They were being very rude to their customers, including us. We had a horrible experience. They didn't ask any questions. They just took our order and we got wrong sizes of stuff. Then this other lady came in and she was so rude to her and we gave her a cup And then she still gave her her change cause she was nice, but I don't know the lady's name behind the counter read more

We picked up an 8 piece bucket of original and when we got home, the skin was burnt to a cinder and most of the chicken was chewy and old, which we knew meant, it was probably cooked yesterday and reheated today. What a load of crap ..never again. I would think this place will be closed down soon. read more

This restaurant hasn't went COMPLETELY down hill!!!! I order a 3 pc with mashed potatoes and a biscuit...the chicken was literally grease soaked the mashed potatoes wasn't mixed completely and the biscuit was so old I could've broke a window with it!!! The workers here have s**** attitudes and the managers acts as if they jus don't care!! My advice to anyone considering KFC DONT EAT here go to Popeyes!!!!!! read more

I love KFC, always have (Can you they were no longer allowed to use the word Kentucky in their name (I think it was after the State had it incorporated, don't know for sure). Anyway at every family get to get together, someone always brought a big bucket of the Cornel's chicken, at least one. Kind of makes you look forward to funerals, just kidding I think. They closed the KFC close to my house (which wife says is not that much further). They did build a Popeyes within a mile of my home,and they offer more sides. This is a great place to have lunch especially the Buffet There at the all you can eat buffet there's crispy fried chicken original style chicken plus the gizzards so flipping good. Plus the sides include the mash potatoes, coleslaw, green beans n at times French fries. You can't beat this buffet good stuff for lunch less than 10 bucks. read more

they close at 12 and it's 11:20 pm. all they got left is 2 wings and out of gravy and it's a 30 min wait to cook anything else. how you gonna be out of chicken 45 min before close and have no gravy to dip my biscuit in. am I supposed to use butter like a peasant. i think tf not. I can't speak to the old reviews from years ago, but in my many times eating here in the past few months, I have no complaints at all. I generally eat from the buffet. The food is fresh and is of excellent quality. If the buffet doesn't have a particular piece you want, just ask for it. They have always been courteous and fast to respond. The place is clean and I don't think I've completed a meal before an employee is making the rounds cleaning tables and the floor where needed. Good food, friendly and courteous staff. The kitchen is quite visible from the customer's area. It appears clean and the staff look to be conscientious about cleanliness. I heartily recommend this location. I go often. read more

The macaroni tastes like plastic. The chicken is always somehow undercooked and bland. The mashed potatoes are okay. But seriously, I question if the chicken here is even chicken. The only positive thing about this place is they replaced my food when I dropped it. read more

Saw a Trisha Paytas You Tube vid of her eating KFC so we wanted to try the Nashville Hot Chicken. The first 2 times we went it was delicious. The third time was a greasy mess with no sauce on the chicken. It was horrible! I went back to get it replaced and the dude gave my son the wrong order. Are these idiots or aliens working here? We went to the KFC on Zero in Fort Smith, AR and ordered our food and waited for 15 minutes just for them to come out and start telling people that was waiting that they had ran out of crispy chicken then about 5 minutes went by and still waiting she came out and said that they are out of original chicken now also, then we waited another few minutes and she came back out and said that they were now out of corn. She tried to say they had a rush on everything but for the time we sat there from what I could see there was no rush. There was about 10 people waiting for food and the manager just wasn't doing their job probably and just didn't have any food ready they had 5 or 6 employees working there and all of them was running around with their heads cut off or talking, that is to me why they didn't have any food. But what really got to me was the fact that she wasn't telling everybody what they were out of all at once, she would disappear in the back and come out about every 5 minutes and let people know that they are out of food. Finally got mad about the time we waited till I went and got my money back, then she wanted to argue with me about being out of chicken and corn, she told me it would be another 20 minutes on chicken and 6 minutes on corn, which to me if they were doing their jobs correctly they would not let themselves run out of stuff. Don't go to this KFC because it was also dirty so again employees not doing their jobs and no manager making them do their jobs. PLACE IS DIRTY AND EMPLOYEES HAVE REALLY BAD ATTITUDES. read more
