Birdies is such a staple in my household. The service is always great. I've seen the ONE front of house server work by themselves when the dining room is full. Even when I have to wait, the staff gets to me as soon as they can. Everyone is so impatient nowadays that they forget that food take times to cook when you want it fresh. I always call and ask them about their special because they change it about once a quarter. Their staff told me it was cheaper and to always call. Everything is expensive nowadays, but most of their meals are less than $10. Today, I order a chicken nugget basket which comes w/ 8 boneless wings, coleslaw, and french fries. I also got their potato skins and added grilled chicken to them. I LOVE their ranch because they make it in house. The owner came around and asked everyone that was dining in how their food was. Ordered some wings for the Super Bowl and even as slammed as they were the staff was still friendly as they have been digging previous visits. One of my favorite things to get is the chicken tenders tossed in the Sweet Heat flavor and a side of crinkle fries. If your someone who loves Thai chili flavors, try that on your wings or the tenders. The venue is small, your traditional wing spot. However, they won't lose any stars for that from me, since that's my opinion and my entrees were amazing. Even a couple days later, they were still delicious!
