It was good but the chicken needed chopped up into small pieces. Also I recommend asking for crispy chicken instead.

The place was absolutely packed with families and small children so it was extremely loud and chaotic. We enjoyed our chicken sandwiches; a KTown grilled chicken thigh and a Classic fried sandwich. The greens were very spicy and had almost too much vinegar so we didn't care for those. Mondays feature 1/2 price duckpins which was great so we bowled four games. The young kids next to us were wild and distracting but we still had a decent time.

So much potential!! The food was pretty good though we ordered at the bar and I don't think the bartender got our phone number right so we weren't texted when our food was ready and ended up waiting a while. We tried to play duck pin bowling but were mostly stuck waiting for the pins to reset, the system kept being faulty and funky with not registering the pins getting knocked down or resetting for rounds at a time and not letting us bowl. The employee who was supposed to be supervising wasn't paying attention so we started off flagging him to reset it when an issue would arise but by the 4th malfunction, we'd just sit there and wait for the machine to figure it out, sometimes 10 min later. Overpriced for sure

I had heard a lot of good things about the coffee here, especially their specialty lattes, and after trying them, I think they're okay, but not worth the price to be honest. The cereal latte had a ton of cereal in it, should have grabbed a spoon to eat it! The flavor itself was more just sweet than anything else, but it still is pretty good coffee and the staff was very nice! My real complaint is that it was $8+ for a small iced latte! Even for a specialty drink, that is really pricy for Pittsburgh. Overall not a bad spot but I don't think I'd get their coffee again for that price.

I've visited their coffee bar before, but I went for the first time last week for food & cocktails! I went on a double date with my fiancé and our friends. It was Wednesday night so it wasn't busy at all which was nice. I'd heard great things about the espresso tinis... so I started with their pumpkin spice espresso tini and it was phenomenal! I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was delish! I will say it was a little pricey for just the sandwich ($15) but still worth a try. My fiancé and I split the Nashville cheese curds which were good too. The food came out super fast. My second drink was the Harvest Punch, which was so good and I drank it fast. It was a solid double date night! We didn't play any games because we were having too much fun yapping! Next time I want to play duck pin bowling and pool.

Coop De Ville is fun if you like a crowded, busy scene with lots of things to do. (I don't mean this in a negative way; just know that if you don't like a loud or crowded space, this probably isn't the place for you.) I get an espresso martini almost every time I come, and they don't disappoint. They usually offer a seasonal variation, so give it a try if you're looking for a slight switch-up! The bowling at Coop is very fun, but make sure you reserve lanes in advance.

We went here on Saturday afternoon around 5:30pm for a friend's birthday. We were able to take over a couple of the tables on the patio facing Smallman Street. We went to the bar line to order drinks and as an FYI, if you keep your tab open they keep your card until you close it. I got the coconut espresso martini which was pretty good and the frozen painkiller was excellent. The inside got pretty crowded but being on the patio was nice since it dispersed the noise.

I really liked the vibe of this place, super fun and lots to do with not a bad price for arcade games, duck bowling and billiards. I liked the self sit rule where you can just order and sit wherever you want, they shoot you a text when your food is ready to be picked up. The food was okay, I thought the portion sizes were small and the sides were overpriced. For example, we got the brunch version of Nashville hot chicken and the waffle piece was as if they gave us a quarter of a whole waffle with a piece of fried chicken. The chicken, I will say, was very good! Loved the crispiness to it! Sauce not very hot though, could add some more kick to it.

Cool place! Expensive with bad food. Looks like large selection of beers on tap but half are mass market. Don't miss out of alcohol slushees.

It was pretty loud, as one would expect for a late Friday night. I wish that they had some fish/seafood options on their current menu, but I got the Farro & Quinoa bowl with the poppy vinaigrette. The apple in it was really fresh and crunchy, and the roasted carrots complemented the crispy chickpeas nicely. The salad dressing was also good. I went bowling with some of my friends and had a lot of fun. One of the lanes malfunctioned a bit, but staff were very understanding & fixed it quickly. Overall nice place to hang out and have some fun after a long day.

Some of the best Southern Comfort food in the Burgh, Coop De Ville. Comfort food, cocktails and coffee!  A fun restaurant in the Strip District featuring arcade games, bowling, billiards, indoor and outdoor seating & more...They literally have it all!!! Coop is a cafeteria style restaurant serving up delicious Southern foods. They have a large bar and a trailer bar with fun cocktails. Plus a coffee bar with great creations. OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK!!! Checked it out for lunch & loved- such a chill vibe! Had the BBQ Brisket Sandwich with a side of Spicy Collard Greens and a Boylan Crème Soda and of course had to get a fall coffee on my way out for an afternoon pick me up- Boo Berry Latte, so good & flavorful!

Perfect spot for a large group! Got the chicken tenders, fries and corn bread. So good! Variety menu items that are great for all. Servers were attentive, friendly and helpful! Love being able to purchase food on our own tab. Looking forward to my next visit!

They have two lanes, but when I was there only one was open (so there was a slight wait). You could actually clearly hear and understand the person through the speaker which doesn't always happen. The menu is fairly limited (you can basically only get chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich) so the only choice is how many fingers and if you want a combo or things individually. I chose a three piece box which comes with a piece of bread, the tenders, crinkle fries and a sauce. While I really enjoy their fries and think their chicken strips are great, it is a bit pricey for fast food. Generally, though, the process was easy, my order was right and the place looked clean.

We decided to go inside because this location had the worst parking lot and drive through I've ever experienced. There isn't a lot of room to ride around and get the proper format of getting through. It's designed kind of off. So you have to be careful of you end up back on the road and having to drive further away to come back on the right side. It's easier to park and walk inside. Anyway ... the ambiance was nice. Everyone was friendly and efficient. We selected the box meal which consisted of 4 fingers and fries along with a drink. I'm not the biggest chicken finger fan. These were good but nothing exceptional. The sauce makes the meal. The sauce is really the star of the show. It's a chipotle, old bay type flavor that has an awesome taste. We were headed back on the road, so it served as a great meal to be on the go. The restaurant was very clean and all the items you needed were on the counter and fully stocked.

Now, I am going to take you on a journey just like the books Belle read so strap in. We had a 5:45 PM reservation, and even arrived a few minutes early. The hostess/employee (I don't want to assume positions) took me upstairs for a table right by the window, which will be an awesome view when the construction finishes. It was also a beautiful sight of that part of the city as-is. When I was seated, I was one of a few tables seated. It was not full or even busy at that time. Also, as we were seated, we were given waters. My friend joined me about 5-7 minutes after the reservation time. We then ordered our drinks at about 6:00/6:05 PM. From there, we waited and did not meet our waiter, who will be referred to as sweet baby angel Max from here on out, until about 6:20 PM. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees at around this time. Our orders had some modifications but nothing major. By this time, many more tables were seated upstairs and others seemingly received their alcoholic drinks and even appetizers by the time we received only our drinks around 6:30-6:40. Our drinks were big, too, which is great, but that also meant we had to drink them a little more quickly due to the time constraints with the show. We were enjoying ourselves but noticed multiple more tables receiving not only their drinks and apps but also their entrees. Once 6:55 came, we had to tell sweet baby angel Max about our predicament. I will be honest and say we suggested for our drinks to be comped at least - not only for the wait and lack of courtesy with everyone else receiving their items before us despite our arrival and reservation time, but for the fact that we would have maybe 15 minutes to eat, finish our drinks, pay, take our food back to our cars, and make curtain time. What sweet baby angel Max did next flabbered our gasts -- he said not only will our drinks be comped but our whole meal will be comped. He also helped pack our food and kept it in the back so we didn't have to worry about going back to our cars. We made sure to tip him with all we had! We are so glad we did because when we returned after the show, he had the kitchen remake the food and kept it warm for us. When you go to The Eagle, ask for sweet baby angel Max and you will not be disappointed with him, the service, or the food. Because even when they may mess up? The Eagle gets it right with their classy attitude and positive treatment of their customers. You definitely have multiple return customers just from this encounter. Thank you!!!

The level of customization might be a draw for some. For me, to have no "signatures" or recommendations, no preferred combinations, and just a sort of "pick it" approach for this feels strange. Asked for some direction, was basically told "no." They specialize in hot chicken and customization - but it feels like they are clearly missing a refreshing option beyond the Dill Pickle. Could see if I didn't want to "feel a burn" and wasn't big on pickles looking at very plain options. Frankly, they need someone new on the register. Other reviews mention poor service that way. I echo their feelings. Underwhelmed and turned off by them. Also, this is overpriced. Getting a diet coke for $3.5 is aggressive but at any restaurant I'd understand - get me free refills, fine. But to be handed a single can for that cost felt awful. Feel like they've taken that approach across cost and experience across the board. It's upsetting. If they really switch things up, I'd reconsider trying this spot again. Chicken was good and in the salad it was fine. I see potential. But I'm not coming back for the cost or the service here.
