I understand that weekends can be busy, with that being said, the service was terrible. We ordered and waited over an hour for our food, our server, Bella, rarely checked in on us and it was very difficult to flag her. I'm not sure how they run food here, but I'm under the impression that servers brings the food, she did not and we noticed she didn't run anything while we were there. We didn't even receive our entire order, we ordered fries, 30 wings and fried pickles. We got 15 wings and waited 15 minutes for the other, they were definitely sat forgotten about in the window making cold. We been coming to this restaurant since it has opened. We love the salads and wings. Today we stopped by for lunch about 2pm. It was not busy. Seated ourselves in the bar. Waited 5 minutes to get service as all the employees we could see, at least 5, were on their phones. We ordered and waited 30-40 minutes for our food. The wings came cold and dry. The last straw was that we had to go and track down our server to get the bill. Is it now alright to ignore patrons and be on your phones while you are supposed to be working as an employee? I have just got back to town after 3 years. I came to check Buffalo wild wings. They are clearly short staff everywhere. (from kitchen to servers) that is not an issue. They still manager to take care of you. My food took a little longer to get here but the server was super nice and friendly. Great costumer services keeps the costumer around. Atmosphere is sporty, which is fine but you can't hear a conversation at your table due to TVs and music up loud. Now with I eat eats delivery your service will be just as slow and food just as cold and not even prepared correctly. Management needs to do something about this.
