Went to get a highchair for my daughter and there was a mouse in the corner. I notified a girl behind the counter and she said okay. Workers all came from behind the counter to look at it, they tried to catch it in a bucket but it got away. Once it got away it seemed they stopped trying to catch it. I overheard one worker talk about how she likes mice and how they are cute but not rats. It ruined eating here, if I had saw it before placing a big meal order I wouldv'e walked out. They treated the problem as if it happens a lot. read more

We made the mistake of going through the drive thru and ordering $80 worth of food- got home and was missing the order of tenders and nuggets. Called to check and the response was "yeah we missed a bag". would you like t come back or get a mail voucher- kind of like this happens frequently. i went back. They gave me the bag- no apology- just a real inconvenience for them. Service here sucks- I would never recommend. sad part is that we hadn't had KFC in probably 5 years or more, it was a holiday weekend and we thought it sounded good but seemed like the chicken bucket was just generic and greasy and completely bland. Cole slaw and potatos were still the same goodness at least. think we are all done with them now. read more

So I'll start by saying, if you don't mind eating with trash laying around the floor disregard this review as you won't notice the service is about the same. I placed a simple order of chicken strips and a doughnut. Saw the Comercial and was like wow that looks good. Yeah never received my order, in fact never received anything but a refund on my way out 30 mins later. The employees were very inappropriate as the one who tried to serve me had The F word tattooed on his fingers. When I asked for my refund after patiently waiting for 4 to 6 others of witch he referred to as his "boys". I was told "yeah your order was canceled oops". Got order wrong, food missing. When told they argued then when they figured it out they got an attitude. Will never go back to this one

Good KFC. It pretty much tastes like any KFC you go to. Chicken was cooked completely through, and sides were yummy. Will come again. Love its close proximity to me! :) read more

I love fried chicken. The chicken here tastes great. It is always hot. Not all dried out. Side are fresh and either hot or cold as they should be. Love the Cole slaw. I wish their biscuits were the same as they used to be. They are quite small now. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Order was correct and service was good. I wish they would spend an hour a day just cleaning. Step back look at the door and handles and wipe them a few times a look at the sitting area. I get its a busy place but that would really make this a great restaurant. Love the food. Ill be back soon for more. read more

Bad things I've seen on this visit... 1) cashier chewing on a toothpick. 2) cashier had hair down to his shoulders, no hair net. 3)  cashier took off his hat, ran his fingers through his hair, put his hat back on, and resumed touching everyone's food. 4) cashier and other staff members were wearing hoodies over their uniforms. Generally...  Looking like hoodlums.  5)  cashier asked one customer after another... "Will this be for here or to go?"  Not "Hello" or any greeting at all.  Very crummy attitude whenever he spoke to anybody.  6)  When I asked him if I could have some honey, he said nothing. He looked at me, reached out with the two fingers that you would make the peace sign with, picked it up like he was holding tongs, and kinda flung it on to my tray. Very crummy. Zach was awesome and got our food out to us so quickly! I believe it was less than 5 minutes! All the food is super fresh and we are definitely going to enjoy these chocolate chip cookies! My daughter is loving this mac and cheese as well. :) read more

Brand new restuarant.. Received a 5 for being so clean. Unfortunately, it was so busy, and staff really didn't care if orders were correct or not. I had an order to go, and when I got home, my chicken wasn't cooked all the way. I had to throw away my meal. read more
