Really bad service, I ordered online and when arrived to pick my order, the lobby was full of people waiting for their orders, the order taker told me they dont know when my order will be ready, he told me I can wait or cancel my order on the app or the website, because they cant cancel the order, I contacted customer service and canceled my order, they told me the store will contact me to issue my refund, weeks after they still need to contact me, I guess this is a franchise and they dont care about service and they just stole my money and the corporation will do nothing about it, never going to this place, specially with all the options around. read more

No stars. As a delivery driver , my job is to get the customer their food as fast as I can. So when an order is marked ready for pick up and I go through the drive thru, I expect to get the order. Not be told "you have to come inside" and then I get inside and there's nobody waiting at the counter to greet me. And then when someone walks up and I tell them who I'm here for I get told "if it's not over there then it means they still working on it " but if it was marked ready for pick up why is it still being made ? I went to this location tonight, Sun Sept 5 (about 7:45pm), as online stated they closed at 10 pm. Upon arrival, there was about 4 cars in line. One car proceeded to the window, stopped and then floored it out of the drive-thru. The car behind me, drove around me and drove off as well. I pulled up to the speaker and a worker asked in an irritated voice if I wanted to try the $30 Family Feast, then proceeded to tell me what all comes in it. I responded, no thank you and placed my order. Then silence. I said hello multiple times over a period of probably 3 minutes. When I didn't receive a response, I pulled up to the window. I could hear someone laughing on the other side of the building and saw a worker at the computer at their front counter. I drove around, the other person behind me still at the speaker, and saw two workers, male and female, standing outside chit chatting. I asked what was going on, as again I was acknowledged in the drive-thru and asked about ordering. A young woman yelled back "No! We are closed at 7 pm!" I stated that I was just taking my order and it says 10 pm online. She screamed back "I don't care THERE IS A SIGN". Mind you I looked on the speaker box, on the menu and the drive up windows for a sign as someone asked for my order than completely ignored me. She proceeded to scream at me and honestly I yelled back because I was very upset. All she had to do was state they were closing early from the beginning. Instead she asked for my order in an irritated voice and then disappeared. Anyone would be upset at that, especially when I saw her leave out the door through the drive-thru window proceeded by her laughing. This was the 2nd time I came here the first time I ordered a $20 bucket extra crispy the chicken was good but I asked for it fresh and it took 20 minutes to make. That's just SAD!! This visit I ordered a $10 bucket fresh extra crispy and when I got home 5 minutes later the food was cold and the chicken wasn't extra crispy. They are supposed to close at 10:00. I go through the drive through at 9:30 and sit there for ten minutes and then when I pull up at the window , one of the workers didn't even know the time that they close and the other worker told her to tell me that they were closing right then just because they wanted to. Man, this place used to be decent but I don't know what happened. I have come here more times than I care to remember. The staff is disorganized and I'm constantly having to check my order. I ordered wings and they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat in the lot. After 22 minutes I went inside and asked them if they were pulling the feathers off the chicken or what? I was then told it was coming right up. Just then a mgr walked up and tried to offer me a ten piece meal for $10. I told him no I just want the wings I ordered. He was totally oblivious to the fact that I ordered wings. He looked up the order gave me the wings and offered me a free soda which I politely declined. I don't know what has happened but this isn't the last time I had this problem. I went to the drive thru a couple weeks later. Ordered a 2 piece both breasts. I was told on the speaker that It would be a 1 minute wait. I was told to pull up to the window. I pulled up sat there for about a minute. The cashier opens the window takes my money and asks me to pull around. I told him "no you told me a minute wait it's been a minute I'll stay right here til my order is up" he told me there is another car behind me. I told him " look I'm not moving til my order is up and I don't care about the car behind me. You told me a minute it's been a minute with the arguing you are doing with me it should be up." He closes the window and I hear him tell his manager " I'm not dealing with this today you deal with it" Mgr opens the window and hands me the order. Ok. So why would I have to pull around? Idk. I ordered a $20 fill up and was told that they don't sell them any more. I pointed out that it was still on there sign. I was told that it was a mistake. I looked on line later and found it listed. I ordered a 8 piece bucket and got it home for the family and found it missing 2 pieces. my daughter wanted chicken again so I went back thinking maybe last time was an honest mistake, but found a woman at the register talking to costumers with her face in her coat. I'm hard of hearing and told her I couldn't hear her so what did she do? She put her face deeper in her coat like a tortes. I asked to speak to the manager, who never showed up to speak to me.So in short, terrible service, people that cant count to 8 filling orders with cold food, and employees that couldn't care less.
