Horrible place ordered my food at 530 it's after 9 still haven't gotten it no calls from manager or employees when I called them manager instantly was rude to me even tho they charged my card and the delivery driver called me said he was on his way then didn't show up! Manager needs to be fired can't even handle customer service correctly oh on top of it they won't deliver my food but give me a 3 day refund!! Last time we ordered we received someone else's order. Oddly enough the receipt showed it was another address and that it was a new customer. Well ya missed the mark on that one. Moving on. We called and they apologized and rewarded us with "free pizza" for future order. We'll today the day after Christmas 2025 we ordered said free pizza along with another pizza and 18 wings still a total of 83 dollars including 20% tip for driver. Pizza 1 pep,mush,and onions. Pizza 2 pep,mush,black olives. Well someone there decided pepperoni was all we were getting this time. So much for quality control pizza hut. Strike 2. I ordered a medium Meat Lover's Pizza today, because I wanted to try Pizza Hut as I hadn't eaten it since about five years ago. It was absolutely disgusting. I put three pieces on my plate and ate the first piece, then struggled through the second piece and gave it up and ended up throwing the rest of the pizza in the garbage. My wife took a bite of it and said it was horrible. I'll try to give you the info off the receipt but it has been saturated with grease. The shop was the Pizza Hut at 4900 2nd Avenue South, Great Falls, MT 59405. Pizza Hut #035937, ? as it is greased over. Ticket # 0020, called in at 5:46 PM. Ordered online for a specific delivery time. Order showed up 20 minutes early and I wasn't at the delivery address so they left and when I called to ask to redeliver the food was cold. If you ask for a specific delivery time stick to it within 5 minutes not any longer. Won't be ordering from you again. Super disappointed. read more

Was told a delivery would take 30 minutes, took 1 hour. No biggie. But what I take issue is delivery guy wasn't in uniform at all, didn't say my name. But worst was my 2 liter was on top of pizza and the bag causing the weight to be transferred to the pizza and thus having pizza on the top of the box. read more

Ordered pizza on two separate occasions. Had a horrible experience the first time, didn't say anything because maybe it was just a off night to order. Just got some pizza and wings for lunch. All the food was cold or barely warm. The pizza box had sauce from the wings covered over the top, the wing box was completely collapsed. The driver was acting like it was an inconvenience that he had to deliver to my house. Never ordering from this pizza hut again! Would recommend going to the others even though it may be inconvenient. read more

We ordered a pizza online, half mushroom, half sausage and we got text notifications until it got to us which was nice! From the time we ordered, to the time it got to us, was only about 30 minutes, maybe even less and it was Saturday night. We also ordered spicy garlic boneless wings which were so tasty! And our pizza was perfect and delicious, with a ton of toppings, no bite without toppings. I would've taken a picture of this beautiful pizza but we ate it too fast! read more

The girl taking orders was very bad at her job. It took 20 minutes to order 2 things. Had to wait 80 mins. (At their slowest hour) and my pizza and wings showed up both all smashed and cold. Helen Keller could've probably delivered a pizza that wasnt half as jacked up as the one I got. Would not recommend, will never ever ever go back. I will not go back. Here goes. We went in, got seated and waited and waited and waited and waited. It was 7:30 PM and there was only two other parties there and one was already eating. I finally asked if we were going to be served and she went and found out waitress. She came out and took our order. The table was real sticky and had food on it. I asked her if she could have the table wiped down as it was sticky and she said "so now you want your table rewiped too" in a loud and nasty way and walked off never coming back. My wife ended up dumping a glass of water on it and washing it with napkins. The wooden edges were still sticky from a long tern lack of washing. We went to the salad bar and it was a wreck, food all over, many items out and black stuff on / in the cauliflower. We were stuck here as we had people meeting us there who did not have a cell phone. Service was horrible. The waitress kept talking about how she was so overwhelmed and confused when they had just opened and there were only 3 tables. To make matters worse she called my friend's son, who is clearly a boy, a girl. And she very rudely interrupted me while I was on the phone. Food was fine. Went in to have lunch were my grandmother and I were the only two their took 15 mins for the lady to take our order then we sat and watched our food get put up in the window where it sat for over 10 minutes. The cook kept looking at us. The waitress was know where to be found so we got up and walked out. As we are walking out they both look at us and say nothing. The broom was left for someone to trip over tables not clean floor was dirty. I will not be going back anytime soon. I called and ordered a gluten free pizza to go. I went and picked it up. The workers were nice and friendly, but the pizza was nasty. I got it home and opened it and it looked like it had very little sauce on it. The sauce was such a small amount that the edges of the crust were almost two inches wide. Then worse, the crust was very hard. It was like biting into concrete! Just because some of us cannot have gluten, is there a reason we should be punished for it like this? When I was in Billings a month ago, I ordered a gluten free pizza from Domino's. It was amazing, excellent job with cheese and toppings and the crust was just right. Pizza Hut get your act together! There is no excuse for serving lousy pizza when you have been in the business as long as you have. read more
