Service was nonexistent which is why I didn't leave a tip on the kiosk screen. Why do restaurants do this anyway?!? Why do I tip for service I haven't received?!? I have had issues though with the accuracy or quality of my food. For instance, there have been a few times where I have had to go back inside and wait a while to grab missing fries. Most recently, I got the Hot Honey Pimento Cheese Sandwich and it was cold. The chicken was room temp and the cheese tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a while, chilling the whole item. Overall, service is good, they are always very friendly and kind, but the kitchen is still working on how quickly and accurately they can get food out to guests.
