Recent road trip with picky kids and young dogs we tried to find something where everyone would have something they liked. Well, kids got fed, food was quick and hot. The dogs got fed and got to run!!! This location is perfect for travelers with dogs. Two large areas for dogs to run and there is a large dog side and small dog area. Ordered a burger with bacon lettuce tomato onion and mayo, came out with bacon and nothing else. Sent it back and spoke to a person rather than using the outdated intercom system, verbally confirmed everything. Came out with a meat patty, bacon and onion only. Disappointed and grossed out! We finally got to some form of civilization and I decided to cheat on my diet and stop at Sonic before 4:00. When we requested service we were told to hold until after 4. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, strawberry limeade and a small cheddar pepper. They brought me a Cherry limeade and charged me full price based on when they finally took my order. I sent it back esp since it was the wrong flavor. Left Sonic and started eating my cheddar peppers cooked in old oil only to discover strawberry blonde hair fried on and hanging from my pepper. Totally grossed out and don't trust anything I got. Needless to say, everything is going in the trash! Also, the car next to me pulled in after us and got their order first. Take pride in your work! Don't mishandle customer's food. I've stopped at this Sonic several times when driving through town but this last visit was certainly jarring. The bathroom floor and counter tops were completely COVERED in dead bugs. Headed home from soccer tournament in Memphis. We decided to stop for ice cream. Delicious vanilla cones and Oreo blast. Brand new building with really nice clean bathrooms. Thank you! This is one of the nicest Sonic's I've ever been to. What a generous gift to allow for dog park as well as sitting in front of the dog park where you can order your food from the touchpad screen and have it delivered directly to you who is solid instructions not to bring small children into the dog park which is very wise. A section for small dogs and a large section for larger dogs also. The restrooms were safe, relatively clean had tooth abscess for handicapped persons. Obviously the owner went through great expense to have signature solid fencing around this dog park truly caring about the owners that visit with their pets. Let's definitely made they want to give them high praises. My only regret is that we had already just before we got there not knowing this exist. Big 4 going to be sending some sort of Special thank you card and treats to the staff running search a beautiful and clean fast food restaurant as well as dog park. Way2go! Quick breakfast stop while on road trip. Delighted to find the super clean and wonderful dog park built by the owner adjacent to the drive-in! Our dog really appreciated the chance to get off leash! As I'm also not much of a fast food person, was delighted with the quality of the SuperSonic breakfast burrito! It was big and juicy, really hit the spot! My wife also liked her bacon/egg breakfast sandwich on brioche bun. Really clean and refreshing stop along our trip! read more

Wow! Brand new, modern and clean. Clean restrooms! And they have several shaded outdoor eating and ordering areas. Also, a dog park with picnic benches in the shade so you can order and eat while the dog gets some exercise. What?? Great idea Sonic! On my way to Texas and so happy to find this gem! read more

I had work to do in Brinkley, so I stopped at this Sonic location to get an order of Mozzarella Sticks and Ched R' Peppers, 2 of my favorite items. Unfortunately, at this location both item were terrible. They were stale as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple days, and were just awful. The manager Pat O'Brien greeted us at our car and decided to give me my meal free as a congratulations! All around great service and friendly staff. The order was correct when sent out in a timely manner. Bathrooms were probably the cleanest I've seen for a fast food restaurant. Dog park a definite bonus. This is a great place to stop, especially if you are traveling with dogs. They have a big and small dog park, with a station to order food right outside. The bathrooms are very nice for a sonic bathroom. The dog park has a water spot for the dogs and it is pretty big. The staff was nice and the food was good. Just passing through and decided to stop at this sonic. Wow! I must say this is one of the best Sonics I've ever been to. Yes, they have older construction (no touch screens or drive through) but the staff is extremely friendly and fast and the food was hot, fresh, and well made. Definitely recommend it! read more

Everything seemed to go wrong with our visit here. The food was fine, but the service and the beverages were lacking to say the least. They were out of practically every normal beverage apart from Diet and regular coke. I originally asked for Coke Zero, and they just gave me Diet Coke anyway when the carhop came to the window. "Oh, we're out of Coke Zero, here is Diet Coke." We asked for two other different options. "We're out of that." One drink had no ice whatsoever and the other drink had almost too much ice for the cup to hold; so very little actual beverage. The lid on one of the drinks was broken, so it was dripping and spilling all over the place. I needed to pour some out on the pavement just to be able to avoid spilling it all over the car. They didn't give us any napkins or straws, the credit card reader didn't work, they went back and forth to get us straws or napkins, one trip back and forth per item. We were in a hurry to be back on the road so we left with one straw for two drinks. Two napkins total, and for some reason the blue ink on the foil burger wrappers came off on our hands? Come on, Sonic. The manager needs to do better ordering enough product and they need to train the carhops and order takers to give customers everything they need to enjoy their meals and if you're out of something, tell us up front. Don't bring something else expecting us to accept it. read more

The Sonic building in Brinkley, AR is brand new and looks nice, however the last 3 times I've stopped there have been problems. The first time, after sitting for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, a server came out to my car and said they could only serve fountain drinks...no food. The second time, I waited at the stall for 15 minutes and never was waited on. I left. Today I waited in the stall for 10 minutes without being waited on, but noticed other cars around me that were. I pushed the red button a few times even though it said they would be with me shortly. I finally left the stall and went to the drive thru, where the person taking orders kept cutting me off before I could finish my order. When I got to the window, I waited another 5 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food. I watched them hand my ice cream to the driver of the car ahead of me, then take it back...in a pandemic. When I got to the window, they tried to give me someone else's order and gave a loud sigh when I told her it was not mine. When she finally did give me my order (1 small blast and 1 small popcorn chicken), there were no napkins, no spoon, and no thank you. Instead, the server rudely said "You're welcome" at me when she gave me my food. I never had this kind of service before they changed buildings. Other cars around me were leaving, and I doubt if I'll return. With this type of service they won't be in business long. It's a real shame, because Brinkley, AR needs all the businesses they can get. read more
