It was not a pleasure dealing with the staff and lack of management at this location 3/9-3/10/2026. I went in last night (3/9) with my girlfriend to try out the new frosted lemonade. We ended up waiting in the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes. Upon ordering we had made up our mind on what we wanted to place for our order. I asked for 2 four piece chicken strips, no meal, an eight piece nugget, no meal and a straw berry frosted lemonade. Once I got home I was unpleasantly surprised that our order was incorrect. No worries people make mistakes. When I gave the store a call no one picked up so I left message. Today 3/10/2026 I went in to address my issue to a manager. When I spoke to the cashier she told me to wait while she got the manager. While waiting in line I noticed the manager was standing around free of doing any tasks. The nice lady at the cash register went up to him with my receipt to tell him that I came in for a refund. He then sent which seemed to be the shift-lead to come talk with me. I told her the issue and she went back to the manager to ask what to do? All I wanted was a refund. I find the game of telephone when there is a unsatisfied customer to add insult to the problem. The shift-lead was a nice lady as well but she said that management is unable to refund my order. I found that to be unprofessional since I came into the location within 24 hours of ordering from here. She said that management does not refund orders after the day is done. The thing is I ordered at 8:13pm and by the time I got home it was past 8:30pm so I gave them a call to address my issue, which no picked up. Today when I went in I asked if their phone works which the shift-lead said yes. To verify that I actually called the store she asked me to recall in the moment to be sure. Before doing so I showed my phone call log which verified I called at 8:35pm. I also left a voicemail message so that there wouldn't be any confusion today (3/10) when I went in. Today when speaking with the shift-lead I was informed that their voicemail isn't available for them to listen to?? At this point I was beyond dissatisfied with this locations lack of professionalism. I asked for my refund because I did everything possible on my end to verify that I'm telling the truth. I was feeling gas lit as if I did something wrong. I guess I should've verified that my order was correct before going home but in reality after paying money for a service I thought it'd be done for me. I guess it's my fault for not making sure in the moment they did their job correctly. Once I got home I clearly realized that they were not doing their job correctly so I called to address. My call was not answered even though the shift lead and I both heard their phone does ring lol. It's fine again people make mistakes but what isn't fine is the lack of accountability and professionalism that took place afterwards. Realistically this should've been resolved by refunding my payment and speaking with a manager, which neither happened. I've been a manager for multiple companies and never would I find the "customer service" that was given to me to be professional, nor acceptable. It's funny given the company "chick fil a" which prides themselves on good customer service and making it a "pleasant" experience to have this disregard for resolving a customer complaint. Their resolution to this was to give me a "Be our guest" card which has 3 listed items on it, none of these items contain the actual item they messed up on. All of this could've been resolved satisfactorily by either picking up the phone the night of me calling or by refunding me the following day. Again neither of these things happened! read more

Over 6 months ago I went to buy a chicken egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with a side of hashbrowns. Back then, the chicken was dry and tough like it was a day old chicken they heated up and slapped on a biscuit. The hashbrowns were falling apart, very soggy, and not crispy at all. This deterred me from trying breakfast for some time. Today (July 2022), I went and gave their breakfast a second chance as there are some things that can change from order to order or with time. I ordered the same chicken egg and cheese biscuit, a side of hashbrowns, and decided to try a vanilla iced coffee. The sandwich was a lot better than last time I tried it. The chicken was crispy and moist just like their lunch options. It's great with a little ranch! The hashbrowns were crispy and actually dippable in sauce this time around instead of falling apart. I was a little disappointed in the vanilla iced coffee. There was a drink upcharge with the meal and it came in a small container, smaller than what it appears to be on the app. It tasted okay, nothing special. I personally don't think that it's worth the extra charge. I do order on the app as it's pretty easy. You can choose to pick up your order through the drive thru (you just tell them you have a mobile for (your name)) when "ordering", carryout, dine-in, or curbside in one of their marked spots. If you ever feel like you don't get enough sauces (and forget to say how many while ordering in the drive thru like I do), you can select 2 sauces per sandwich and 2 per side in the app - that's 4 per meal! There are also small bottles (8oz) you can buy at the restaurant if you want even more but you can find bigger bottles (16oz) available at WalMart or Target that are cheaper than buying 2 - 8oz containers. read more

Today I went to pick up an order and stood there for around like 20 minutes and the guy called someone else name and gave her the food which by the way she was right next to me and I am guessing my superpower is invisibility because he did not acknowledge me at all . Great location. Busy location. There isn't another location near so it can be packed at the most random times. Parking lot can be a jam but the signage helps with where you're trying to go. Curbside is on the same side you enter the parking lot but due to it being a one way you have to travel around the store to get to your spot. Staff work quickly. This Chick-fil-A is an easy find, as it is right off the 5 freeway, found in the same large plaza as Target. My husband and I stopped by this particular location last month, on our last day of our vacation in Minnesota. Figured it would be good to pick up a chicken sandwich and take it with us to the airport for the next day. We both have the Cow Calendar Card in which every month we are able to redeem a special item (unfortunately this special promotion item will no longer be available after this year) and so in the month of August, it was a chicken sandwich. When we came in, we were greeted by a friendly employee at the register. I requested for my sandwich to omit the butter on the bun without any problems. After we both scanned our calendar cards, we waited for our name to be called for our to go order. In about 5 minutes, our order was ready with a friendly employee bringing our order to us. The next day when we consumed our sandwiches at the airport, it tasted great (yes at room temperature). The consistency that Chick-fil-A is able to achieve with their sandwiches from state to state is great. The chicken was tasty and tender. Loved the pickles in this sandwich with the bun, really made for a tasty meal. It truly amazes me how employees at Chick-fil-A are just so friendly, no matter the location. They are so helpful and very cheery, which I imagine can't be that easy if you are on your feet all day and dealing with hungry/ hangry folks. 5 Stars all the way for Chick-fil-A. read more

This place is your classic, good service Chick-Fil-A. It doesn't meet the normal standard of Chick-Fil-A stores in terms of customer service... but it's still better then any other chain, and who cares right? The food is great. I just went through the drive through today 3/5/2024 @9am and the person taking my order, Jerika, was so sweet. She also seemed to care about making sure the order was correct, didn't rush the ordering process, and read the entire order back to me before sending me forward. On top of the above and beyond she is doing, she is SO sweet and an amazing team member to have working the in the morning being a light when everyone is pissed off on the way to work lol!! This place adjusted to covid so well! Their drive through experience is on another level. I had a sudden urge for their sandwich and drove over. They have staff directing cars, taking orders, ringing people up, and running food; all this action was happening while mainting social distancing and covid/food safety. I was really impressed. It's always a wonderful day at Chick-Fil-A. I think ten out of my past ten meals have been Chick-Fil-A but that's besides the point. Let me tell you, if you haven't been here yet you are missing out. I cannot think of a single time I didn't walk into one of these restaurants feeling like family. They always serve you with a smile, the food is usually ready before I can even leave the counter, and they help you whenever they can. Oh you're done eating? 9 times out of 10 one of the employees will come grab your tray for you. You have kids with? I nanny. They always bring little placemats and booster seats over so I don't have to myself. It really is always an A+ experience and it makes me so happy! Also they have an app. They almost always are sending me free food on the app and when they aren't, I just buy my food and earn points for different free food! And the points stack up FAST. Typically for chain restaurants I pick one to review unless I have multiple stand out experiences. So what sets this Chick-Fil-A apart?! They host a car meet for Twin Cities Car Enthusiasts on Wednesday's! I love grabbing some food and walking around the parking lot to see the cars. I love chick-fil-a. It is one of my favorite places in the fast food line up. However, the experience I had at this Chick-Fil-A is not what you would expect and was quite disappointing. I am a cannabis user. Therefore, my vehicle smells like cannabis. But to make it clear, there was no cannabis being smoked while I was in the drive through - and I wasn't high. When I arrived at the order station in the drive through, I was greeted by a very rude employee. The judgmental looks and lack of professionalism and service was genuinely shocking for a chick-fil-a. I assume it was because my vehicle smelled like marijuana, and the employee holds a sort of stereotype. I kindly told the window staff about my experience and what I believed the reason behind the attendant's attitude was. A manager wanted to speak with me but I had to get back to work - but when I got to work and went to eat my meal, It was wrong. I believe that was on purpose. So I did call and talked with a manager. I explained the situation and how I felt - they handled it very well and offered compensation, which I declined. I don't take compensation when explaining situations to managers so they understand I am not just being a "Karen" and wanting free shit. They said "No matter who comes through our drive through, customer service is always our top priority." And that's what we expect at chick-fil-a! This is a review that feels funny to write. Looking at the food, I would probably have given it 2-3 stars. They have waffle fries (+) but they lack seasoning (-). Their Chicken sandwich is good but not life changing like I had heard it would be. Its always hot and fresh though which is great. Their nuggets are really underwhelming. Every time I try them I hope that maybe I had a few bad batches, but I have given up at this point. Now you may be asking why do they have a 4 star rating if I am not super wowed. First time at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Based on food alone, I'm inclined to give a three star rating. What pushes the rating to four in my book is service and cleanliness. I ordered the #1 combo consisting of their standard chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a soft drink. You pay, they hand you your drink order, a tall, flared container into which they drop your straw and you find an open table. Put the colorful token on your table and in short order your meal arrives. My sandwich was piping hot and filled with a nicely breaded portion of moist, flavorful chicken. After a couple of bites for reference, I found the seasoning pleasant but a bit bland. I poured a container of their buffalo sauce over the top. This added a welcome zing. Next time I might try their Spicy deluxe. The waffle fries were tasty and non-greasy. Seemingly with seconds of finishing someone was at my table asking if they could remove my tray and if I wanted a free refill of my lemonade. I said yes, thank you to both and in no time at all my refill was delivered with a smile. I observed that as customers left, almost immediately an employee would be cleaning the table top and straightening up. When I arrived, I used the men's room to wash my hands and there was someone cleaning the already pretty spotless facility. When I left I stopped by the men's room again and a different staff person was refilling dispensers and cleaning. I rarely see anyone in a fast food place cleaning rest rooms, much less twice in the same visit. Uniformly the staff was friendly, prompt and efficient. Reading some other reviews, this particular location may provide exceptionally high quality service. Not having been to other Chick-fil-A's, I can't comment. I will simply confirm that service here was top notch and not just for a fast food restaurant. Overall, I found Chick-fil-A to be a cut above many of the myriad other fast food chains that have been exploding across the metro. read more

Typically not too impressed by fast food chains, but was impressed on our first visit to Chick-fil-A. Chicken sandwich was very good. Plain, but tasty. Moist chicken, tasty and a lot of it. The kids meal is what surprised me. We don't like to give our little one fast food at all, but once in awhile when he's pickier than picky we give in. This little meal came with fresh fruit (apples, berries) and chicken chunks, a juice box (organic) and a little book about hummingbirds. Not your typical kids meal. Our little one loved it and ate most of it. I liked the mini waffle fries. The lines are quite long, but hey, the food for what it is, is not bad. read more

FIrst off, I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan. I lived in Atlanta for 5 years, and it was frequently a weekly staple for me, and I am SO happy they are finally up here! This is the first MInnesota location I've visited, and I was fairly impressed. The workers are just as polite and friendly as they are down south, and the food is just as delicious. One quibble, they aren't as familiar with the sauces etc. (which makes sense, as the workers probably had never been to a chick-fil-a before starting to work there). I asked for honey roasted bbq and polynesian sauce, and instead of the polynesian sauce I just got barbeque sauce. But that can be easily remedied by checking your bag quickly before exiting the drive-thru. I will definitely be returning! read more
