BadaBing serves some decent wings. The wing sauce names are pretty fun, creative and most importantly, tasty. My order was done by the promised time. They are however a little pricey and small in size. I ordered 24 wings for $40. But the sauces were good. We ordered Gambino and Al Capones Sauce. We also ordered their lemon pepper which wasn't that great. Not sure if their other dry rub wings are like this, but wet is definitely the way to go. They also aren't stingy with their sauce. Especially their Al Capone sauce. There's was plenty left over. Can definitely see myself returning.

BadaBing has reopened their doors almost a year ago. I recognize the same good folks that worked under Jose. They are still honoring his super great recipes and everything on the menu is the same. They have now daily specials just around or under $15. The menu still has the same delicious flavors and the rat pack is still my favorite deal! Stepping into the doors today, the same cool Al Capone and Godfather mafia theme and the same wonderful smell of wings and much more!!! It's Bears season so we gotta get some real juicy and very flavorful wings, to make the perfect game day! They are closed Tuesday and limited to 4:30-8:30 on Mondays. Otherwise, W-Sunday 11:30-8:30. Order from these wonderful people to have the best wings in the city! Thanks for keeping Jose's dream alive!

Went in for a quick bite with my family and we all loved it! I got mango habanero, my husband got buffalo, my brother in laws got Nashville hot wings and my daughter got a pizza puff, everything was amazing and the food came out fast. The wings were a little small but worth it for the price. I loved the decor! The staff were also nice, definitely recommend for a quick bite.

A sleeper restaurant for me close to the uptown/arygle area! I've passed by this place before but it wasn't until a friend was visiting and saw an instagram reel of this place that I even really saw this place. The food is well portioned, the staff was nice, & you can sit at their counter service but definitely seemed like a takeout place. The whole restaurant is goodfellas / sopranos themed. The menu is stacked with wild wing flavors. The place definitely converted me to a saucy wing girl with how well made these were. I definitely didn't mind the mess! The badabing sauce with the fries was amazing. Will be trying this place again.

We seen this place on Tik Tok and decided to try it after the wings looked good we had to try for ourselves. The place is small. There is limited seating option but it's more of a carry out restaurant. The prices are a bit high but it was worth it fr. We got an 18 piece with 3 flavors. We got the Al Capone, infused henny , and like a honey bbq flavor with a side of fries and even the fries were everything. Definitely will have to come back when I visit Chicago 10/10

Hands down best wings in Chicago. The quality of the chicken is exceptional and the sauces truly are among the best I've ever had. Say hi to Vick for me if you pop in. You will leave satisfied.

Absolutely incredible, this place may have just jumped to the top of my best wings in Chicago list. I got 12 traditional split with garlic buffalo and gambino buffalo. Both were excellent. Gambino was a bit spicier. But my favorite was the garlic buffalo; still spicy but that garlic flavor compliments it incredibly. Also big plus for all wings being big and meaty. Also they don't skimp on the amount of sauce!! Insider is small and definitely more of a takeout place in my opinion but love the mafia ambiance and sopranos references. 10/10 wings!!

Stopped by BadaBing Wings, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was chill, the environment was inviting, and they had a wide range of flavors to choose from. My lady and I went with Honey Garlic, Al Capone, and Infused Henny BBQ. The Honey Garlic had the perfect balance of sweetness and savoriness. If you're getting any flavor, make sure it's the Infused Henny--you can thank me later. The Al Capone was solid, but the other two stole the show with their bold flavors. Definitely recommend if you're visiting or in the Chicago area!

This was a very disappointing experience coming from a place claiming to have the "best wings in the city" on their website when me and my girlfriend entered it was completely dead there wasn't even staff to greet us we took our order on the iPad when a worker finally came to the front and he smelled completely like weed like he smoked 70 joints before his shift! The wait wasn't long for the wings then we went home to eat and man the experience just got worse from there we were unboxing our sauces and the ranch and the blue cheese looked like they were sitting out for days smelled horrid and were definitely not made fresh the wings were even worse some weren't cooked all the way through the wings were tiny more akin to a nuggets than wings and with the price tag of 45 dollars we were expecting something quality and this was anything but so from the lack of caring , food quality , customer service , I can't give this anything other than a 1 star and the worst wings I've had in the city my cat that try's to eat all of our food didn't even want it !!!!

Shoutout and RIP to the owner Jose whose legacy is running strong in the delicious food, spectacular customer service, and cozy ambiance! An enjoyable menu definitely.

Saw online and wanted to try! Boneless wings were ok but not worth it for the price. They tasted good but were dry except for the honey bbq? Not sure why. For $23 in this economy idk what I was expecting but not this, I wouldn't get this again or recommend. Capone sauce was good Honey BBQ was ok Mild was good Sauces were good so just don't get the boneless and try the regular wings and maybe you'll have better luck.

12 Wings (halal), Sweet Potato Fries, Side Jalapeno Ranch

Really wanted to like this place since it's all over social media. We don't live in the area but it's on DoorDash and I feel if a restaurants good via takeout then we'll be returning customers. However we will not be returning. We order 12 wings, tater tots, and sweet potato fries. 6 wings were mango habenero, other 6 were the gambino buffalo sauce. The sauces were very underwhelming. The buffalo was ok, regular buffalo sauce nothing special. Mango habenero was very sweet, tasty more like Thai chili sauce than mango and not a touch of spicy to it. Wings are normal size, not small but not big, but they are meaty. The jalapeno ranch was awful. I am a ranch connoisseur, I love a good ranch and I am very picky about it. I've have really good jalapeno ranch at other restaurants and the one served tonight taste like store bought kraft ranch. I'm sorry but it was terrible. We also got blue cheese too and the same thing, bad blue cheese. I specifically compare it to Kraft because I am not a fan of that dressing brand and these dressings they gave is were just bad. It might not be Kraft but it for sure is not homemade. I understand if the blue cheese is store bought but don't advertise jalapeno ranch if you're not gonna make yourself. Sweet potato fries and tater tots are good. We got honey mustard with those. The food looks good when you open the container but the flavors not there so I can't imagine it any different in person.

Stacked unapologetically high, this burger is everything you want and more: juicy, perfectly seared patties layered with melty cheese, crispy bacon, and those golden, crunchy fried onions that take it completely over the top. Every bite is rich, savory, and just messy enough to remind you you're eating something seriously good. The toasted bun somehow holds it all together (barely), soaking up every bit of flavor without getting lost in the chaos. And then... the shoestring fries. Thin, crispy, golden perfection--light but addictive, with that ideal crunch that makes it impossible to stop at just one (or ten). They're the kind of fries you keep reaching for without even realizing it, especially dipped in that creamy, tangy sauce on the side. And let's not forget the drinks--just as good as the food. Refreshing, perfectly balanced, and the kind you sip slow while taking it all in (but somehow they disappear way too fast). It's not just a burger--it's one of Chicago's most iconic bites for a reason. Bold, indulgent, and absolutely worth every single napkin you'll need after. The ambiance inside is GORGEOUS!

Loved the 90s female R&B playlist they had going! Little Bad Wolf has been on my list FOR YEARS to try the burger! My husband got the burger with fried onions and I got some Bao because those also looked delicious and were a popular menu item. Honestly the 3 stars are only that high because of the service. Our server was friendly and attentive + the food came out hot and quick. Unfortunately, the food was pretty disappointing. The burger was swimming in a puddle of grease and just picking it up made your hands greasy + was dripping grease. The fries that came with it were floppy, soggy, and sad...but at least warm? I personally wouldn't order this again. The Bao were better, but small for the price and honestly were just okay? It was nice they gave you sauces you could add, but I found the Bao's to already have enough sauce so I didn't need them. Overall I left feeling confused and disappointed. I don't feel the need to come back here - Little Bad Will was a one and done experience for me.

You can't just order a sandwich with chicken and arugula because everything is pre-made and the chicken diced up and is already mixed with red bell peppers, more like a chicken salad sandwich, rather than just a piece of chicken breast waiting for some bread and accoutrements which is what I expected after reading the menu on my phone the day before choosing it for a visit. So it's impossible to get a custom sandwich where you pick and choose what's on it. But they were extremely nice answering all my questions about the food. I could maybe get some focaccia and a side of broccoli if I was desperate and nothing else was open. But I was in no rush and just went home and made something for myself. But my partner really enjoyed it so I'm glad we stopped by to check it out. It's definitely unique and convenient if you don't have so many food allergies like I do. I doubt anyone leaves feeling less jolly than they did going in. On this visit, I started with the After Word to drink. It was light-bodied, not at all too sweet, and possibly went down *too* easily. We split the short rib poutine and I can't think of a better dish to get you through the winter. The meat absolutely melted in the mouth and the cheese was abundant and rich. Would order again in a heartbeat! We also tried the alligator bites as a seasonal special. I'd not had alligator before, but they were super crispy and spicy with an addictive gochujang sauce. Hopleaf Bar is hands down one of our favorite spots for dinner and drink in all of Chicago!…read more One key to a successful dinning experience at Hopleaf is knowing the three different spaces to engage. When you first walk in, you have to show your ID since this is an adults-only bar establishment. (1) You can then choose to sit in the front bar area, if you want a full menu, but use the bar for ordering service. (2) If you keep walking through the front bar area, you reach the host stand at the top of the ramp. This is where you can put your name in to sit in the main dining room, upstairs, or outside. (3) However, you can also walk through to the left of the host stand to another bar area that has full menus, but bar service for ordering. This is our preferred spot because we can often find a seat and order with the bar. Do note that, during busy times, part of this bar area is managed by the host stand and will be labeled as such. The extensive beer menu is our favorite. We have our favorite food items, so all our decision making revolves around which beer we will get. They always have a bit of everything style-wise, from all over the world, but with a local-brewery focus. Seasonal emphasis is also taken into consideration when they curate the beer list. It is always rotating and we love it! Beers are served in the recommended glasses from the breweries. It's a great drinking experience from start to finish! Our food orders are eternally set: I get the Nueske Ham sandwich with fries and aioli. My husband gets the Reuben sandwich with fries and aioli. This meal is so perfect we'll probably never get anything different, despite the menu being delicious across the board. The wildest we get is sometimes splitting the two sandwiches. No reason to mess with a good thing! Other notable great things about Hopleaf: (1) Kind, knowledgeable, and professional staff. (2) Reasonable prices for high quality and great variety products. (3) Clean Belgian Bar decor/vibe with lots of space for folks to enjoy their time. (4) They are open late and serve food late. Thank you for being an amazing local spot, Hopleaf! We'll see you soon!

Simply, all around excellent!…read more This was one of those cases where I stopped in, started a review, and then it sat in my drafts collecting dust. Thus, a return visit was a must! Primarily because I genuinely enjoyed it, and secondarily because I enjoy writing. Hopleaf boasts a tremendous and awesome beer list! It's truly hard to do it justice in a review. I will say they offer a wide variety of different kinds, origins, styles, bottle versus draft, and so on. For those who aren't beer lovers, there are cocktails, ciders, and more! For food, I was able to try both the Pork Belly and the Slagel Burger. The pork belly was much better than I expected! The exterior was delightfully roasted, and the interior was soft and savory with a good balance between meaty and fatty bits. The pork was well-sauced, and the accompanying accoutrements were similarly fantastic, helping to round out the pork, and adding freshness. On my first visit, my main memory of the burger was a very high salt level. However, this appears to have been addressed on my second visit. Now, is it the best burger in the city? No. However, it is excellent in its own right. The smashed patties have good flavor and a proper char around the edges. The vegetables are present but not so overwhelming that it becomes a hard-to-eat salad, and finally, it is delightfully cheesy! Where service is concerned, the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. They took great care of me and other patrons approaching the bar. Food came out in a reasonable timeframe, especially for items cooked to order. In terms of their vibe, I feel as though the best way I can describe it is to say it's a larger, elevated dive bar. It isn't cramped or dark, and there's plenty of space. At the same time, it isn't at all uppity and preserves that neighborhood establishment feel (though I would certainly go across town to visit on occasion). Finally, regarding value, when the bill came, I felt the amount due was more than reasonable considering the quality of food, beers, and service I received. Thus, while I am generally not a big beer drinker (I'm more of a spirits/cocktails person), I'm not totally against printing out their beer menu and crossing out items as I try them. That is to say, I look forward to coming back again and again.
