Ok, I think this is the last time I order KFC - ever. I have tried and then given up more than once on KFC, but since they changed their recipe and method of cooking, it's simply the worst of the worst now. We have not ordered here in over a year, but yesterday, I had a craving for fried chicken, and I knew we should have gone to Popeyes or Bojangles, but no, we just decided to go with KFC. What a mess... ordered the honey chicken and it was just awful - way overcooked and dry, the only thing halfway decent were the biscuits, and usually they are not great. Fries were cold (room temp), and we picked this up before it was even ready, so they made up the order on the spot. And the tenders were worthless - I do mean worthless. Both of us tried exactly one out of a dozen and they were stringy and over-seasoned and overcooked - tasted nothing like "original recipe" like they used to. The entire experience was terrible and for $30, I expect better. I mean even McDonald's has better fried chicken (strips) than KFC these days. This is our last trip to KFC - they just need to shutter this place and probably all the others because they have lost their way in the fast food industry. I cannot go back, ever. read more

I had the most amazing customer service experience at this location today! I got a 5 piece combo online with some sides and everything was amazing. The chicken was crispy and the sides were delicious and still warm even after it took a little while to get there. The older gentleman at the window was very funny and welcoming. This was my first experience at this location and I will FOR SURE be returning. read more

I stood at the checkout counter for 10 minutes . I was the only customer the entire time. no one said anything to me or even looked my way to take my order. At one point an employee came to the front counter, grab gloves and went right back to the back. The manager walked out of her office, holding a clipboard, walked in a circle around the kitchen by paying me no. One lady was super busy making and taking all the drive-through orders. I ended up walking out because no one would take my order and while watching the cooking staff during my extended wait. This KFC is awful. Placed an order online. Drive thru was a mile long. They STILL (May 27, 2022) have their dining room closed for not only dine in, but also pickup. They won't at least let you pull up and bring it out. You must still get in the drive thru and wait. The order was (surprisingly) correct. It's typically not. But the chicken tenders were very uneven in size, limp and sad, the mashed potatoes and biscuits were dry, and the coleslaw tasted spoiled. Thinking my KFC days are over. read more

The slowest service of any fast food place in town! Half the staff don't seem to even know what they're doing. Online and 3rd party pickup orders are almost always not ready. Staff turnover is constant. The KFC on Hanson street is much better. read more

Slowest service ever. These guys have no clue how to work. The food is ready, except for the pot pie they called out to cook 15 min after the order was made and just as they got around to packing the order. It takes them forever to pack food, like it wasn't a problem of waiting for food to cook. It's just they can't pack orders with any promptness whatsoever. I ordered my food online on my way to the store. I got to the store at the prescribed time only to find out they didn't have any breasts in extra crispy. The manager asked if I would like original instead and I said that I would like the crispy like I ordered. She went to the back to make chicken and I waited about 25 minutes for the chicken to be done. I was supposed to get 3 breast and 2 wings. I waited all that time because they had no breasts. We ordered food plus 2 fries from here today. They asked us to pull around because they were making fresh fries. Apparently not for us! We waited 12 minutes for fries, and when we finally decided to go inside to ask what's going on, the fries were cold. Everyone else was in and out. Additionally, we didn't get the sauce we asked for and only one set of fries. So we had to go back in AGAIN. If the owner ever checks these they should be embarrassed. Let me Start off by saying that management remove this Location from Google. Worst location ever. Many times I get the bowl and I substitute the corn to green beans. I was told under new management they don't do that anymore, however that's a lie it has been done every time I order it. You could hear somebody on the speaker complaining about me making the substitution. With that being said we decided we didn't want anything and we went to Popeyes. And if you're a truck driver don't even attempt this location because they'll want you to walk through the drive-through and then they won't even acknowledge that you're standing there. Then if you order on the app you won't be able to get your food until 1130 even though they open up at 11 o'clock. It seems that the staff doesn't have common sense to get to the store earlier cook the food and have it prepared when opening at 11 AM! Terrible service!! Ordered way early on line in app. Followed instructions on app. And again followed instructions on sign at store. The world not give me food at door or in store.
