We stopped by this McDonald's while traveling for a few late night Cokes and an order of nuggs. We had to wait a few minutes in the drive-thru while the nuggets were in the fryer. While we waited we had the nicest conversation with the young man working the drive thru window. He was so much fun to talk to while we waited. Cokes were cold and the nuggs were nice and hot. I usually am nice to McDonald's restaurants and give them good ratings but the bathrooms at this particular restaurant were absolutely deplorable. I had to spread my legs 2 feet apart to avoid the puddle of urine that fermented into the ground. The smell of the bathroom gave me a piercing instant headache and I tried to cover my nose in my sweater while peeing, but the odors were too strong. My girlfriend also went into the ladies room, which was also terrible and out of toilet paper I just have never gotten a stench quite like that before I was in a fraternity I'm used to smells that are terrible from bodily fluids but this was on a whole different level. Came in post Blizzard of 26'. Super friendly staff and manager. The manager took our order and gave us some cookies on the house. Food was hot and freshly prepared. While the food was being made, you could hear the manager talking to the staff and giving them positivity and encouragement to keep them going while it was busy. Super great experience. read more

I don't usually eat at McDonald's but this morning was time for second coffee and it turned out that I was hungry. This McD's was convenient and there was a special. The Sausage McMuffin was assembled properly and tasty. The coffee was hot. The restaurant was mostly clean though the condiments and soda fountain area needed some attention, as did the restroom. Paper towels on the floor and water splashed on the countertop. I did find the power outlet and enjoyed some wifi time to send a few emails. Me, my brother and his friend went to the establishment to get some icecream and they got all 3 orders wrong. I don't know how it's possible I've worked in fast food buisness like Dunkin' Donuts and it is not that hard. We ordered a mini m&m McFlurry, a mini Oreo McFlurry with caramel and a hot fudge Sunday with extra hot fudge. We in return got a regular Oreo mcfurry with barely any Oreos and no caramel but paid for the caramel, a mini m&m McFlurry with I wish I was joking but 7 m&m and hot fudge on it then a hot fudge Sunday with only one small pump of hot fudge. read more

We stopped into this location at Buzzards Bay, yesterday on our way home from the airport. This Mc Donald's has the worst service, food, and filthy. All of our food was old/cold and took over 30 minutes to get it. And for the kicker! The entire restaurant watched a male employee spit in a young girls face when she opened the door to leave the building. First off the service at this location is HORRIBLE. change your damn times if you aren't exactly going to be open AT THE POSTED TIME. Second, the food is terrible, sometimes okay at best. Stale buns, hard and cold burgers, either overcooked or cold fries. This McDonald's needs to be closed down soon. Do not eat here. Go to the McDonald's in Sagamore beach it is wayyy better. So I never ever leave 1 star reviews. But every single time I order from this location my order is never correct. They never give you straws napkins or sauce for your nuggets. There burgers are extremely over cooked and the bun was very stale. I don't have a vehicle so it's difficult to go to the restaurant to speak to the manager it's self. This was ridiculous. My girlfriend and I are on a trip going up to Salem for the weekend. We stopped by this McDonald's for a "quick" bite to eat on the way. Tbis was simply not quick. When we got there, we thought the drive through would go by fast since there was only 2 cars in front of us. We waited nearly 15 mins and the line didn't move so we went in. Once we got in, we ordered our food. She got a cup for a drink and she got a sprite and it taste like straight syrup. She dumped it and ended up getting a coke, which also wasn't much better. When we started to eat, we knew something was up. My nuggets tasted like gasoline. Her burger was hard as a rock and she was scared to eat it but did cause she was just so hungry. And to top off our awful experience, I took a bite out of a fry and as I bit it I got immediate pain to my tooth cause it was so hard. We will not be back. read more

Here's one more bad review for the record. I've stopped here at least 4 times in the past year to have lunch as I've passed through this part of the Cape on business. Each time it's a subpar experience and each time I say to myself " aw, give 'em break-__ times are tough with covid, etc. - next time it'll be better. " Well.. as of today there will NOT be a " next time "! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was gack. The sandwich was clumsily tossed in a bag wrapper and the insides all shifted and fell out of the bun. There was nothing "crispy" about this chicken - it was soggy as hell and tasted kinda fishy. Lastly, the pickle slices they slapped on it tasted so bitter i thought they may have been brined in mercurochrome ! The manager, Brandi, contacted me about my complaint. I went back today and had great service. They remade my sugar-free vanilla latte, they gave me my money back for the three I threw away, and gave me some coupons for free food. They really made up for my experience. Ok, but here's the thing. I figured out what they were doing wrong. They were giving me a coffee with a vanilla shot in it (not the vanilla sugar free syrup), so that's why there was no sweetness to the drink. The manager told me that I need to "ask for the pump" next time I order it. I have a little bit of a problem with this. It's McDonald's. Monument Beach location. Hmm. Is there anyway I can give less than 1star? $4.59 for a large fry and only half full. They never have the smoothies they advertise. NEVER. This is the best McDonald's of all the McDonald's I've been to and I have been to a lot of them, this is the only McDonald's that when you ask them to make it to order and cook it fresh and cook everything all at once they actually do it and they do it without "rolling their eyes" at you like the McDonald's location on MacArthur Boulevard in Bourne, I actually had piping hot McDonald's today which if you're a McDonald's regular you know is a rarity, furthermore the staff has always been kind and friendly and on the particular day I came in there were two very knowledgeable managers running the front end who actually appeared that they cared which I can tell they did buy how smoothly things ran at this location, if you're traveling stop at this one before going to a different one. read more

I walked in and seen the man who's virginity I took , 10 years ago in highschool... sorry to get personal but it has to do with a disappointing story. Love this location in Buzzard's Bay! Everyone was super friendly. I ordered chicken nuggets with three sweet and sour sauces and was not charged extra. They call your name to pick-up your order at the counter. There are two huge aquariums at a bar where you can sit and eat at. The entire dining room has this beachy color palate and includes comfortable booths with high backs for privacy. It must be so popular at certain times, there is a sign posted which warns you that you only have 20 minutes to eat, otherwise your're considered loitering. read more
