They were definitely my favorite thing of the night. We were told the owner makes the sausage that went into the beans, and it was fabulous! The owner graciously brought us a few boiled crawfish to try. He attempted, unsuccessfully, to teach us how to peel and eat them. He was a great sport and fun and friendly. My son-in-law, Jesse Whisler, was dressed up as a chicken and dancing by the highway to bring in customers for the first day and take pictures with.
