Very courteous service last night. My vegan family dined at Chili's along the way on a vacation. There was a mistake with one of our three orders. The server noticed it on the way to the table and returned it to the kitchen to remake without even attempting to serve it. It was fine, as we had a giant appetizer of guac and chips, and my kids could share one of the two meals while we waited. They brought us complementary drinks while we waited AND took the kids' meals off the bill. We were blown away by their attention and kindness- and will definitely return. read more

It had been years since I've been to Chilis so we decided to revisit. Service was good and the ambiance is always comfortable. I was really disappointed in their menu to see so many things no longer existed. I was craving chili and Monterey Jack chicken and they had neither!!! Tons of burgers and stuff like that but none of the food they used to be known for. Anyhow I settled on some low calorie chicken dish they had but had it with mashed potatoes. It was pretty good actually. I found the nachos to be really salty (and I love salt)... we also had the southwest egg-rolls and they were pretty good as well. I am normally not a fan of chain restaurants, but I really wanted to try the triple dipper. The restaurant was comfortable and looked like a typical Chili's. We started off with the chips and dip. A bit salty, but still highly addictive! We also had the southwest eggrolls; another classic that you simply can't go wrong with! Our waitress was awesome at recommending the most delicious choices. I gave boneless bites and bone in wings a try, both were equally as delicious. I also tried the mozzarella sticks, which were absolutely huge! They had a great flavor too. My wife and I stopped in on Wednesday night. They had a good amount of customers. We were greeted by a woman in a mask (2026) and seated immediately. Our waitress, Rachel, was pleasant and friendly. She took our order when we were ready - we ordered a Santa Fe Chicken salad and a Triple Dipper. My wife claimed that the salad was very salty but couldn't figure out if it was the salad or the dressing that was so salty. She normally gets this salad so I don't know why it was so salty but there are mentions on here about the saltiness of some of the dishes at this location. Either way, her salad was salty. I didn't have a problem with the Triple Dipper or salt, although I haven't been to Chili's in a while and was a little surprised that the boneless buffalo chicken are nuggets now and not the strips of chicken they used to be. They were much better as the strips. Rachel was great. She took our order, brought us chips and dip, brought our drinks and said if we needed anything else, to just let her know. Aside from the saltiness of my wife's salad, the only other downside to our visit was the person who I assume is the manager. He was dressed in a blue tropical shirt but I don't know for sure if he worked there because he never introduced himself. What he did do was interrupt my and my wife's conversation to ask us how we were doing and tell us that if we needed anything, to "let us know". He came back again - and again, while my wife and I were talking, he talked over us and asked how our meal was (still not introducing himself or saying excuse me). Again he said if we needed anything, to "let us know". The bottom line is if he'd come to our table a third time, I was wanted to tell him to get away from us and stop coming to our table. But it probably wouldn't have come out as nice as that. I've been to restaurants where the host or manager will come by and ask how everything is. Rachel also asked us that but she was our server and that's the professional thing to do. But this guy just walks up and doesn't say who he is, looks like he's dressed for a booze cruise and just tramples all over the conversation at the table. He is rude. And he was certainly the worst part of our experience at Chili's in E Wareham. I hope he reads this. Dial it back and introduce yourself to the people you are interrupting. And when you tell them to "let us know", take your own advice and let them let you know. You don't need to do a second visit to tell them again. read more

We usually have a good experience here, but tonight was the worst experience we had. The food at least tasted ok, however there were multiple mistakes and subpar service. We were sat at a table next to the kitchen and we overheard the waitress saying "I don't know why she keeps seating people there" referring to the hostess - then came up to us right after. We discovered a massive puddle on the floor of who knows what liquid, so we asked to move to another table. They apologized and we moved on. The watermelon iced tea I ordered had no ice, so the waitress kindly re-madeit - however when I got it, it had no watermelon flavor in it. We did not see the waitress again until after our food arrived. So we asked the food runner to fix the drink. We then noticed that my husbands order was incorrect - he ordered boneless naked wings and a side of buffalo sauce, and they were Buffalo wings. So we had those fixed as well. When I finished my iced tea, the waitress brought over another iced tea, however was again not a watermelon iced tea. Ultimately all of these errors were reflected in the tip since we were unable to let the waitress know about the errors since she didn't come back until after we paid on the kiosk. My sister and I went to Chili's in Raynham because we wanted to try the 3 for me deals. We both got the same meals. The salsa was so salty we only ate a little of it. Our burgers also were extremely salty. We couldn't finish them because they were sooo salty. When the waitress came with our bill, she never appeared before that so I could talk to her about the extreme saltiness, all she kept saying was, "I'll let them know". Haven't been to Chilis in a couple of years. Decided to go to the Wareham one yesterday for my birthday. I wasn't disappointed! Love the chips and I prefer my salsa without chunks of tomatoes so I've always loved it there. Got chicken tenders for an app and me and my son loved them! Crunchy outside, juicy inside. I got the old timer cheeseburger with fries and it was delicious! My son got the triple dipper app for his meal and loved it. I ordered this and it was a steak with asparagus as a side - I paid extra for mushrooms . I was very disappointed to get my order and see there was no asparagus. The meat had little bones in it that I discovered while eating it. I called chilis to rectify this but they said since it was from door dash a manager could not help me . I don't think the door dash driver provides the asparagus or bony steak. Thirty dollars really ? This place is a decent place to come out too during the week if you want a decent meal for a good price, for the most part the service is decent and the place is always clean. I really enjoy the fajitas and burgers, and the ribs are always consistent. The mashed potatoes need some help though as I have to send them back a few times for being cold and not that great to be honest. First impressions are everything and the hostess here definitely missed the mark. I had a party of 11 including a 1-year-old, when I arrived I was greeted with attitude and a condescending tone. This interaction made me want to leave immediately but decided to stay since the Hostess would not be my server. We were seated, the service was slow but we had a kind server. The restaurant did not seem to be busy, however, I do not work there so I cannot comment on their standard operating procedures. We weren't checked on regularly which made our dining experience a bit uncomfortable. Our table did not even have essential items such as napkins, ketchup, salt, and pepper. We had to request things in bursts because we weren't sure when the next time we could ask would be. The behavior of the hostess is what disturbs me the most, I thought I was done dealing with her after being seated, but it did not. The baby dropped some crayons and paper underneath her seat and when the hostess noticed this she loudly said "Oh Wow" while looking directly at us as if a baby is aware of what they are doing. The food was good, better than what I expected. Nothing beats the Molten Lava Cake, but there are other great items for desert. The steak was cooked to perfection (ordered medium-well). When they were served the bartender gave me no silverware, napkins, ranch or ketchup I saw she was busy so I went to find my own napkins at the to go counter. The hand sanitizer was also empty. I asked the manager walking by for ranch.... Never got it. When I asked for my bill the bartender told me to pay through their stupid computer game boards. I ordered a dry kettle one martini straight up , something any bartender should be able to make. I knew right away this was way beyond the capabilities of a Draft beer tender. The amount of vermouth used was way too much, however I chose to let it go. When it was served I was stunned to see fruit flies in my drink. I haven't been to a chilis in like 20 years because they were terrible but I recently went this past Tuesday for dinner and the moment I walked in the hostess was friendly and funny. He was making my son laugh. The menu choices looked good. The waitress came to the table quickly and was very friendly. There was 4 of us and none of us had an issue with how long it took to get the food or how the food was prepared. Portion size was good and refill of drinks kept coming without having to ask. My only issue would be the pricing because they def. Should be on avg. $2 less for the entrees and appetizers.. it was also my birthday and I didn't get a free dessert like they advertise. They came and sang to me which was funny since my son went and told the waitress it was my birthday but the dessert wasn't free which was off-putting. Why advertise free dessert for birthdays then charge for it. read more

I generally do not write reviews for chain restaurants because you generally know what to expect after visiting one. However, I have to call out the most recent dining experience I had at this Chili's in Wareham. First, I have to say that I did not dine in and ordered my food to go, but regardless, I should have had the same experience as if I was sitting down and being served by a waiter. I ordered my food online and received a confirmation that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I promptly arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later but ended up waiting one hour before my food was ready. I had a 5 yo child waiting in the car with her father! Totally unacceptable. They also did not even complete my order correctly. They forgot two chocolate shakes and one of the sides. When I went back to get the rest of the order, they gave me the wrong side and I had to ask for it again. When we got home, the food was cold from being cooked 1.5 hours prior and hard as a rock. To top it off, I opened the container for the tacos we got--the rice was in a PLASTIC BAG. The meal was completely inedible and most of it had to be trashed. The servers did nothing to compensate me for the wait except offer me a glass of water. Poor management and service in this restaurant--I will never return. read more

It was a Thursday afternoon and the restaurant was empty and we still got terrible service! No hello no how are you today etc ..overall bad attitude! Also Never received my cocktail. Server never came back to see how anything was, the order wasn't even fully correct! I saw the review on Yelp before I came there. Since this is the closest restaurant near where I am, I still wanna give them a chance. I went there yesterday with my boyfriend around 3 pm. It was slow, we only saw 2 customers at the bar, nobody else. We were waiting in the front desk for 5 min still didn't see any staff. I opened Yelp tried to call chili's so we can be seated, there was a guy came to front right before I called. He seated us. The waitress was nice, I played some game on the tablet which they provide one for each table while I was waiting for my order. The boneless wing was a little salty. We had a double lunch burger. It came with fries which was terrible, it tasted old and bitter. I told my waitress about fries was not good, she said she will let chef know, they will take care of it. We packed the burger and the rest of fajitas that we couldn't finish. We paid the bill on the tablet, and took the receipt. I came home tried to heat the left over from chili's for part of my dinner. I saw there was only one slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce in my burger, and the lettuce was withered. I checked the price on the receipt it was $8 for that burger. Also I found they charged me $2 for the game which I played for just 3 min. No one told me it was a fee for game and there was not price anywhere in the screen. Drove 15 minutes to this location for curbside pick up. Got there checked in and no one came out. Had to go inside to get the order. At this point the food that we did receive was cold. Got home there was a whole meal missing. Had to get in the car to drive back another 15 minute to the restaurant. Everything on the receipt was checked off like they had but everything in the bag. I spoke with the manager Joshua who was unable to give me a cash refund because it would have to go on a gift card. I replied that we would no longer be coming to this location or most likely any chilis for that matter as there is always an issue when we order from there. He advised that they were short staffed as I fully understand that but with a not full restaurant or bar they had 3 people expediting food.
