Unfortunately, there was almost no phone signal in the parking lot, so my app order wouldn't go through. I went inside the restaurant, but the signal was even worse, so I ended up ordering at the counter. I ordered the Build Your Own Bucket for $20, which was a great deal. It came with 8 pieces of dark meat, 4 individual sides, and 4 biscuits. We chose the Original Recipe chicken, and it was really tasty and well seasoned. The skin was crispy, and the chicken was moist and flavorful. For the sides, we got two mashed potatoes with gravy, one coleslaw, and one order of fries. The mashed potatoes were creamy, the coleslaw was refreshing, and the fries were crispy and nicely seasoned. The biscuits were warm and flaky. Overall, the food quality here was good. This KFC replaced a long John silver years ago. It's a nice location with plenty of parking located next to a McDonald's. This KFC also has a drive-through for convenience. I've never seen this location full of people, but it does get a lot of takeout and drive-through business. My go to as always has been bucket meals are usually get a mix of extra crispy and traditional recipe. The extra crispy is what it's called very extra crispy and it is very good. The traditional is traditional. The Cole slaw is cold and tasty and their mashed potatoes are amazing especially when loaded with gravy. On 12/23/25, my son and I were stuck in traffic and decided to stop by this KFC to grab dinner around 5pm. The drive-thru was empty so we figured it would be quick. We ordered a 4-piece chicken tender combo and some wings and were told at the second window to pull aside and wait 15 minutes because they were still making the tenders and she would walk it out to us when it was ready. We kindly did so and even parked right on the customer pickup spot near the entrance to make it easier for the employee. Nearly 30 minutes later, no one had brought our food so I went inside to check on our order. I stood at the counter, made eye contact with 4-5 different employees, and not a single person acknowledged me.. No "I'll be right with you," no greeting, nothing. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I just wanted to ask if the tenders weren't ready so we could switch to something else because my son was getting restless. Eventually, the same girl who helped us at the window looked at me, said nothing, grabbed a bag, tossed it on the counter, and walked away. I let it go assuming maybe she was overwhelmed. When we got home, the box that was supposed to contain our 4-piece chicken tenders was filled with something that definitely was not tenders (see photos uploaded) Anyone who's eaten at KFC knows what their tenders look like and this wasn't it. The food also looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, and the box was soaked and ripped from condensation. Literally looks like a piece of chicken breast cut up and god knows what happened to it and then thrown back in the box and forgotten about. Even my 10 year old son was so disgusted, we ended up throwing it away instead of risking it. This was hands down the worst KFC experience I've ever had. Between the rude, dismissive service and the incorrect, poor-quality food, this location clearly doesn't care about its customers. And to be clear, I have dined here many times throughout the past 10 years and never had a great experience or anything out of the ordinary to leave a review but at this point, this type of service is disgusting. Why should we spend our hard earned money somewhere that can't even provide basic customer service or deliver what was ordered? It definitely is a pricey item on the menu for all that they give you. However, it is worth trying especially if you've never had a taste of chicken and waffles in one meal. It comes with a leg and a thigh, as well as a syrup. Overall, I think it's worth a try especially if you're craving a light meal. The servers work pretty quickly to get it all ready as usual. This place is near my work place so we have ordered from here in the past a few times. Our order consist of enough food to feed a very hungry staff of 7 people. What our food order consist of: * mashed potatoes with a side of gravy * sweet corn * steamed veggies * biscuits (at times warm, at times cold and a bit hard) * potato wedges * cole slaw * wedge fries (usually too salty and very oily) and of course their chicken! The chicken has always been pretty good, not overly battered and not too oily. We found that the grilled chicken usually is a tad bit drier so I always found myself drowning it in gravy (not very healthy, I know!) so since then we have stuck to the crispy original recipe. We all tend to want the chicken legs so since we've ordered from here often enough, the workers have been nice enough to provide us with more legs rather than thighs. read more

Whoever is the manager/owner of this store, please give him/her some new glasses. They sure hired the best staff ever for 0 star service. I walk in and waited in line to order. When it was my turn, the cashier was distracted, but stood in front of the register and didn't acknowledge me even though she saw me there. She was talking to her coworker about some orders on the screen and looking at receipts. She did not once say please wait a moment or anything. She just stood there and let me wait for at least 3 minutes, if not longer. When she was ready, she didn't even apologize about the situation.
