Worst experience and I didnt even get food. Waited 10 mins behind 2 cars to get to speaker. Once there waited 10 more minutes without being able to order. When I inquired about the wait a snotty teenager told me they have 5 doordash orders that are more important than people in the drive-thru. When I asked how much longer my wait would be i was told 15 to 20 more mins just to order. I told them I was calling corporate and she snidely told me to go ahead. So I did. We pulled into drive thru to Order a 8 piece bucket at 7PM on Jan 27 2025. Told they had no extra crispy so we said ok, we will order regular recipe. Told they only had one breast. Place is open until 9PM. Asked if they would drop more. Told, probably not. Asked if they are open until 9 why wouldn't they. Told they would but would be 45 minutes. I wish I had read the reviews before I even went to the facility. I wondered why there was no one in line in the middle of the afternoon. I thought they were closed. When I sat at the ordering place outside it took forever for anyone to take my order. Then I sat there and waited again to pay. No one in front of me either. The glass around the pay window is so dirty a person can't even see inside if anyone was there. Maybe it's a one person show. When my bucket of chicken arrived, I pulled into a parking spot and thought I would grab a leg to eat while I was driving. When I opened the bucket I found really pale looking chicken with the breading still white and rubbing of and falling off onto the other pieces. It was clearly not cooked enough. I took it back to the window and told the person that it wasn't cooked enough. He asked me what I wanted done about it. Did I want my money back. I told him know, I wanted good KFC chicken. He grabbed the chicken from my hands and shut the window. He then came back and tied a really good knot in the plastic so I would struffle get it open. I pulled over to a parking spot and got it untied. The top two pieces, which were breasts were completely over cooked and drying out but they were cold to the touch. The rest of the pieces were just as they had been the first time I took them. I didn't want to go back and argue. Apparently, it's okay for the workers to throw someone else's trash in your face while the manager threatens to spit in your food. They falsely accused me of throwing a cup out in the drive thru yet my door never opened. I never even had a cup and I never litter. I told them to check cameras but they decided to throw some old cup at my face with who knows what was in it but it smelt awful and there was spit in the bag of my food. Corporate and the Better Business Bureau have been notified. Stopped to grab lunch while attending a tourney on Saturday, 03/25/23. Ordering seemed to go well. When we received our food, we didn't have our coleslaw or plates. Our granddaughter went into the restaurant and asked for coleslaw and plates. She was informed that they do not have plates anymore. Seriously, how are you supposed to eat lunch without a plate!? This was awful! My grandson and I love KFC. It is a treat to go. We tried going all weekend and there was a sign that said we open at 1. What missing the lunch rush. Today we went and it said they opened at 12:00. I ordered the chicken breast 5.00 meal. The girl said we don't have chicken breast. Vey rudely. Then I asked can we change it they said no. This place has reopened!!! So glad we went there in the morning because it was crazy packed when I drove by in the evening. The servings are rather smaller than expected but good. I'm from California and it's bigger in California. Steep prices for small things. Some of the prices they ring you up don't match their signs either. We bought a mug from them. Glad to have the rootbeer float. It was delicious. Food was decent. Nothing special. Not sure if I'd ever spend that much for fast food again that was very small in portion. The place is super clean, well because it's new. They had issues and weren't taking cards but it was their first day, I'm sure it happens all the time. I went there on Jan 2, 2021 @ 10:30 am, only to find out they didn't open til 11:00 am. Web site says 10:30 am. I explained it to the person at the window, who could care less. She gave me a paper with KFCexperience.com to contact. I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't share my negative experience. The blank for Team Member was also blank. What we got for 20 dollars was 8 legs no thighs and the legs was the most skinny legs I ever saw you was lucky if you got more than 1 bite! The girl at the drive thru was horrible she asked like she didn't want to be there. And then there is the fact that we waited in along line cause they was so slow and when we finally got up there and ordered we had to pull to the side . So on top of having to wait in a really really slow line we still had to wait at least 20 minutes to get our food. This isn't a way to run a business, my husband said that was the last time we get food there! And I have heard the same thing from other people!
