a phone number or check to see where I could resolve this issue. Didn't care at all. All I wanted was the managers number to call later or some sort of contact number. She refused and was having the worst attitude with me. I mean, I get it, it was only $6 ($1.49 ranch, $4.49 fries) that I was overcharged, but seriously, make it right. She ended up calling the store manager and gave me the $6 back, but then she kept rolling her eyes and treated me like trash. She didn't' have to be rude. I had to finally try Wingstop after seeings it's huge popularity all over the country, and I'm a little disappointed. The food is very seasoned, which isn't bad, but the most prominent flavor is pure salt and it takes away from other flavors to the point that I couldn't enjoy any of my wings. The only thing I found myself liking was the Cajun Fried Corn (but honestly I think homemade corn cob with Old Bay and Ranch is so much better). If salt is your thing then I definitely recommend it, but Wingstop isn't really for me. It seemed like most people were waiting on food (or door dashers?) and the kitchen was maybe a little behind, but they were all busting their rumps to get things going. I went with the traditional wings and they were ok. The sauces weren't flavors I would usually order and were lacking a bit, but were fine. I think I'd go with boneless wings next time. The fries are my dream fry. Fresh cut, seasoned and delicious. For a chain this is a big plus! From other reviews it just sounds like this place is so overloaded with customers that its hard to keep up. This is the best wing stop I've been to! I am so sad this location has such a low Yelp rating :( I think maybe reviews might be older because now the place has been under new management for quite a while and the food has been coming out amazing. This is the location where they actually cook the chicken well. It's never too soggy when I go or cold. The only thing you might have to watch is the fries if you care, but they're not my fave fry place anyway. I always get Cajun seasoning if you're into that. Not as good as five guys, but much better than their standard seasoning to me. Lemon pepper are my fave wings! As well as the traditional wings were supposed to have sauce on them but all we got were dry non seasoned wings. The service was horrible but the cleanliness of the bathrooms was worse.
