I asked the server why they were only ~3/4 full, and she simply said "oh, that's just how the machine makes them". There was no concern nor any attempt made to resolve the issue. I was caught off-guard by this response. I contemplated going into the store to discuss with a manager; however, I didn't have extra time to hang around to do that, so I left disappointed and feeling cheated. I frequently order these smoothies from various McDonald's, so I know first hand what they should look like. If there is a problem with their smoothie machine, they should lower the price of their smoothies or change the cup size.
