Very nice KFC location. I wanted takeout but instead of using the drive thru I decided to go into the restaurant to order my food. The restaurant was fairly clean and since it was lunchtime there were a couple of people in line but I did not have to wait long to place my order. I got the 3 piece chicken combo which included the chicken, mashed potatoes, a biscuit and a soda. The chicken was delicious and fresh, and the mashed potatoes and the biscuit were tasty as well. The person taking my order was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stop by here again. read more

When you think of fast food. You think the service would be quick but not here, service was super slow. I waited about 20 mins for them to take my order. Then another 10 mins to get my food. My bun was burnt when I received it as shown in pic and I didn't bother to ask them to make me a new one considering the wait was already long and I didn't feel like waiting any longer because I was already hungry. The guy who took our order doesn't seem like the wants to be at work. He's rude, he was wearing street clothes and no name tag. NOT PROFESSIONAL! I was very disappointed because I used to work for taco a long time ago and I remember they are very proud with their costumer service and good food quality. Sadly my experience here is not like that anymore. I had a question on one of our items. He did not answer my question because he is too busy looking at his phone. Later our order came out wrong. Food was great and employee's polite My concern is the poor order accuracy I was asked if I wanted to add a chocolate cake to my order and I said yes, when I got home guess what no chocolate cake. I also asked for sweet and sour sauce and the teller told me to remind him at the payment window, I did as he asked and guess what no sweet and sour. Drive- thru Nazi rushes people when they order and then refuses to add anything at the window. We asked for a side order to be added and he said, "I can't add at the window." I hope the owners realize he costing them revenue because he's lazy. Also you have to check what you receive from the drive-thru because every time I go, they forget something or make a mistake. Aside from the fact that the employees look high all the time, they do pretty good on our visits...3 to 4 a month (mainly $5 fill ups for the boy). However, the food is always hot and they hardly ever mess up our order. If they do, the manager has always fixed it or added something extra. Its not too bad on the inside. My daughte's BFF works there and I do question her on the cleanliness (see my reviews for Wendys, and Mcdonalds and Burger King). She did say that the staff is adamant about them washing their hands, throwing away anything that touches the ground....etc. It's not too out dated but could be alot better. I just want to know that my food is handled properly, there are no bugs, cock roaches, etc., and its fresh. I went through the drive through and ordered from the Taco Bell side. I knew when I got the bag in the car exactly what was wrong. However, I had not actually tasted, so I didnt say anything. Once I got home and did taste, my suspicions were confirmed. The oil they fried the taco shells in was rancid. I called and the very rude fellow said "what does that mean?". Well.....it means they are using old and spoiled (oxidized) oil. I suspect they also have similar policies for the fried chicken because I got that as well. So....almost $30 later, inedible food and no response from the person in the phone. I would have taken the meal back and did ask and he said "we don't do that". I asked for the Manager and he said "he isn't here". So......don't bother either for delivery, take out, dine in or drive through. this location has beeen Going downhill for a while with a number of health code violations over the years, but I thought the franchise was sold. They also now have Go-Cups, which feature a small amount of chicken (Original Recipe Boneless, Bites, Extra Crispy Tender, or Chicken Little) with some potato wedges for $2.50. Sides include potato wedges, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, green beans, and cole slaw, among others.
