When I arrived to get my order, they told me they didn't have an order for me and refused to make my meal even with the proof I was charged and the online receipt. Asked them to refund me my money and they refused said they had no one in the store capable of doing a mobile order refund. They told me I would have to use online chat or contact corporate. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad staff refuse to help or deescalate a problem. If you want a place that don't mind taking your money but not give you your food, then this is the place for you.
