    Customer service has gone out the window at this KFC. Placed my order in drive thru, told them what I wanted. I asked what the up charge was for in the OCB board, he begins to tell me about a charge for my 1 extra item, that's not what I asked, then he started an argument with me over my question that was never answered. I also questioned the 1 leg and 2 thighs on my order at this point I'm asked to pull to the window. So he opens the window and once again he starts to tell me about the charge for my extra mashed potatoes. I told him that's not what I'm questioning. So instead of allowing me to repeat my order to make sure we are on the same page, at this point I let the attitude go with this employee. He replies let me get you another manager. So she comes to the window and starts in about the extra item again. I asked her to listen to me and what I wanted. So I told her about the chicken was to be crispy all white. Which at this point I have said that 2 times, she try's to explain that I have to tell them that, so I had to say it again to the supposed manager. She handled nothing she kept looking at the guy who took my order. I said this wouldn't be so difficult to get right if I can speak and you listen to my order. No he jerks his head set off and stomps away. She keeps looking at him. So I finally get my order I pull off and check my order, it was wrong the chicken was all dark meat thighs. So I turn around and get back in drive thru to get my order fixed. It was old chicken. Got home looked at my receipt my total was $15.09 so why was I charged 17.98 Needless to say my husband requests dinner from here at least once a week, you have some really good team members, but these 2 are not it. This was 2:15 pm Sunday the 20th I ordered 3 piece box. It comes with a drink that I usually just get water with that, I was never asked what type of drink, but they did try to give me a Coke of some kind told them to keep it. The man that first took my order he is tall slim, black man with a beard and no covering over it, he was wearing a black shirt with white lines going down. I asked his name which he gave me but I can neither spell or say. Something like starting with a D or K. I have been in the customer service business for 40 years and this was so stupid. It could have been easily handled if I had been allowed to repeat my order at the window. These 2 need hospitality and customer service training. We I left the last time I asked the manager what his name was and she replied I don't know. The manager is a black lady wearing grey shirt like tee-shirt no name tag. I realize that this makes no difference to you but it should. Prices are getting so high that places like this really need to put out the hospitality and good customer service.

    The chicken had burnt spot and the service was terrible and were incredibly rude don't recommend going there.
