They have one of the tastiest chicken sandwiches around. Great portion size and the chicken is so tender and crispy, exactly what you want in a chicken sando. Relish has an online ordering system which is great for order ahead service and there's tons of sitting room both inside and outside to grab your food and hang out. I've had their Smashburger, but I felt it was a little too burnt - maybe just an off day as people seem to like it. I'd consider giving it another go. The chicken sandwich and tots are what keep bringing me back although the price is a little steep with $21+ for a sandwich and a side of tots. Instead of providing a refund, the staff member called two Englewood Police Officers. I attempted to explain the situation to the officers, but they were unresponsive to my concerns. I eventually gathered my belongings and left the premises. During the interaction, I expressed my belief that the treatment I received was discriminatory. Officer Smith responded dismissively, suggesting that I should sue. I felt that this response was unprofessional and indicative of a broader issue with the police department's handling of customer complaints. I am seeking a refund of $25.00 and a formal apology from McDonald's regarding this incident. I also hope that the Englewood Police Department will take steps to address the unacceptable behavior of its officers.
