My friend and I stop here to get lunch a lot after her doctor appt. The staff that work here are always so sweet and helpful. We recieve our orders very fast and the food is great. This restaurant is not called Z!Eats anymore. It is called Soups! The only negative thing is the manager seems so upset every time we go in. Fantastic customer service. The gentleman helping us explained the menu, how to order and the variety of recipes that they aquire. It's truly impressive. However, the execution left a lot to be desired. I love the soup tasting concept and the small little shot cups. It's a great way to ensure that the customer will be happy with what they order. The try 2 is the route to go. Choose two things from their soup, salad, sandwich or mac lists and your good to go. Don't get me wrong, the flavors weren't terrible, but they were mediocre at best. Chicken Pot Pie. A fan favorite, but still lacking in that creamy texture and savory flavor that a good pot pie has. Chicken Toscana. The breading was heavenly and soft, but that's pretty much all I was eating. The toppings were very skimpy and off tasting. Good, Really Good Chicken Noodle. I beg to differ. It was incredibly sweet of all things and there was a crap load of dill which made it somewhat sour as well. Classic Mac. The best dish of all that we tasted. It was cheesy goodness in a cup. All in all, this wouldn't be my first choice for a quick meal, but I do love the concept and friendly staff. read more

Spotted this place in a little strip mall. Very unassuming. Checked out the menu online before I decided to pop in. I was definitely glad I did. The selection is perfect. The service is walk up to order. Quick and easy. There's a little of everything for different taste buds. Similar to Panera in food genre but definitely more affordable and in my opinion tastier. Came here after seeing all the gluten and lactose free options. The soups looked delicious. They have soup, sandwiches, salads, macaroni, and some other items that you can order to eat here. When I arrived I ordered the Singapore Squash soup, which is gluten/lactose free. See my attached picture. I got a side of gluten free bread and a bag of potato chips on the side, which I used to dip in the squash soup while eating it. I sat in one of the booths near the window. There is seating outside as well. After this I went and ordered the Chicken Toscana sandwich on gluten free bread without cheese. See my attached picture. I thought both the soup and the sandwich tasted good. I had a Sierra Mist fountain soda drink with my food. I will definitely come back here. I was pleased with both my food and experience here. The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to help and I ended up with their Roadhouse Sirloin Chili and Grilled Cheese Dippers. What an amazing duo and completely filled up a big guy! I've held my book club meeting here a couple times because Starbucks next door decides to close early and every time I've had to clean the tables and chairs just to find a place to sit. We thought we'd try this place, however that was a huge mistake. Ordered a menu item, the chicken bowlrito, with no changes. My wife ordered a try two. After watching all the people that were in line behind us get their orders, she went to enquire where our order was. She was told by a male employee that was making everything, that then told another employee to come tell us they ran out of brown rice and it would now be a 30 min wait. We were never told this vital info. The employee that supposedly gave this info to someone else took no responsibility for the issue. We did request and received a refund. Bad customer svc. We get takeout from Zoup probably once every 4-6 weeks, more often in colder months. Not sure why I haven't thought to review before now. My husband loves their salads, we've tried two of their sandwiches and they're...fine. I love the rotating soup selection. Not every one has been a "homerun" but most of them are pretty darn good. They have classics that are always great and others that offer some variety for a more adventurous palate. We also love their bread and they send plenty of it! I love that they're offering curbside delivery (pre-COVID they also offered tasters which was so nice...doubting this is still the case though, understandably so). We'll continue to frequent Zoup!! It's a great alternative to nearby fast food with something for everyone! read more
