Ordered to go meal. Got home in Forrest City, and this is the WORST KFC experience I've ever had. The chicken was so dry, it was almost like Jerky. The mashed potatoes and gravy were terrible, watered down. The cole slaw was the only thing that was good, after we added some mayo to it. KFC has been one of our favorite places for years & years. I ordered a 10 piece family meal deal. That included 4 biscuits and two large sides. When I got it the ticket said it had been changed after checkout. I got the chicken and an individual mashed potatoes. No biscuits. There is no way I would tell them to change my order like that. The phone number on the ticket was disconnected. We stopped here because it had the best reviews of all the drive thrus in this town (which isn't saying much at 3.5 stars...). Big mistake. They were out of lemonade, and apparently all of their sauces, too. Even though the cars in front of us went reasonably fast, we waited for someone to acknowledge us for several minutes. Then, after ordering three times, the lady says "hold on, I need to get this down". Apparently she had been trying to remember our order up until that point. We finished ordering and it wasn't ready back to us, just given a total. We pay and don't get a receipt, then we're missing a sandwich, but we don't even know which one because apparently the original & spicy chicken look the same. One of the sandwiches we did get was supposed to be spicy, but wasn't. My husband went inside to get his sandwich and was approached by a man asking for money. He was told 7 minutes for the sandwich, which ended up taking over 10. What was supposed to be a quick stop through town added 30 minutes to our drive, and half of us didn't even finish our food because it just wasn't good. Stay away. read more

Recently I tried this place for some quick food to take home after work. After three different times in 3 weeks I am still dissatisfied. Slow food and a less than acceptable attitude each time I am not planning on going back. The food itself was exactly as ordered so as far as food, no complaint. This location is either absolutely amazing or completely disgusting. Half of the time I go I get fresh everything then the other times half of my order is missing, cold, or they're out of everything (EVEN DRINKS). When it's fresh out of the grease it's so good which makes me so upset when I go and get old food or missing items. I know what they're capable of so I have a high expectation for them. Maybe all team members need to have the same drive and expectations to achieve this but whatever it may be...they're capable of greatness but if you'll get that every time is like rolling a dice. read more

I went to this location on Sunday 10/08 in the afternoon while headed back to Texas. My boyfriend's 3 nephews wanted Chicken Sandwich Combo's with fries. The lady said they were completely out of fries. Then my boyfriend's mom ordered chicken and another cashier asked her if she wanted a biscuit which she replied, "yes." The food was good, but this place is sloooow. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant. Once I came in, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. This place was dead for 1pm on a Saturday; only a few cars in drive thru and one family eating in the lobby. After finally getting my order a total of 25 minutes after it was placed, I asked for a cup of water and the cashier said she'd have to charge me for it. We ordered a bucket with eight pieces of regular chicken, mashed potato with gravy and sweet corn with biscuits to go. The chicken was good. Typical KFC according to my husband. But. We ordered mashed potato with gravy as one of our two sides and received cole slaw instead. In addition, we were not asked and did not receive, butter, napkins or silverware. Lady in the drive through was extremely rude. She was impatient and pushy. She double charged us on side items and forgot to put biscuits in orders. Maybe if she was more concerned with her job over her nails being messed up it might have been a good experience. Oh yea and made us wait in drive through while no one was at the store for no reason. Had a great experience today when passing through on a road trip with my dad and sister! Food was great but what really made the whole experience was the girl working at the counter this afternoon. She was so friendly and polite, going above and beyond offing us anythjng we needed and even clearing our trays and trash when we finished eating bc inside. We knew the donut chicken sandwich would be good but we had no idea it would be AMAAAAAZING!!! Absolutely delicious made to order donuts with warm gooey glaze and super crispy fried chicken!! It receives a 100 from us and we can't wait for our next one (or five)!! read more

Unfortunately grilled is no longer available at any location. Clean inside with nice people working. Fried breast was a little soggy on the coating, but moist and tasty. Green beans and biscuit good. The had a nice looking buffet. read more

We stopped here at kfc for the buffet. I looked online for prices beforehand-the one in our town is usually around $6.45 including drinks. We were charged $7 each and then paid $2 for medium drinks after waiting for the cashier for 10 minutes even though other staff were at the front. We got our food and the buffet was organized poorly so that I accidentally spilled mashed potatoes in green peas and the woman in charge glared at me the rest of the time we were there.
