Their front and drain smells like mold and garbage. It is very dirty in dark has overgrown grass everywhere I had to go back in to get silverware. The manager service was just like oh I guess can you get them silverware? The food wasn't even that good to even work the stop by. The fries were also so hard. read more

I was craving something different than my usual fast food fare I have been having. It had been a while since I came to a KFC, but I found myself near one and it was going to be an easy stop to get what I needed and be on my way. I love that they have the $5 box meal thing going on. It is just the right amount of food for me, but then again, I always end up ordering something extra. I went with the bowl meal, but then added on a side of mac n cheese and a side order of another mashed potatoes. What can I say, I love potatoes and if I don't eat it now, I can always save it for later. The staff were polite and on point with their making the correct order. I wasn't missing anything I ordered and I was on my way rather quickly. The food hit, and after the day I was having, I needed it to. I did end up saving some of what I ordered and took for lunch the next day. read more

Terrible service today , took forever for crispy chicken while waiting inside but the drive through folks were getting their orders ..... Ordered a 3 piece meal, only recevied 2 awful pieces and no drink. Used Grubhub so no recourse, but Grubhub didnt box the food, so maybe the drink is on them. I would avoid unless you have no other options and will die of starvation by choosing another place. read more

As I was on my back from visiting Saint Vincent College my stomach started to rumble, and I realized how hungry I was. I suddenly saw KFC and knew I wanted to go there. From past experiences I always enjoyed KFC, but after this trip I was not a big fan anymore. When I walked in to order I observed that the menu was on the counter as a big piece of paper. This was the first negative of my trip. Once I got my chicken and potato wedges, I discovered they were not crispy at all, the cole slaw was bitter, and I did not receive a drink. I was very disappointed in my dinner thinking it was going to be a great one. The only positive aspect of my dinner was I did not have to wait very long to receive it. Unmotivated management. Who doesn't love KFC? I love KFC. That's why I went there. Problem with this place is they make it way too hard to actually get any KFC. Can I please get an 8-piece bucket with just drum sticks? No. Not allowed. Really? You can't figure out how you can make that happen to satisfy a customer?
