STOP! DO NOT GO!! I very rarely give a bad review. I can usually find something positive but I can not find one positive thing about our experience. The facility is nasty. We waited 5 minutes to be greeted(should have left). Waited 20 minutes for our food then asked for a refund when we still did not have it(they lost the order). It took another 10 minutes to get our card refunded. The bathroom was gross!! Just save yourself some grief and do not stop. read more

This place is appalling. The work environment is unsanitary by all means: the floors were greasy, not one of the employees was wearing a hat and got hair in my friend's food, employees handling food without gloves, the guys bathroom had a liquid sitting in the floor, someone in my group was served cold food, and there were cockroaches on the tables and counter. Another thing, I waited 20 minutes for my food after ordering, and had to remind the staff of my order. But, even after receiving my food, they still messed up and left an item out. I had to ask them to complete the order. I work food service and this is unacceptable. This place is filled with cowardice and lack of responsibility. read more

Don't waste time stopping at this location on a road trip because you will have to stop again. Ordered mashed potatoes, can't eat them because no utensil. The chicken was awful, all the fried part was hanging off of the meat. Also, don't attempt to order from the Taco Bell portion of the menu. They were out of chicken and chalupas. The inside of this place is filthy I don't even want to think about the bathrooms when I went in there I truly would've rather use the bathroom outside everything in there is dingy and gross at this point there's nothing to staff could do for the building deteriorating even if they were to clean the way that they should in the lobby and in the bathrooms which they don't the structure itself seems to be collapsing a piece of the ceiling fell down while I was in there. I've been told behind the counter in the kitchen is also filthy. Three out of 10 times you will actually have someone nice the other seven times you will deal with very rude staff. I once walked over from work on my lunch break waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes until some lady from the back yelled at me that the lobby was closed I told her I did not have a car did I need to go and get my car and drive to the drive-through she then yelled back the lobby is closed so I went and got my car waited in the drive-through for about 20 minutes only to be told they only had chicken sandwiches and that their fryers were down this was two hours before closing. I myself work in the food industry so I give people a lot of grace because I know how hard it can be lately there's been some improvement with the staff but overall it's just not there. read more

And this one star is too much. This was by far, the worst KFC experience I've had. Order was taken then 20 minutes later, my food was handed to me. This came after I watched these two ladies hold a conversation, text from her phone, walk away, not knowing what she did, only to come back and pack my food. Oh, did I mention, the order was NOT right? Needless to say, it's really embarrassing to visit any town/city, let alone your hometown, to see such horrible customer service. Horrible service. I was told there would be an 11 minute wait at 4:33. At 4:55 I went back to window to see if they had forgotten about me and was told they hadn't. Window closed without saying how much longer. At 5:12 I went to ask for refund and employee said, we were just bringing your food out. No apology. Never again. read more

This KFC/Taco Bell was a complete and utter excrement hole!!! When we first walked in, the dining area was a mess. All the tables were dirty. The trash bins were overflowing. Also, for some inexplicable reason the dining area was flooded in three separate locations... However, there were other people eating who seemed content. We were in a hurry and didn't want to stop again so we went ahead and ordered. The ice maker in the dining area wasn't working. No pickles. No Hot Sauce packets. The food was hot and tasted okay. We went to the restroom before getting back on the road. The restroom was like something from a horror movie. Half the light bulbs were blown. The restroom wreaked of piss, poop, and death. The walls were covered with what I assume was someone's ass-explosion... We left and I felt compelled to write this review. Corporate should immediately fire the management of this restaurant! And possibly several of the employees that have been corrupted beyond hope by the horrible management. Avoid this place!!! read more

This is the most disgusting KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to. We went in to use the restroom because we were on a road trip. When we walked up to the restaurant I noticed the windows were greasy and had fingerprints,as well as a film on them. The door had dirt crusted around the base, and the handle itself was greasy and had a film on it. Once we walked in we realized that it smelt foul. The floors were sticky and had things spilled on them, and no one was cleaning them, even though there were multiple people just standing around. The kitchen was repulsive. The appliances had a brown film on them. I planned to buy something, to thank them for letting us use their bathroom , but I decided it would be safer for my health to stay away from the kitchen.Once we got into the bathroom I almost left. The walls had dirt all over them. There were two toilets and one was out of order. The one that was working had urine all over the floor. There was something, that I do believe was not dirt, on the floors around the rim of the toilet. One of the two sinks was out of order as well and was full of foggy water. The other sink barely worked. The soap was almost empty and the little I did get, did not even foam up. The door handle on this was worse than the outside door. How could anyone ever feel comfortable eating there when it was so repulsive. How in the world does corporate and the franchise owner allow this. I will never return to this KFC/Taco Bell again. read more
