Went there on Friday evening around 430pm, I walked in up to the counter and just waited there was no one I mean no one in front of me in line and I had to wait for 5 min till someone finally came up to counter and take my order I ordered the "new chicken strips " and those strips were more anemic than a person with no blood in them, they looked like they were just half fried and the fries was cold and the biscuit was hard thank goodness for the creamed potatoes and gravy that is the only thang that I liked. Customer service has gone out the window at this KFC. Placed my order in drive thru, told them what I wanted. I asked what the up charge was for in the OCB board, he begins to tell me about a charge for my 1 extra item, that's not what I asked, then he started an argument with me over my question that was never answered. I also questioned the 1 leg and 2 thighs on my order at this point I'm asked to pull to the window. So he opens the window and once again he starts to tell me about the charge for my extra mashed potatoes. I told him that's not what I'm questioning. So instead of allowing me to repeat my order to make sure we are on the same page, at this point I let the attitude go with this employee. He replies let me get you another manager. So she comes to the window and starts in about the extra item again. I asked her to listen to me and what I wanted. So I told her about the chicken was to be crispy all white. Which at this point I have said that 2 times, she try's to explain that I have to tell them that, so I had to say it again to the supposed manager. She handled nothing she kept looking at the guy who took my order. I said this wouldn't be so difficult to get right if I can speak and you listen to my order. No he jerks his head set off and stomps away. She keeps looking at him. So I finally get my order I pull off and check my order, it was wrong the chicken was all dark meat thighs. So I turn around and get back in drive thru to get my order fixed. It was old chicken. Got home looked at my receipt my total was $15.09 so why was I charged 17.98 Needless to say my husband requests dinner from here at least once a week, you have some really good team members, but these 2 are not it. This was 2:15 pm Sunday the 20th I ordered 3 piece box. It comes with a drink that I usually just get water with that, I was never asked what type of drink, but they did try to give me a Coke of some kind told them to keep it. The man that first took my order he is tall slim, black man with a beard and no covering over it, he was wearing a black shirt with white lines going down. I asked his name which he gave me but I can neither spell or say. Something like starting with a D or K. I have been in the customer service business for 40 years and this was so stupid. It could have been easily handled if I had been allowed to repeat my order at the window. These 2 need hospitality and customer service training. We I left the last time I asked the manager what his name was and she replied I don't know. The manager is a black lady wearing grey shirt like tee-shirt no name tag. I realize that this makes no difference to you but it should. Prices are getting so high that places like this really need to put out the hospitality and good customer service. read more

I was soooo disappointed! It had been more than a year since I had eaten KFC and I was looking forward to having some Original Recipe chicken. I ordered a combo meal, through the drive thru, and it took awhile however; it was lunch time. I was so shocked when I opened my box and saw the chicken; I knew immediately that it was not Original Recipe. But, that is what they call it now! This chicken was bland and dry and tasteless. Why did they change the Original Recipe? The only thing that tasted good was the coleslaw! My biscuit wasn't even good and it was broken up and lukewarm. From now on I will go to Popeye's or Hardee's for chicken because on my opinion, KFC has nothing to offer anymore. read more

What can I say, I love KFC. Grew up on their chicken. As a kid, every funeral I attended there was at least one bucket of the Cornel's fried chicken. Well worth the price of a funeral in my book back then. Still do in some ways. Still feel they need to offer more sides. I make sure to prepare some sides before I go pick up my chicken. Can you believe it, KFC had cans of Green Beens left over, I guess pi. I will say No One can fry chicken like the Cornel, and I eat there more than I should. They are running s special. Mix and Match. 2 for $6.00. When I went thru drive-thru Girl stated it would be 20 minutes before they'd be ready. I said I would wait. Girl was rude and kept slamming window when I was asking questions. Her response was " I just tell them what I need and get it when its ready." I ssid I would wait in the shade... asked if they'd bring them out. At 25 minutes, I called inside asking about the order. Girl said it would be 20 minutes before they are done. I explained it had already been 25 minutes and they'd said 20..... now you are saying 20 more minutes,,? So not for sure if they know how to count. Read time or tell the truth. But very very rude. The most unprofessional service I have yet to receive. I was there around a month ago & they had left out my gravy for my potatoes. I called & manager that day & was told to just tell the people at the drive through & they would give me extra. Well... today I went through the drive through and I was drilled about a receipt & the name of the manager I spoke to. Long run I did not get my gravy I was shorted!! All this over gravy lol!! This is not the first time I have been treated badly at this KFC. The manager tonight looked all of 14 yrs old and so did the girl at the window. When we got home we opened the strip box & the strip laying at the top looked burnt on something. (Picture included) Just showing not only unprofessionalism but poor quality control. I love KFC! I grew up eating it and never did get tired of it. My brother and one of my daughters worked their way through school working there. It was a great place to eat and work. However, gone are those days, at least at the Grand ave location in Fort Smith, Arkansas! I had 4 hungry people to feed and thought that good ol KFC would really hit the spot. I ordered the 8 piece meal with potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese as our sides. I also ordered honey and honey bbq packets and plate settings. I used Doordash. The food arrived in great time but when I unpacked it (it was sealed) we only got 7 peices of chicken, no bbq sause,the mac and cheese was way too undercooked (it was like warm milk and a little cheese sauce poured over pasta). Aso we got our plates but no napkins, forks, spoons... nothing to eat with! If I requested plate settings then I would think I would get something to eat my sides with! This is not the first time I have had similar results from that KFC store... not even the 2nd or third time! I tried to call the store to let them know what had happened but after an full hour of trying to get through, I got fed up and just quit. Needless to say I will NOT be ordering KFC from there again. We went threw the drive thru and we asked for chicken strips. When we pulled up to the window the Lady said it you be around 9 minutes for the chicken to be ready. We waited for 30 minutes and still no chicken. I went inside and the lady said that the chicken was still in the freezer and it was nasty in there. I would suggest that you do NOT go there. I've seen quite a few bad reviews and I haven't had a problem as of yet. I always get hot wings and I always have to wait. I am okay with that because I know they are fresh. I have recently called ahead and picked up at the window with no problem. I will continue to order and pick up my hot wings here until I run into a situation which I've read about on other reviews. And I have never had anyone be rude to me or act as if they don't want to work. Thank goodness because I would walk out without ordering. read more

this kfc has gone down hill the last couple of months. we went tonight waited almost 15 minutes for our food and our home is less than 5 minutes from there, the chicken was cold and i only had 3 bites of mash potatoes that they put in my bowl with the fork that they provide. we have made several complaints to the manager and nothing has been done. i truly do not recommend this place and feel that they need new management and employees. read more
