Last night I ordered a 4 pc. Chicken Combo, Extra Crispy, Com/Mix, with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, soda and biscuit to eat at home. A chicken has 8 pieces, 2 each of wings, legs, thighs and breasts, so when you order a 4 piece you should get one of each. Also, when you order Extra Crispy you should get Extra Crispy - NOT original recipe. #1 - I received original recipe, NOT extra crispy. And they didn't tell me - they just substituted. #2 - I did receive 4 pieces of chicken overall, but it was 3 wings and a breast. I prefer dark meat so if they were only going to give me 1 kind I would not choose white meat. This kind of service shows a staff that doesn't care about their customers. I am so disappointed with the experience I had today at KFC. The chicken was hard as if it was sitting for a while before being served. It was not moist on the inside while crispy on the outside. Additionally, I am not sure how many fried pickles there was supposed to be in the box but I got nine small fried pickles for $2.99; definitely not worth that price. I am also disappointed by how the cashier responded to me. I ordered a bucket of chicken and when I got to the window, I tried to add a large wedges with it, but she said she could not do it. She said I would have to park and go inside or come back around to the drive-through. I ended up going back around to the drive-through to order the wedges, and I also ordered the fried pickles. When I got back to that same cashier, I gave her my credit card, and she gave me the bag. I asked her for the receipt. While she was getting me the receipt, I opened the bag just to confirm both items were in there. She then proceeded to tell me that she has to let me pull up because she is on a timer. I was very confused as to what she meant and why I would need to pull up because I had already received my entire order. My assumption is that she felt I was staying in front of the window too long. She said she was on a timer so I guess that was about seeing how many orders she could take within a certain period of time. Walked in at 6:30 PM. Ordered extra crispy 8 piece bucket. Almost 5 minutes later told that they only had 4 pieces (that looked like they had been there all day) and would I take original because they would not be dropping any more. REALLY?!?! Also ordered chicken strips that were utterly pathetic...burnt and shriveled. Almost $70 for this entire order...with no offers of apology....disgusting! Forgot our sauces . When I asked for some. They said that I didn't ask for any. Then said that I had to pay for sauces that I should have got with my order. Without a doubt, the worst KFC I've ever experienced. This is the closest KFC to me and over the past few years I have been there maybe half a dozen times. It was a terrible experience every time. From just being out of things constantly, to wrong items, the worst issues I've had there were with the online/app ordering. Did one order and when I went to pick it up they told me they were out of everything I ordered. So you have to call the all number and go through a whole system to get a refund within a week. Did one the other night and showed up at the end of my pickup window, 15 minutes after I had ordered, and I went inside where I was told very casually it would be another 30 minutes for the pot pie as they 'just put them in the oven'. I was so shocked it kind of took me a minute so I spoke to another member of staff who assured me it was 'only' 22 minutes but I said I did not want to wait and wanted to cancel the whole order. He went back to speak with a manager or supervisor who was prepping the chicken pot pies, so they weren't even in the oven yet. Then I was told the same about having to call the number and there it was outside the cancellation window so I had to wait 3 days before they could even start processing my refund. The store was empty when I went in there, no one in the drive through, how did it take 15 minutes from ordering to get my order even started? was craving KFC so I decided to come to this location. This is the second time I've done been to this location and they didn't have chicken bone in and they didn't have spicy chicken. Service was horrible. They didn't have nothing else that they could recommend but chicken tenders and I just wish this location is closed down is very unprofessional and ghetto. Needs new management so they can get it in order and order the right amount of chicken with bone in it. - read more

Don't eat here! Go to McDonald's next door! I haven't eaten at KFC in years. Now I remember why. I decided to go here because I wanted an order of wings and this restaurant is across the street from my hotel. The employee taking my order tells me they have a 4 pack of wings, comes with a drink or biscuit. When I got back to my hotel and opened the box, inside was the biscuit, 1 wing and 3 thighs. WTH. You can't tell a wing from a thigh?? Granted, I was there an hour before closing, but that is no excuse. If you are out of a product then say so before I order. I don't like surprises. This location is awful. My family has gone here twice and has terrible experiences with the staff. Tonight, she made an order that was supposed to include French fries and biscuits for my 10 yr old son. We call to inform them of the error and the guy yells at us saying he told us they were out of biscuits so they would give us cookies instead. We told him he didn't gives us fries OR these cookies he claimed. He then yelled at us and told us to just come and get it. I don't normally do reviews but I just wanted to give a shout out to this KFC location. I've probably been to a KFC five times in my life before this year when they released the Beyond Chicken. Since then I've been to probably 5 or 6 of the KFC's in this area and every. single. one. of them overcooked the chicken to the point of it being inedible. Not this location though!!! They always cook it fresh and have me pull around, I don't mind waiting if it means my foods right! Being a vegetarian can be hard when it comes to fast food, my orders are usually wrong in some way so on the rare occasion where a location did great I have to share! Employees make the difference at this KFC. This is my first time reviewing a large fast food establishment, because generally, they're all the same. The food that you'll get here is the same as your standard KFC, but the employees that work at this location are super friendly and pleasant to deal with -- especially Tony. Tony is wonderful! Extremely friendly and easy-going, Tony treats this job with a lot more seriousness than most fast food employees. Bravo! read more

This is my first review of this KFC. Went to this location for lunch and ordered a three peice $5 dollar fill up box for 5 dollars but only got a leg and a thigh. (2 pcs) the total was $5.41 once tax was added. When I ask about the other peice of chicken the kid behind the counter wanted to argue and tell me that the 3 piece was over $7. 00 so basically I was ripped off by this particular restaurant. And to top it off the kid behind the counter left customers waiting for at least ten mins until something was said. I went to kfc with my friends today and the drive through cashier was so rude to us. We had to switch up our order because we changed our minds on what we wanted and she got an attitude with us. She said they didn't have the 8pc tender meal when it was clearly on the menu and yelled at us. When we were about to pull away and drive off because of her rudeness she said "you know what" with an attitude and stopped talking. The worse customer experience I've ever had at a food place. If they don't have the 8pc tender meal then they need to take it off of the meal plain and simple. They are also slow at responding to the people in the drive through line. They need to get themselves together!! my friend who once worked at kfc who was in the car with me was absolutely appalled by the attitude and rudeness at this women. I don't eat fried food a lot or fast food but I stopped in the other night to try the new boneless chicken. I was very disappointed! It looked nothing like the ads, At least at this location anyway. The outer coating was a dark burnt brown like it was in the frier too long. The first bite revealed the rubbery dark brown chicken that looked like pieces of thigh meat held together by excessive breading. They obviously refried chicken or served something that had been cooking under the heat lamps all day. Needless to say, I will never go back to an establishment that knowingly serves patrons nasty food. I threw away two meals, what a waste of money!
