My husband and I bought pizzas here almost weekly for over a year and everything was wonderful. He usually got Pepperoni and I would get the Greek Pizza. The menu states it has feta cheese and veggies. But two weeks ago it came drowning in mozzarella cheese. No feta cheese to be seen. Couldn't even see the veggies. My husband went today to give them another chance. He had a picture of the pizza. The man behind the counter stated that they always use "pizza cheese" on the Greek Pizza. We've done takeout Greek salads from here several times. Excellent! The grilled chicken is flavorful and they don't stint on the feta either. You won't be hungry when you finish this salad. They pack their clear plastic clamshell takeout containers to the brim. read more

We Love Love Love Santoros. Its the only option for us when it comes to Pizza. Totally made with love by a lovely Greek family. I love the Hawaiian Pizza, but truly, all their pizza is good. Subs are more hit and miss. Their Greek salad is really good, everything in it is really crisp and fresh, not like your typical pizza joint salad. Delivery can take a long time so plan ahead and be patient, typically 40-50 min, but we always get the same 2 drivers and they are both really nice and pleasant to deal with. read more

Ok, so I have to start by saying the food is...eh. Not bad but not going to blow your underpants away. It beats starving I suppose. Now, the real meat and potatoes of this review is that their customer service is atrocious. Aside from the sweet older guy that delivers the food (props to that love muffin...he's the reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1!) the rest of them are grumpy a-holes. They answer the phone like you are bothering them, talk over you constantly so you can barely get your entire order out and then basically hang up on you before you are done. If you decide to get delivery, it will TAKE FOREVER. I rarely have anything arrive less than 1.5 hours after ordering. I will likely go elsewhere. read more

Beware the older woman behind the counter. My daughter and I had a terrible experience with this woman when we went to pick up a to go order. The order screw up could've been solved very nicely and very quickly but instead the woman insisted on calling us liars, was very out of line, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I've been going to Santoros since 2008 when I moved to Wareham. Always satisfied with the food, Delivery service and the workers. I always try to bring my business to the mom and pop shops instead of the commercial chains. The owner and the cook were sincerely apologetic, courteous and professional. However, It will be a very long time before I go back there if at all. This was not just a small incident, this woman physically came out from behind the counter calling me names. Had not been for the owner, I honestly think she would've attacked me. I am not one who causes drama and if I'm wrong or thought maybe I was wrong, I'll own it but this was uncalled for. We have tried every pizza shop in Wareham. Santoros is, by far, totally consistent in their fabulous pizza. It is always cooked to perfection, with a medium crust. Never doughy in the middle, like some other shops. We almost always order double eggplant, as the eggplant is done to perfection as well. The staff are always friendly and courteous, and will spend extra time on the phone to make sure the order is correct....Even when it is super busy! Good pizza but dishonest with their pricing, coupons and policies! I had one of THEIR coupons from their menu - $2 off a large 1 topping. I ordered a large with half salami and half sausage. That equals ONE topping. The menu said the price for that is $13.50, so with my coupon it should have been $11.50. The guy rang it up and charged me $13.25. He told me it was because a 2 topping pizza is $14.25. I told him a half & half topping is one topping not two. His response was "No, thats how we do things here". Nice! Where I'm from it's tough to find a great east coast sub. Yeah, we have Cheb-Hut, where they toast their subs but it's just missing some of the real Italian flavor-when one is looking for some good Italian sub's. Santoros Italian sub was satisfying and fairly large at a reasonable price. cost about the same as subway BMT, yet ten times better. Highly recommend Santoros for great tasting subs. read more

I was in your restaurant on a Tuesday and noticed that there was a guy working that I had never seen before. He was there with one of the regular men that usually work there but he was busy doing other things. Well the fellow that took my order which was for the 10 piece chicken wings was constantly licking his fingers. I didn't say anything but I did feel uncomfortable because he continued licking his fingers when he took my order and after he took my card for payment. This place exceeded our expectations for a delicious lunch. The steak and cheese was LOADED with meat, and was very tasty. My girlfriend had the stuffed shells which were also fantastic, and smothered in real cheese (not the fake crap a lot of places use.) the establishment is very clean, along with the kitchen which is viewable from the dining area. Food is always good and consistent on take out or dine in. Staff work hard and are cool. Only have one good delivery driver though. He's friendly and prompt! He brings delicious food and says "hi! how are you today?" Real professional! Short guy with glasses and accent. Greek I think. When he shows up I smile because I know the food is on point! We have order take out here now 2 times in a row and my God its been so on point each time. Amazing subs and even down to the fries so tasty. I cant even think of another One in town that really compares the take out is hot and pretty quick. my teenage daughter ordered a calzone steak and cheese her hard earned money she got the calzone and the steak was burned to a crisp when she called to complain they told her sorry we are super busy if you call tomorrow we will give you another order so she thought that they would hold to their word and she called when she called to receive her replacement they told her she was crazy and that she never ordered there ( which we have the receipt from there )there are two locations one in marion and one in east wareham she called both and was told the same I am disappointed that they would take advantage of a young teenager in this way when I saw the calzone it was totally burned no one could eat it then they did not honor their word i would never order from them again nor would i recommend their establishment in any way to anyone the owner was rude about the situation also and I can not believe that they would treat a patron in this manor. read more
